Abstract

The Bandung District's Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA), primarily tasked with managing local taxes, currently utilizes computer technology for most of its operations, albeit not to its full potential. Currently, manual techniques that utilize paper are still utilized to report the amount of groundwater consumption by taxpayers. As a result, this can affect the accurate computation of groundwater taxes and lead to delays in distributing information regarding groundwater taxes. This study aims to develop an application that enables taxpayers to report the amount of groundwater they use efficiently. This application will also facilitate the access of groundwater usage reports by Tax Division I, hence enhancing convenience. The Final Project utilizes a descriptive research methodology, whereas the system development process employs OOAD (Object-Oriented Analysis and Design). This application system is designed using the PHP programming language and utilizes the MySQL XAMPP database. The chosen framework is CodeIgniter due to its extensive range of capabilities that facilitate the creation of robust and high-performing web applications. To summarize, this research has effectively developed an application that allows taxpayers in the Bapenda of Bandung District to submit their groundwater usage volume. This application simplifies the reporting procedure for taxpayers and assists Tax Division I in accessing groundwater usage statistics.

Abstract

This study aims to create a software application that can accurately compute PPh 21 (income tax) for full-time employees at the Bandung Regency Fire Department. The development process will utilize an Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) System Development approach. The primary aim of this study is to mechanize the computation of PPh 21 in compliance with relevant tax statutes while streamlining tax and payroll administration at the organization. The development methodology comprises five primary phases: requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and assessment. During the requirements analysis phase, data is gathered through interviews, observations, and literature research to comprehend the system's functional and non-functional requirements. The system design step entails developing a system architectural design that includes class, use case, and interaction diagrams to guarantee that the system fulfills the given requirements. Implementation involves creating program code based on the design and integrating system components. The testing phase encompasses unit, integration, system, and acceptance testing to verify that the system operates as intended and is error-free. The evaluation phase incorporates the participation of end users to gather input on the system's usability, efficiency, and precision and introduce enhancements prior to its complete implementation. The research findings demonstrate that using this internet-based application can enhance the effectiveness and precision of tax computations, mitigate the likelihood of data loss, and facilitate heightened job efficiency at the Bandung Regency Fire Department. This application is anticipated to favorably impact tax and payroll management at the agency while also enhancing the quality of public services through digitalization and technological innovation.

Abstract

Poverty is a significant global challenge, particularly in Indonesia, that impedes community welfare and the quality of human resources. The village government has initiated several social aid initiatives to tackle this issue; nevertheless, the distribution is frequently misallocated and imprecise. This study seeks to create a web-based decision support system employing the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to improve the accuracy, objectivity, and efficiency of identifying social assistance beneficiaries in Ciluncat Village. The SAW method evaluates alternatives by aggregating the weighted ratings for given qualities. This research uses descriptive analysis for data gathering and Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) for system development. The findings demonstrate that applying the SAW technique in Ciluncat Village enhances the efficiency of social assistance distribution, minimizes errors, and expedites the delivery time of aid. This system enables village officials to pick assistance recipients objectively and equitably.

Abstract

The collection of payment data and the recording of expenses are essential activities in financial management for both individuals and organisations. In the ever-evolving realm of information technology, creating a web application serves as an effective means to streamline and improve the efficiency of these procedures. The web application can leverage technology to offer capabilities that enhance the collection of payment data. Users can digitally document payments, set payment reminders, and efficiently track their payment history. The creation of a technology-driven online application for gathering payment data and tracking spending provides convenience for users while also benefiting organisations or enterprises. Organisations can analyse expenditure patterns, optimise resource allocation, and enhance decision-making in financial planning with well-documented data.
