Abstract

This study is to find out the understanding of students; knowing the nature of students; Know the characteristics and characteristics of students; and know the elements of students. This study is a literature review in which data is taken from literary sources from experts in the field of Islamic education. The author concludes that students consist of physical/fiscal elements, and spiritual/mental elements. The essence of all learning is to direct students both physically/fiscally and spiritually/mentally to become better and perfect in accordance with the specified learning objectives.

Abstract

PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III is an Indonesian state-owned enterprise engaged in the plantation sector. However, since the Covid-19 pandemic, the company has required all PTPN employees to carry out swabs to prevent transmission of Covid-19. Prior to conducting employee swabs, there is data collection first. Currently, swab data collection at PTPN III still uses the manual method, namely using paper as a document. Therefore the purpose of this research is to design an Information System for Employee Swab Data Collection at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III to replace the use of paper in processing employee swab data. By designing a swab data collection information system, it is hoped that it can reduce the use of paper and make it easier to collect employee swab data at PTPN III.

Abstract

This study aims to see the results of the application of the Inquiry-Based Learning Model in improving student learning outcomes in Redox Reaction subject matter for Class X Mas Al-Khoir Mananti Sosa Jae Village, Kec. Huta Raja Tinggi, Kab. Padang Lawas. The type of research used in this research is Classroom Action Research. Mas Al-Khoir Mananti Sosa Jae Village, Kec is the location used in this research. Huta Raja Tinggi, Kab. Padang Lawas. Data collection instruments are through tests and observations. The analysis method used in this research is quantitative analysis. Based on the results of the study show that there is an increase in student learning outcomes with the application of an inquiry-based learning model of redox reaction material for students of grade X from pre-cycle, cycle I to cycle II. Where the percentage of students who completed was 25% in pre-cycle, then increased in cycle I session 1 to 33.4%, then increased in cycle I session 2 to 60%, then increased in cycle II to 86.7%. The percentage of students who did not complete decreased from 75% in the pre-cycle, decreased to 66.6% in Cycle I Session 1, decreased to 40% in Cycle I Session 2, and decreased to 13.3% in Cycle II. The average score of the students increased from 54.3 before the cycle, then increased from 59.3 in cycle I to 68, then increased to 80 in cycle II. Following the indicators of success of this action, where students have passed the KKM (≥7).

Abstract

This study was conducted to find out about the growth and development of children aged 9-12 months at the integrated health post (posyandu) implemented by the Midwife of Hamlet 8 Tanjung Rejo. The data of this study were collected through observation analysis and literature methods. The purpose of this study is regarding early detection of growth and development of children aged 9-12 months at the integrated health post (posyandu), how midwives conduct health checks and monitoring the growth and development of a child aged 9-12 months using what methods and processes in implementing early detection, namely the procedures or obstacles faced, and the efforts made by health workers at the integrated health post (posyandu).

The data of this study were collected trought observation analysis and literature methods. The purpose of this study is about aerly childhood arabic language learning RA Habibilla, how teachers at RA Habibilla carry out early childhood arabic language learning using what methods and processes are in the teaching that is carried out.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how Islamic education is in modern Spain. This study uses the method of literature study. The results of this method show that Islamic education in modern Spain has experienced rapid development and Islamic education and Islamic culture, which began with the study of religion, science and literature, then increased with the study of sciences that have increased until now. Islamic education in modern Spain is very important and can make changes to education in the past before the arrival of Islamic education in Spain so that Islamic education has developed rapidly until now.

Abstract

This study explores the inculcation of values and food security within the Turun Sawah tradition in Denai Lama Village, Pantai Labu District. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the Turun Sawah tradition plays a crucial role in preserving local culture, maintaining food security, and enhancing the community’s economy through its agrotourism potential. As part of the agrarian heritage, this tradition not only reflects gratitude to God but also fosters values of solidarity, mutual cooperation (gotong royong), and cultural identity among younger generations. Despite significant challenges in engaging the younger generation—particularly in the face of globalization and shifting societal values—various creative approaches can be employed to ensure the sustainability of this tradition. Integrating traditional practices with modern technology, such as cultural festivals and agrotourism development, can enhance the interest of younger generations and the broader community. Furthermore, the Turun Sawah tradition significantly contributes to food security through crop diversification, supporting sustainable agriculture at the local level.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of computation through the experimental test method on the skills of students majoring in Tadris Biology UIN Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan 3rd semester. This type of research is experimental research with a pretest-posttest control group design. Sampling was carried out using cluster random sampling technique. The population in this study were students of Tadris Biology at Uin Shahada Padangsidimpuan, with a sample of Tadris Biology students at UIN Syahada (experimental class) and Tadris Biology students at Uin Shahada Padangsidimpuan Semester 3 (control class). The instrument used was a process skill test in the form of reasoned multiple choice which was first tested for validity, reliability. The results of the pretest homogeneity test showed the initial ability of the experimental class and homogeneous control, so that the effect of the treatment was the result of the posttest. So, it can be concluded that there is an effect of computer-based learning through experimental methods on the influence of the implementation of computing in basic courses on students of Tadris Biology at Uin Shahada Padangsidimpuan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar siswa  melalui pembelajaran kooperatif STAD melalui media mind mapping dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar siswa melalui pembelajaran kooperatif STAD melalui media kartu soal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi-eksperimen. Kelompok eksperimen I dengan model kooperatif STAD dengan mind mapping, kelas eksperimen II dengan model kooperatif STAD dengan media kartu soal. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan siswa pada kelas eksperimen I memiliki nilai rata-rata pretest 30,00 ± 7,73 dan posttes 78,00 ± 5,75 dengan rata-rata gain sebesar 0,70. Sementara siswa di kelas eksperimen II memiliki nilai rata-rata pretest 23,00 ± 8,19 dan posttest 66,20 ± 6,42 dengan rata-rata gain 0,57. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji t dua pihak menggunakan data  gain diperoleh thitung sebesar 4,885 sedangkan nilai t tabel 2,021 pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05, sehingga t hitung t tabel. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yang diberikan dalam kelas eksperimen I dan kelas eksperimen II yaitu sebesar 12,63%.
