Abstract

Menstruation is the monthly shedding of the functional layer of the endometrium in the uterus that occurs when ovulation is not followed by fertilization. Menstrual irregularities occur due to hormonal disturbances caused by stress, excessive exercise, medication use, approaching menopause, eating disorders, and nutritional status such as underweight and obesity. Nutrition refers to the nutrients present in food that are required by the body to obtain energy for daily activities. Nutritional problems arise from an imbalance between the nutrients consumed and those needed by the body. To examine the relationship between nutritional status and menstrual cycles in students of the Faculty of Medicine, Ahmad Dahlan University, a research study was conducted using an observational analytical method with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample consisted of 131 students. Statistical analysis using chi-square analysis showed a p-value of 0.001, which is smaller than ? = 0.05. From these results, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between body mass index and upper arm circumference with the menstrual cycles of students in the Faculty of Medicine, Ahmad Dahlan University, while there is no relationship between waist circumference, waist-to-hip ratio, subcutaneous fat, and menstrual cycles in students of the Faculty of Medicine, Ahmad Dahlan University.

Abstract

This research is intended to find out about the implementation of strategic management of the management of teachers and education personnel in improving the quality of education at MAN Kota Cimahi. This research uses a qualitative approach to find out or describe the real and facts in the field. The method used is descriptive of the phenomenon of what is observed from a meaning, interconnected and based on existing reality. The types of data used are primary and secondary. The data collection techniques used include direct observation at the research location, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction techniques, compilation of units, interpretation and conclusion drawing. This research focuses on strategic management in improving the management of teachers and education personnel at MAN Kota Cimahi. Education is one very important aspect, the management of teachers and education personnel are two main determining factors in the continuity of the teaching and learning process. The challenge of education management is now experiencing several problems such as the low quality of teachers and education personnel, lack of facilities and infrastructure, and lack of motivation and professionalism of teachers. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of strategic management in the management of teachers and education personnel at MAN Kota Cimahi is needed so that planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating can run accordingly so that the objectives of the management of teachers and education personnel run well and have a positive impact on improving performance, management of teachers and education personnel, as well as improving the vision and mission and quality of education quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) Keuangan menggunakan aplikasi Ibad Pay di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi, efektivitas, dan dampak penggunaan aplikasi Ibad Pay dalam pengelolaan keuangan di lembaga pendidikan Islam, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan solusi dalam penerapannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi SIM Keuangan menggunakan Ibad Pay memberikan dampak positif berupa: (1) peningkatan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan keuangan sekolah, (2) transparansi dan akuntabilitas yang lebih baik dalam pelaporan keuangan, (3) kemudahan dalam pemantauan dan pengawasan arus kas, (4) minimalisasi kesalahan dalam pencatatan keuangan, dan (5) peningkatan kepuasan orang tua dalam melakukan pembayaran biaya pendidikan. Tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi adaptasi pengguna terhadap sistem baru dan kebutuhan pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi staf. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi Ibad Pay sebagai SIM Keuangan memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan keuangan di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Rekomendasi untuk pengembangan sistem mencakup peningkatan fitur keamanan, integrasi dengan sistem informasi akademik, dan penyediaan modul pelatihan komprehensif bagi pengguna.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the impact of Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) and product quality on online purchase intention, with brand image serving as a mediating variable. The focus of the research is users of the Tokopedia e-commerce platform in Sukabumi City. This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires from 100 respondents who have made at least two purchases on Tokopedia. The data analysis approach employed was the Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The findings indicate that electronic word-of-mouth and product quality significantly impact brand image, although do not directly affect online purchase intention. The brand image has been demonstrated to buffer the relationship between e-WOM and product quality with online purchase intention. Positive reviews and a strong brand image increase consumer trust and drive purchase decisions. This research provides practical implications for e-commerce businesses to take advantage of positive reviews, maintain product quality, and build a brand image to increase consumer loyalty.

Abstract

In  the  4.0  era,  the  formation  of  student  character  is  very  important  because technological progress  is  unstoppable  and  information  can  spread  quickly. This research aims to find out how Islamic education strategies shape student character in the era of revolution 4.0. The research method used is descriptive with  a  qualitative-phenomenological  approach.  Data  analysis  uses  Miles  and Huberman's  interactive  model  through  four  stages,  which  include:  data collection,  data  reduction,  data  presentation,  and  drawing  conclusions.  The research results show that student character formation can be integrated with learning,  example,  a  good  environment,  and  habituation  which  is  closely related to character education. To build the character of his students, a teacher must  be  an  example  for  his  students.  Apart  from  that,  Islamic  religious education  contributes  to the  formation  of  students'  character  through  the following  activities:  (1)  Intracurricular  activities:  In  these  activities,  teachers incorporate  character  into  the  lessons  of  each  subject,  such  as  the  Qur'an, Hadith, Fiqh, Islamic Cultural History, Arabic Language, and Moral Creeds. In this  activity,  the  teacher  is  directly  connected  to  the  material  on  morality  or character.  (2)  Extracurricular  activities:  Tilawati  Several  traits  are  built through  these  two  types  of  activities:  religious,  honest,  likes  to read, responsible, independent, appreciates achievements, cares socially, and works hard.  The  students  are  ready  to  face  the  industrial  era  4.0  with  character. Islamic character will be formed by good cooperation between schools, parents and the community

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai implementasi pengelolaan guru dan tenagaikependidikan untuk melihat adanya peningkatan kualitas Pendidikan berdasarkan IASP 2020 di MAN 1 Kota Cimahi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan deskriptif kualitatif yang mana pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik wawancara, dokumentasi observasi langsung di lokasi penelitian. Guru dan tenaga kependidikan merupakan dua hal pokok dalam berjalannya suatu proses pembelajaran Pendidikan, namun dalam hal ini kedua hal tersebut harus sesuai dengan standar mutu Pendidikan sehingga dapat di katakan layak dan sesuai standar IASP yang ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan adanya pengelolaan guru dan tenaga kependidikan di suatu Lembaga Pendidikan merupakan suatu keharusan yang mana dalam penelitian yang dilakukan di MAN 1 Kota Cimahi ini pengelolaan guru dan tenaga kependidikan berjalan lancar dan berdampak positif dengan adanya peningkatan pada kualitas Pendidikan, peningkatan pada kedisiplinan dan kehadiran, adanya peningkatan kinerja pada guru dan tenaga kependidikan sehingga dapat meninggkatkan mutu dan mencapai tujuan Pendidikan yang berkualitas.

Abstract

Peran kepemimpinan transformasioal untuk membangun kerjasama tim merupakan kunci keberhasilan dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi termasuk dalam dunia pendidikan. Tujuan utama dari penenlitian ini adalah untuk menggali pemahaman yang komperhensif mengenai peran kepemimpinan transformasional dapat membangun Kerjasama tim dalam proses perencanaan Pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggali data melalui wawancara, observsi, dokumentasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah di SMP Plus Babussalam telah berhasil membangun kerjasam tim yang kuat dalam proses perencanaan Pendidikan. Hal ini ditujukkan oleh peningkatan komunikasi, partisipasi, komitmen, dan inovasi diantara anggota tim. Namun, perlu dilakukan rangkaian Tindakan berkelanjutan untuk menangani tantangan yang dihadapi seperti memberikan pelatihan kepada guru dan memberikan dukungan yang besar terhadap kegiatan perencanaan agar mencapai tujuan Pendidikan yang ingin dicapai.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of strategic management in learning to improve life skills based on Intisab PUI in students at Madrasah Aliyah Daarul Uluum PUI Majalengka. The modern era demands that Islamic educational institutions be able to integrate spiritual values with practical skills, but there is still a gap in the implementation of effective strategies to achieve that balance. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of Intisab PUI-based learning strategies, as well as assess its effectiveness in improving students' life skills. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews with madrasah heads, teachers, and students, observation of the learning process, and analysis of curriculum documents. The validity of the data is guaranteed through triangulation techniques. The results of the study showed that the formulation of the strategy resulted in the concept of "funny students" with a long-term plan for six years that integrated the values of the PUI Intisab into all subjects through SWOT analysis. The implementation of the strategy runs effectively through excellent programs, such as memorization of the Qur'an with a target of two juz, the development of multidimensional digital skills, project-based learning, and gradual spiritual coaching. The evaluation showed significant success, characterized by increased commitment of graduates to PUI scores, positive behavior changes, increased academic achievement, and mastery of technology and vocational skills. The findings of the study indicate that Intisab PUI-based learning strategic management is able to create a balance between religious, academic, and vocational aspects, and is effective in improving students' life skills. This model has the potential to be adapted by other madrasas in optimizing the development of life skills based on Islamic values in the modern era.
