This study aims to analyse the madrasah head's strategy in improving teachers' digitalisation skills. This research is motivated by the importance of digitalisation in teachers in supporting the future development of the nation and developing the potential of teachers in facing global competition. The type of research used in this study is qualitative. Data sources were obtained from MIS Al-Iqro' Belawan Medan through observation, interviews and documents. The results obtained in the study of the madrasah head's strategy in improving the digitalisation skills of teachers at MIS Al-Iqro' Belawan Medan are: (1) Teachers' digitalisation skills at MIS Al-Iqro' Belawan Medan vary, but generally show significant improvement after attending training programmes and workshops provided by the madrasah, (2) Implementation of strategies carried out by madrasah principals includes various training programmes, workshops, and seminars that focus on improving teachers' digital skills, (3) Evaluation of the implemented strategies shows positive results, with increased skills and confidence of teachers in using digital technology. Evaluation is conducted through classroom observations, skills tests, and feedback from teachers.

This study describes the implementation of education management standards at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Ihsan Selemak Village, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra. The focus of his research is on educational planning, which includes the vision, mission, and goals of the school, the implementation of education by the school's academic calendar, school supervision carried out by the head and deputy principals, as well as evaluation of education as an effort to improve the quality of education. This study used qualitative research methods. The data obtained in the study came from school principals, deputy principals, TU heads, and teachers who teach at the school. Observation, interviews, and documentation do data collection. The sources of this research are primary and secondary; the stages of analysis in this qualitative research are data collection, data reduction and categorization, data appearance, and conclusion—guarantees for data validity, namely credibility, transferability, dependability, certainty, and triangulation. The results of the research study show that educational planning at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Ihsan is by the standards of education management because it includes the vision, mission, and goals as well as work plans at the madrasa. However, several notes need to be considered, namely, the need to be improved to implement the school's goals. Education management standards carry out an educational evaluation at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Ihsan.

The implementation of Islamic education planning is one of the important efforts in developing the education system at Al IQRA's Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIS) on Jalan PLTU No. 3 Belawan Sicanang. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Iqra' was founded on December 12, 1995 and has been around for about 28 years. The research method used in the Islamic Education Planning Implementation research (Principles, Objectives, Functions, Cycles, Models and Work as well as Planning Information) at MIS Al Iqra' Belawan is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. This research resulted that the implementation of Islamic education planning at MIS Al IQRA' Belawan has made a positive contribution in increasing the effectiveness and quality of Islamic education. However, there is still room for further development, such as increasing parental involvement, developing holistic Islamic-based assessments, and applying technology in Islamic learning. The existence of full power or large progressive rights in determining policies to make decisions is limited to the interests of the school principal or those closest to him who are able to influence these decisions. This research uses a qualitative type of research with a qualitative descriptive approach by examining facts that occur in the field. This descriptive qualitative method is used to describe what is true about a symptom, variable or situation. The time this research was conducted was October 10 2023. The location of this research was at SD Negeri 01 Pematang Jering which is located at Jl. Bagan Pematang Jering Village, Sei Suka District, Batu Bara Regency, North Sumatra Province. This research resulted that the Principal's Decision Making Strategy at SD Negeri 01 Pematang Jering Village included identifying problems, drafting decisions, making choices and implementing decisions. Decision Making Style of the Principal of SDN. 01 Pematang Jering Village in Determining School Facilities and Infrastructure. Through the classification of the problems that occur, it can be concluded that the decisions taken by the principal at SD Negeri 01 Pematang Jering Village belong to the type of persuasive decision making style.

The importance of communication in organizational behavior has significant implications in the context of education. In the educational environment, the aspect of communication is an integral part of the learning process and student development. In education, communication is defined as more than just the exchange of information. From the quote, there is an explanation of the type of research used, namely library research. This research is conducted by accumulating information from various sources, such as books, journals, theses, dissertations, and the internet. Before analyzing the literature, researchers must clearly understand where objective data will be obtained. This research shows that organizational behavior is related to how people act and react in all types of organizations. In organizational life, people are employed, educated and trained, given information, protected, and developed. In other words, organizational behavior is how people behave within an organization.
