Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, motivation and incentives on employee performance. This research was conducted in the Office Education, Culture, Youth and Sports (DIKBUDPORA) Bima Regency. The samples in this study were employees in the education, culture, youth and sports department of Bima Regency, totaling 66 people, but the researchers used a sample with the Slovin formula so as to get a sample as respondents as many as 56 employees. While the method and data analysis used is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression. Based on the results multiple linear regression analysis, the partial test (t-test) proves that leadership variable (X1) has positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) in the DIKBUDPORA office, Bima Regency, the variable of motivation (X2) has positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) in the DIKBUDPORA office in Bima Regency, and incentives variable also have (X3) positive and significant effect to employee performance (Y) in the DIKBUDPORA office, Bima Regency. The F test result shows that leadership (X1), motivation (X2) and incentives (X3) simultaneous effect the employee performance (Y) in the DIKBUDPORA, Bima Regency, as evidenced by a value of 0.000.

Abstract

Performance is the employee's ability to complete work during the activity period according to the standards determined by the organization. Employee performance will be effective and efficient if interactions with co-workers and superiors are open, that is, giving freedom to express thoughts and ideas as a form of feeling supported by superiors who are always able to encourage and pay attention to seeing work challenges into opportunities. This research aims to determine the influence of emotional intelligence, communication patterns and transformational leadership on the performance of Bima Housing and Settlement service employees. The population in this study were 63 employees at the Bima Housing and Settlement Department, especially the Bima City Housing, Settlement and Land Department, with a sampling technique using purposive sampling, namely 38 civil servant employees as respondents.Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 27. The results of this study partially show that the emotional intelligence variable has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, the communication pattern variable has an insignificant effect on employee performance, and the transformational leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. employee. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan  mahasiswa dan pelajar macam, jenis narkoba yang beredar di Masyarakat agar pelajar mengenali tanda, ciri dan gejala dari orang yang mengalami ketergantungan terhadap narkoba, pencegahan serta memberikan informasi mengenai Tindakan penanganan ketergantungan narkoba. Melalui kegiatan STIE FEST menyambut DIES Natalis STIE Bima ke- 23 yang salah satu kegiatannya yaitu Kampanye edukatif anti narkoba bertajuk “Generasi Muda Tanpa Narkoba” yang di ikuti oleh peserta terbanyak Mahasiswa, pelajar dan masyarakat umum. Kegiatan ini kolaborasi Tim Dosen kelompok 6 STIE Bima dengan BNNK Bima di laksanakan Taman amahami Kota Bima Sabtu, 23 Februari 2025. Metode yang digunakan adalah 1) Tahap persiapan; koordinasi dengan pihak BNNK Bima, menyiapkan peralatan dan perlengkapan. 2) Tahap Pelaksanaan; 1) Seminar anti narkoba, kampanye #stop narkoba, pembagian brosur pada peserta seminar dan 3) Tahap Evaluasi: refleksi hasil kegiatan dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini; 1) Seminar kampanye anti narkoba dengan pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif, dan kolaboratif pihak berwenang BNN Kabupaten Bima dan narasumbernya dokter ahli di bidangnya yang melibatkan mahasiswa dan pelajar sebagai agen perubahan.  3) Kampanye digital #stop narkoba yang di Up media soaial, 4) pembagian brosur pada peserta seminar yang diharapkan dari program ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku preventif terhadap narkoba di kalangan generasi muda. Dengan demikian, kampanye ini diharapkan menjadi langkah konkret dalam membangun generasi sehat, sadar, dan bebas narkoba.

Abstract

Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan daya saing usaha kunyit di Desa Kombo melalui pelatihan digital marketing dan penerapan kemasan ramah lingkungan. Pelaku usaha menghadapi tantangan dalam pemasaran digital dan penggunaan kemasan yang kurang menarik serta tidak ramah lingkungan. Kegiatan dilakukan secara partisipatif melalui tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Pelatihan mencakup penggunaan media sosial dan marketplace, serta desain kemasan berbasis bahan ramah lingkungan dan pesan pemasaran hijau. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan promosi digital dan kesadaran keberlanjutan di kalangan peserta. Produk kunyit kini tampil lebih menarik dan informatif, dengan jangkauan pasar yang lebih luas. Program ini membuktikan bahwa integrasi teknologi digital dan praktik usaha berkelanjutan dapat memperkuat UMKM lokal, serta memiliki potensi replikasi di wilayah lain dengan komoditas serupa.
