Abstract

Berdasarkan sumber dari data SIMPEG BPSDM Kota Tasikmalaya eksisting tanggal 18 Oktober 2022 kekurangan guru sebanyak 1.616 orang. Jumlah guru yang lolos seleksi PPPK tahun 2020 dan 2021 sebanyak 776 orang. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengkaji: 1) pengelolaan pendidikan dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru kelas I di Kota Tasikmalaya; 2) kendala dan kesulitan pengelolaan diklat untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru kelas satu di Kota Tasikmalaya Penelitian ini berfokus pada: 1) pengelolaan diklat untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru PPPK di Kota Tasikmalaya; 2) Pengelolaan Diklat Kendala dan Tantangan untuk Meningkatkan Kompetensi Guru PPPK di Kota Tasikmalaya Desain penelitian studi kasus dan metode kualitatif deskriptif digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini. Wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, peran diklat bagi guru PPPK sangat dibutuhkan dalam rangka meningkatkan kompetensi, menghasilkan guru yang profesional, dan mendukung pelaksanaan tugasnya. Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) yang dilaksanakan secara sistematis dan terintegrasi harus mengembangkan kompetensinya melalui pelatihan sebagai bentuk pengayaan pengetahuan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang implementasi profesionalisme pendidikan dalam tinjauan agama, filsafat, psikologi dan sosiologi di SMKN 1 Kota Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif jenis penelitian deskriptif, dengan menggambarkan profesionalisme pendidikan dalam hal ini guru sebagai tenaga pendidik. Dari hasil observasi dan wawancara yang dideskripsikan dalam bentuk narasi tulisan sebagai bentuk hasil temuan dilapangan. Agar suatu proses pembelajaran berkualitas dan relevan, up to date, kebutuhan sumber daya manusia (man-power) teraplikasi dengan baik, Kesimpulan hasil temuan menggambarkan bahwa implementasi profesionalisme pendidikan melalui tinjauan agama, filsafat, psikologi dan sosiologi sudah diterapkan dengan baik. Hal ini ditunjukan bahwa iklim sekolah sudah memperhatikan tentang kecenderungan globalisasi yang berkonsekuensi pada terjadinya perubahan paradigma pembelajaran, yakni dari paradigma “lama” ke paradigma “baru”. Memahami tentang globalisasi yang dapat berdampak terhadap kemajuan peradaban dunia, yang merupakan suatu pelajaran penting bagi seluruh warga sekolah  yang senantiasa perlu mengedapankan profesionalisme dan responsif terhadap setiap permasalahan di sekolah, dan inovatif terhadap perubahan sosial pendidikan yang senantiasa dinamis melalui pengembangan guru dan tenaga kependidikan, desain kurikulum operasional,  desain pengelolaan kelas dan desain penelurusan tamatan.

Abstract

The oversight of educational institutions is of paramount importance in augmenting the caliber and efficiency of education, particularly in light of the profound challenges introduced by the Covid-19 pandemic. The repercussions of this global health crisis have permeated various sectors of society, with education being a notable focal point. The expeditious and extensive transmission of the Covid-19 virus mandates the adoption of customized approaches that align with the exigencies and constraints imposed by the ongoing pandemic. Therefore, this research endeavor is purposefully crafted to provide comprehensive insights into the metamorphosis of school supervision management paradigms amid the Covid-19 pandemic, specifically within the educational landscape. In the context of a pandemic scenario, the role of educational supervisors becomes increasingly crucial, as they play a pivotal role in facilitating meticulous planning, systematic organization, effective activation, adept management, rigorous control, skillful guidance, meticulous oversight, and continuous evaluation of distance learning processes. These processes are often facilitated through diverse platforms such as Zoom Meetings, WhatsApp Groups, Google Classroom, YouTube, and similar digital mediums. This strategic approach to addressing the repercussions of Covid-19 in the educational sphere necessitates the concerted collaboration of all stakeholders, encompassing governmental bodies, parents, educators, and educational institutions. It is undeniable that only through such collaborative endeavors can we ensure the seamless continuity of the educational process in the face of this pervasive pandemic.

Abstract

The dominance of digital technology in the lives of Generation Alpha has created fundamental changes in the way self-identity is formed, understood, and expressed. Since an early age, this generation has grown up in a digital environment filled with algorithms, social media, and online culture that is both interactive and performative. The digital narratives they consume and produce not only shape their self-representation, but also influence their cognitive, affective, and social structures. This study aims to examine in depth how digital narratives play a role in the process of identity formation of Generation Alpha students, especially in the context of education. Using a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, this study involved junior high school students who actively use digital media as key participants. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and digital documentation, then analyzed using Moustakas' (1994) framework. The results of the study show that student identities develop fluidly, temporarily, and are often curated to meet social expectations in online spaces, which are not always in line with the norms of educational institutions. These findings highlight the need for adaptive, reflective, and empathetic pedagogical transformation, as well as the importance of critical digital literacy in guiding students to build authentic, healthy, and empowered identities amidst the complex challenges of the digital world

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the patterns, characteristics, and effectiveness of educational supervision in inclusive school settings through a systematic literature review approach. The methodology used PRISMA 2020 with a literature search in five international databases for the period 2021-2025, resulting in 20 high-quality articles for analysis. The findings show the evolution of supervision models from a traditional hierarchical approach to a collaborative-transformational paradigm. Four effective supervision models were identified: transformational supervision, instructional leadership supervision, collaborative supervision, and distributed leadership model. The transformational supervision model showed significant changes in teachers' attitudes toward inclusive education, while instructional leadership had a 63.7% correlation with student academic achievement. Components of effective supervision include academic aspects through curriculum and IEP adaptation, professional aspects through teacher self-efficacy development, and organizational aspects through systematic management. Internal factors such as supervisor competence and an inclusive culture, as well as external factors such as policy support, determine successful implementation. Key challenges include issues of bullying, technological barriers, and the complexity of AI integration in supervision. The study recommends developing a contextual supervision model for Indonesia, taking into account local cultural characteristics and resource availability.

Abstract

Public relations management is very important in realizing a quality school. However, public relations management often goes unnoticed in educational institutions. When there is a good relationship between the school and the community, there will be harmonization between the two. The community will trust the school so that they send their children to these institutions and the school can maintain its existence. The aims of this study were: (1) to determine public relations management at NU SMKS Tasikmalaya City, (2) to determine the level of public trust in the school environment at NU SMKS Tasikmalaya City, and (3) to determine the implementation of public relations management in increasing public trust in the school environment in NU SMKS Tasikmalaya City. The thinking framework of this research is public relations management activities with indicators consisting of publicity, marketing, public affairs, issues management, lobbying, and investor relations. While the strategy for building community trust in the school environment with indicators consists of the desires, needs and expectations of the community. The method in this research is through the level of descriptive explanation using the case study method. The approach uses a qualitative approach. The data collection technique for this research was by means of observation, interviews and documentation and the data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed (1) on public relations management at NU SMKS Tasikmalaya City based on public relations management indicators, namely publicity,public affairs, issues management, lobbying, and investor relations . Judging from the results of observations, interviews and documentation in the field, it shows that the management of public relations at the Tasikmalaya City NU Vocational High School as a whole has been going well even though it is not optimal. (2) The level of public trust in the school environment at NU SMKS Tasikmalaya City is based on indicators on the desires, needs and expectations of the community. What are the wishes, needs and expectations of the community for the school, the school always adjusts so that both sides give each other Feedback positive for the advancement of education. (3) The implementation of public relations management in increasing the trust of the school environment community at the Tasikmalaya City NU Vocational High School, shows that the implementation of public relations management at the Tasikmalaya City NU Vocational High School has been going well so that the environmental community's trust in the school has increased as seen from the graph of the ups and downs of new students from year to year.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja penjaminan mutu pendidikan dasar di UPTD SDN 103 Inpres Hasanuddin Kabupaten Maros dalam mewujudkan sekolah berkualitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan data sekunder yang bersumber dari Kemendikbud, laporan akreditasi BAN-S/M, indikator pendidikan BPS, dan data Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Maros. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penjaminan mutu di UPTD SDN 103 Inpres Hasanuddin telah dilaksanakan melalui sistem penjaminan mutu internal (SPMI) yang mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan perbaikan berkelanjutan. Sekolah menunjukkan kinerja yang baik dalam pemenuhan delapan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP), terutama pada aspek pengelolaan kurikulum, penilaian pembelajaran, dan budaya sekolah. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan dalam integrasi literasi digital dan kesinambungan supervisi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya komitmen kepemimpinan, kompetensi guru, dan partisipasi masyarakat sebagai faktor utama dalam menjaga peningkatan mutu pendidikan secara berkelanjutan.
