Abstract

Pembangunan manusia merupakan suatu proses perubahan yang bertujuan untuk mencapai masyarakat yang lebih baik, berkeadilan, berdaya saing, maju dan sejahtera. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Angka Harapan Hidup, Harapan Lama Sekolah, Pengeluaran per Kapita dan Tingkat Kemiskinan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Provinsi Sumatera Utara pada tahun 2019-2022. Indeks pembangunan manusia digunakan sebagai variabel dependen yang mencerminkan tingkat pembangunan manusia di wilayah tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode analisis jalur dengan menggunakan Sofware SPSS Version 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara variabel angka harapan hidup, harapan lama sekolah, pengeluaran per kapita, dan tingkat kemiskianan terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia Y = 0.271 X₁ +0.249 X₂ + 0.612 X₃ − 0.182 Z + 0.035. Faktor yang paling mempengaruhi indeks pembangunan manusia adalah pengeluaran per kapita. Pengaruh simultan adalah sebesar 96,5% dan sisanya 0,035% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak terdapat dalam penelitian.

Abstract

Posisi beras sebagai bahan makanan pokok menyebabkan beras akan terus dibutuhkan di kelas manapun sepanjang waktu.Kecenderungan peningkatan kebutuhan maupun permintaan beras yang tidak diikuti oleh peningkatan produksi akan menyebabkan peningkatan harga beras di pasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil peramalan harga beras pada periode selanjutnya. Salah satu metode untuk melakukan peramalan pada data time series yaitu ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average). Adapun model terbaik yang diperoleh yaitu ARIMA (1,2,4). Model tersebut digunakan untuk memprediksi harga beras pada bulan Mei 2024. Penelitian ini dapat dikembangkan dalam penelitian selanjutnya atau dikembangkan dengan metode peramalan lainnya

Abstract

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, many individuals have turned to low-risk investment options. Common choices include gold, stocks, deposits, and foreign currencies, with gold emerging as a particularly popular investment. This study aims to forecast gold prices using linear regression, nonlinear regression, and ARIMA models, with the most accurate model determined by the lowest Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). Gold price data was sourced from www.kitco.com. The MAPE for the Linear Regression model was 4.362, the Nonlinear Regression model 3.3428, and the Time Series (ARIMA) model 2.727. Consequently, the ARIMA model demonstrated superior accuracy in forecasting gold prices compared to the Linear and Nonlinear Regression models.

Abstract

Crime or criminality in Indonesia is rampant in both print and television media. We can see news about crime almost every day. Basically, every individual will be influenced by several factors, both internal and internal, external causes of a person committing a crime, including population, education, morality, poverty and unemployment. In this case, a statistical analysis will be studied that can detect the magnitude of these factors, both directly and indirectly, on the crime rate. Abstract

The main problems for farmers, especially farmers from the Kelompok Tani Mamre, are the scarcity of subsidized fertilizers and the high price of non-subsidized fertilizers. This situation causes a decrease in agricultural productivity and farmer welfare, and increases dependence on chemical fertilizers that can pollute agricultural land. This community service is carried out to provide a solution by empowering farmers to produce liquid organic fertilizers independently, by utilizing local natural resources. This program uses three main stages of method: fertilizer needs survey, liquid organic fertilizer production training, and direct fertilizer production practice. The survey was conducted to understand the fertilizer needs in Desa Tala Peta. Furthermore, farmers are trained on local organic materials that can be used and fertilizer production techniques. The final stage is direct practice, where the results of fertilizer production will be used by farmers. This program is expected to reduce dependence on chemical fertilizers and support the formation of cooperative-based UMKM to market fertilizers sustainably.

Abstract

Pineapples have many health advantages. In addition to having many health benefits, this fruit can be processed into juice, jam, syrup, and chips. Pineapple is often eaten as fresh fruit and utilized primarily for its flesh. The community has not utilized this potential to its fullest extent. The production of pineapples is ranked second after oranges, according to statistics from the Central Statistics Agency of the North Sumatra Province for the year 2018-2019. This indicates that pineapples have a lot of potential for development both domestically and eventually for export. Determining the best route for transportation to the pineapple processing factory and the lack of one in North Sumatra provide the primary research challenges. In literary works, the factory's location is ascertained by analyzing production levels and utilizing Dijkstra algorithm programming to find the shortest transit path from the producing region to the factory. Using Google Maps, the 10 highest generating regions were identified for this study, with the district capital serving as the vertex and the distance between regions serving as the edge. According to the research findings, the pineapple processing plant was located in the middle of North Tapanuli Regency, and the shortest path between each region and the processing factory location was identified
