Abstract

Independent Learning Activities Independent Campus Learning (MBKM) in the form of humanitarian projects is a form of learning that trains students to develop social awareness and sensitivity through programmed and institutional activities. The aim of community service activities carried out by KKNT_MBKM STIE BIMA students in the South Rabangodu sub-district is to empower by increasing local community knowledge through socialization on the prevention of dengue fever (DBD). This empowerment is carried out through outreach activities and distributing abate powder to prevent the reproduction of mosquito larvae. This community service activity was carried out well, smoothly and received a positive response from the activity participants. This program was implemented well and participants understood the information on dengue prevention.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the significant influence of work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the women's empowerment, child protection, population control and family planning (DP3AP2KB) office in Wawo sub-district. This research is included in the category of associative population research. This research uses all employees at the women's empowerment, child protection, population control and family planning (DP3AP2KB) office in Wawo sub-district, totaling 55 employees. The research technique used is saturated samples. The instrument in this research is a questionnaire with a liter scale. Observation data collection techniques, questionnaires, literature study. The data analysis technique uses a validity test, a reliability test and then processed using SPSS. The results of the research show that work motivation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the women's empowerment, child protection, population control and family planning (DP3AP2KB) office in Wawo sub-district.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Leadership and Work Motivation on Employee Job Satisfaction at the Bima City Transportation Office. The approach used in the study is an associative approach. The population in the study was 188 people with a sample of 32 ASN people. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. The results of the study showed that leadership and work motivation simultaneously had a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at the Bima City Transportation Office.

Abstract

Abstrak: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kerja sama tim dan budaya organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sejumlah.45 ASN dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi lienar berganda berbantuan SPSS for widows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerja sama tim dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Dinas Koperasi, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Bima.

Abstract

Performance is the employee's ability to complete work during the activity period according to the standards determined by the organization. Employee performance will be effective and efficient if interactions with co-workers and superiors are open, that is, giving freedom to express thoughts and ideas as a form of feeling supported by superiors who are always able to encourage and pay attention to seeing work challenges into opportunities. This research aims to determine the influence of emotional intelligence, communication patterns and transformational leadership on the performance of Bima Housing and Settlement service employees. The population in this study were 63 employees at the Bima Housing and Settlement Department, especially the Bima City Housing, Settlement and Land Department, with a sampling technique using purposive sampling, namely 38 civil servant employees as respondents.Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 27. The results of this study partially show that the emotional intelligence variable has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, the communication pattern variable has an insignificant effect on employee performance, and the transformational leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. employee. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership styles that are most suitable for millennials and Generation Z, focusing on three leadership styles: Transformational Leadership (X1), Servant Leadership (X2), and Ethical Leadership (X3). The dependent variable in this study is Motivation (Y). This research is descriptive as it aims to examine and analyze the phenomena or issues that arise within a specific context. The sample used in this study consists of MSME actors in the City of Bima, who are part of the millennial and Generation Z groups. These two generations have distinct characteristics, and understanding how different leadership styles affect them is crucial for improving motivation and productivity in the business environment. The findings reveal that the most suitable leadership style for millennials, based on the average score order, is Servant Leadership (86.55%), followed by Ethical Leadership (86.43%), and Transformational Leadership (85.27%). This suggests that millennials value a leadership approach that focuses on serving and empowering others. Meanwhile, for Generation Z, the most suitable leadership style, based on the average score order, is Ethical Leadership (93.82%), followed by Transformational Leadership (86.62%), and Servant Leadership (83.27%). This indicates that Generation Z places a high value on ethical considerations and integrity in leadership. Overall, this study provides valuable insights into how different leadership styles influence the motivation of millennials and Generation Z. It highlights the need for MSME leaders to adapt their leadership styles according to the generational characteristics of their employees to enhance motivation and drive success in the business context of Bima City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Work-Life Balance and Self-Regulation on the Job Performance of Generation Z employees working in the creative industry in Bima City. Generation Z is known for its unique characteristics, including a strong appreciation for flexible work arrangements, life balance, and the ability to manage oneself independently. This research employs a quantitative approach using the explanatory survey method. Data were collected purposively from respondents aged 18–28 years who had been working for at least six months in the creative industry. The data were gathered through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that both Work-Life Balance and Self-Regulation significantly influence Job Performance, both partially and simultaneously. These findings highlight the importance of maintaining a balance between work and personal life, as well as the role of self-regulation in enhancing the job performance of Generation Z. This study is expected to serve as a reference for managers, young employees, and policymakers in developing strategies to improve performance in the creative economy sector.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk bakti sosial yang dilakukan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) Bima dapat memberikan manfaat yang luar biasa kepada masyarakat di kelurahan Sarae khususnya pembagian sembako bagi Masyarakat yang membutuhkan. Adapun tujuan diselenggarakannya kegiatan tersebut merupakan bagian dari rangkaian Dies Natalis Stie Bima Ke-23 tahun dengan tema Stie Bima nerbagi dan termasuk tahapan untuk menyelesaikan masalah ekonomi yang terjadi di Masyarakat yang kurang mampu dengan membagikan berupa bingkisan sembako sebanyak 200 paket sembako yang tersebar di beberapa rumah tangga (RT) di seputaran kelurahan Sarae yang dimana berdekatan langsung dengan lokasi kampus tersebut. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini dapat menjalin tali silahturahmi antar sesama sehinga akan membangun keakraban antara Masyarakat dengan seluruh civitas akademika Stie Bima. Sasaran dari kegiatan pembagian sembako ini dinilai telah tercapai untuk meringankan masyarakat yang kurang mampu khususnya di wilayah seputar kelurahan Sarae Kota Bima dengan harapan dapat membantu pemenuhan kebutuhan ekonomi masyarakat.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh Kinerja Pegawai Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan di Puskesmas Soromondi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan tipe penelitian expost facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan masyarakat yang berkunjung dan mendapat pelayanan di Puskesmas Soromandi sebanyak 143 orang. Hasil penelitian didapatkan gambaran kinerja pegawai di Puskesmas Soromondi telah dilaksanakan dengan kategori baik dengan nilai statistik deskripsi kinerja pegawai sebesar 49,31. Gambaran kualitas pelayanan di Puskesmas Soromondi telah dilaksanakan dengan kategori baik dengan nilai statistik deskripsi kinerja pegawai sebesar rata-rata 58,61 Terdapat pengaruh kinerja pegawai terhadap kualitas pelayanan di Puskesma Soromondi diperoleh hasil perhitungan statistik uji-t diperoleh nilai t = 5.825 dengan p (Sig.) = 0,000. Besar pengaruh kinerja pegawai terhadap kualitas pelayanan di Puskesmas Soromondi sebesar 37,3%

Abstract

Administrasi desa merupakan bagian penting dalam mendukung pelayanan publik yang efektif. Namun, di banyak desa dan kelurahan, pengelolaan arsip masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga menimbulkan risiko kehilangan, kerusakan, dan keterlambatan pelayanan. Melalui program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) STIE Bima 2025, mahasiswa melaksanakan kegiatan penataan administrasi desa di Kelurahan Rabadompu Barat. Program ini berfokus pada sosialisasi dan implementasi penggunaan Google Drive sebagai media penyimpanan digital untuk arsip desa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan aparatur kelurahan dalam mengelola data, kerapian administrasi, serta kesadaran akan pentingnya sistem backup digital. Dengan adanya program ini, pelayanan publik dapat dilakukan lebih cepat, aman, dan efisien.
