Abstract

Penelitian di sekolah MTs Al-Ihsan Medan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kegiatan ekstrakulikuler dalam meningkatkan minat dan bakat siswa dan bagaimana implementasi dalam kegiatan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian kualitatif deskriptif eksploratif. Proses pengumpulan data yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, Sebagai informasi data penelitian ini. Penulis mengambil beberapa orang informan data yaitu wakil kepala sekolah, guru, pelatih atai pembina dan siswa MTS Swasta Al-Ihsan Pulo Brayan Darat II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Dalam hal perencanaan yang di kegiatan ekstarkulikuler di MTs Al-Ihsan Medan sudah dilakukan dengan baik dan terstruktur dengan mempersiapkan alat-alat yang menujang kegiatan ekstrakulikuler, jadwal kegiatan ekstrakulikuler, formulir pendaftaran, menentukan pelatih dan pembina. 2) Dalam hal pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakulikuler sudah sesuai dengan apa yang sudah direncanaka pada perencanaan sehingga kegiatan ekstrakulikuler yang ada di MTs Al-Ihsan Medan dapat terlaksana dengan baik. 3) Sedangkan untuk evaluasi kegiatan ekstrakulikuler dilaksanakan setiap akhir semester dan dilakukan oleh waka kesiswaan, kepala sekolah, dan koordinasi kegiatan ekstrakulikuer. Evaluasi juga dilakukan oleh pelatih setiap pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakulikuler.

Abstract

The implementation of Islamic education planning is one of the important efforts in developing the education system at Al IQRA's Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIS) on Jalan PLTU No. 3 Belawan Sicanang. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Iqra' was founded on December 12, 1995 and has been around for about 28 years. The research method used in the Islamic Education Planning Implementation research (Principles, Objectives, Functions, Cycles, Models and Work as well as Planning Information) at MIS Al Iqra' Belawan is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. This research resulted that the implementation of Islamic education planning at MIS Al IQRA' Belawan has made a positive contribution in increasing the effectiveness and quality of Islamic education. However, there is still room for further development, such as increasing parental involvement, developing holistic Islamic-based assessments, and applying technology in Islamic learning. Abstract

This research discusses stress management on teacher job satisfaction and student learning time management at SDS Islam An Nizam Medan. The type of research used is qualitative. Qualitative method produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behaviors. By using qualitative data collected directly in the field. The primary data source for this research is teachers and students, while the secondary data source includes profile data, school history, vision and mission, stress management theory on teacher job satisfaction, and student learning time management theory. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research found that teacher stress management at SDS Islam An Nizam Medan is an effort to deal with stress or pressure in the work environment. The purpose of stress management itself is to improve the quality of teachers' lives so that they are better able to design solutions to problems that arise, especially those related to the causes of stress in the workplace. Student learning time management at SDS Islam An Nizam Medan shows that the students have set goals, arranged schedules, set priorities, been assertive, avoided procrastination, and minimized wasted time.

Abstract

The importance of communication in organizational behavior has significant implications in the context of education. In the educational environment, the aspect of communication is an integral part of the learning process and student development. In education, communication is defined as more than just the exchange of information. From the quote, there is an explanation of the type of research used, namely library research. This research is conducted by accumulating information from various sources, such as books, journals, theses, dissertations, and the internet. Before analyzing the literature, researchers must clearly understand where objective data will be obtained. This research shows that organizational behavior is related to how people act and react in all types of organizations. In organizational life, people are employed, educated and trained, given information, protected, and developed. In other words, organizational behavior is how people behave within an organization.
