Abstract

The village of Bre has a lowland and highland topographic character with an area of ​​196.61 Ha/ m2. The village of Bre is run by two rivers that directly stretched into the sea that can be directly utilized by bre community to grow crops. Ibm Program in village Bre is distimuli by problems experienced by UKM Rengginang, that is (1) UMKN Rengginan in Bre Village has not been well organized in a container organization (2). The knowledge of the makers of Rengginang is still very minimal on how to deal with competition in the market, and (3) do not understand how to make financial bookkeeping, where finance for business rengginang per day often mixed with finance for daily needs. The approach used in problems solving to entrepreneurs Rengginang in the village of Bre is through a participatory approach, by data collection entrepreneurs Rengginang, transfer science and technology through the entrepreneurship workshop as well as training and Mentoring simple bookkeeping Keyword : Entrepreneurs Rengginang, Data Collection, Entrepreneurship workshop,bookkeeping.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine whether the leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the discipline of employee work on One Roof Management System (Samsat) of Bima Town. The type of this research is associated research. The collect of the research data by using the spreading of cueisioner with a sample of 36 employees with the technique of data analysis using simple linear regression. The result of this study is T value = 1.085 and t table = 2,041, so t calculate smaller than t table (1.085 <2.041) hence it is stated that t hitung falls on acceptance area Ho means there is no relationship of leadership style to employee Dept. One Roof Management One (Samsat) of Bima Town or Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. Keywords: Leadership style, employee discipline.

Abstract

This research was used to see the effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment in east rasanae district office staff. The quatitative method used in this study which shows cause and effect. The sample used is employees. Observation, questionnaire and documentation are data collection used. The data analysis thechnique used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 21 software. The results of the study show that: organizational commitment in east rasanae district office staff.

Abstract

Companies need to pay sufficient attention to their work environment. A conducive work environment can provide a sense of security at work, so that if an employee enjoys his work environment, employees will feel at home at work and can do good activities so that work discipline can be improved. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on work discipline at PT. BNI (Persero) Bima Branch. This research is associative type with quantitative data from primary data sources. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, correlation, determination test and t test. The results of the study there is a significant influence between the work environment on the work discipline of employees at PT. BNI (Persero) Bima Branch with a very strong relationship level. PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP MASYARAKAT YANG TERKENA DAMPAK KERUSAKAN LINGKUNGAN AKIBAT KEGIATAN PENGERUKAN TANAH OLEH CHEVRON DI WILAYAH KAMPUNG KEROK LAUT KABUPATEN PENAJAM PASER UTARAINTISARIJaenab BruceAnzward ElsaAprinaAlasan pemilihan judul yaitu peneliti ingin mengetahui bagaimana perlindungan hukum serta upaya-upaya masyarakat terhadap kegiatan pengerukan tanah di kerok laut Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara, Rumusan masalah ini bagaimana pelindungan hukum terhadap masyarakat yang terkena dampak kerusakan lingkungan akibat kegiatan pengerukan tanah oleh chevron di wilayah kerok laut Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara, Serta upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh masyarakat secara hukum untuk mendapatkan hak-hak mereka.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perlindungan hukum terhadap kegiatan pengerukuan tersebut, serta mengetahui upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh masyarakat yang terkena dampak kerusakan lingkungan akibat kegiatan pengerukan tanah oleh chevron di Wilayah Kerok Laut Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara secara hukum untuk mendapatkan ganti kerugian.Metode penelitian ini yang digunakan bersifat yuridis normatif yaitu penelitian langsung dengan cara mencari informasi atau data secara langsung kepada pihak terkait untuk mendapatkan data primer,selain wawanca penulis menggunakan aturan-aturan hukum dan referensi buku-buku untuk melengkapi data yang diperoleh terkait dengan judul penelitian.Hasil penelitian terkait dengan perlindungan hukum terhadap masyarakat yang terkena dampak kerusakan lingkungan akibat kegiatan pengerukan tanah oleh chevron di wilayah kerok laut Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara, antara lain secara preventif maupun refresif, preventif yang dimaksud adalah seharunya diberikan himbauan atau pemberitahuan terhadap masyarakat untu melakukan kegiatan pengerukan tersebut, dan refresif yang dimaksud adalah berdasarkan Undang-undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2009 dalam pasal 103, tercantum bahwa pengendalian pencemaran dan/atau kerusakan lingkungan. Maka masyarakat meminta ganti kerugian akibat kerusakan lingkungan yang mereka tempati.Upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh masyarakat yang terkena dampak kerusakan lingkungan akibat kegiatan pengerukan tanah oleh chevron di wilyah kerok laut ada 2 cara yaitu malalui jalur non-litigasi dengan cara mediasi dan negosiasi, sementara jalur litigasi melaui pengadilan.

Abstract

Pada saat sekarang UMKM memainkan peranan penting dalam perekonomian nasional. Kontribusi UMKM tidak tidak bisa dipandang sebelah mata dalam perkembangan industry bisnis di daerah. Tujuan pengabdian yang dilakukan untuk melakukan pemetaan kelompok usaha agar pemberdayaan melalui pelatihan-pelatihan bisa terarah dengan tepat sesuai dengan permasalahan yang terjadi pada UMKM. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat kali ini antara lain 1) Melakukan observasi kepada pelaku usaha, 2) wawancara dengan masyarakat pemilik usaha, 3) dokumentasi kegiatan, 4) Pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat. Setelah Kelompok UMKM terbentuk dilakukan pelatihan-pelatihan, Hasil dari pengabdian ini adanya pembentukkan kelompok UMKM, pemetaan UMKM untuk mempermudah pemberdayaan yang dilakukan, pelatihan-pelatihan yang diberikan sesuai dengan permasalahan yang dialami UMKM seperti pelatihan inovasi produk, pemasaran dengan digital marketing dan pembukuan sederhana. Sehingga dari kegiatan pengabdian ini harapan kami Desa Tonggorisabisa menjadi desa sejahtera dan mandiri.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a significant effect between work facilities on employee performance, to find out whether there is a significant effect between work competence on employee performance and to find out whether there is a simultaneous effect between work facilities and competence on employee performance at the Regional Library Service (DPAD). ) City of Bima. In this study, the population was 50 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The type of data used in this study was qualitative data. The data collection technique used was literature study, documentation and questionnaires. The research location was at the Regional Library Service (DPAD) ) Kota Bima, the data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and t test. The results showed that there was no significant influence between Work Facilities on Employee Performance at the Regional Library Service (DPAD) Kota Bima, There was a significant influence between Work competence on Employee Performance at the Regional Library Service (DPAD) Bima City and there was a simultaneous influence between Work Facilities and Competencies on Employee Performance at the Regional Library Service (DPAD) Kota Bima.

Abstract

The research aims to determine whether work life balance and compensation have a significant effect on employee loyalty at CV. 88 Bima City so that it can provide input to leadership on CV. 88 Bima City. This research is quantitative research and the type of research is associative with the population in this research being all CV employees. 88 Bima City, so the sampling technique was a saturated sample of 37 respondents, while the data collection technique used observation, literature study and questionnaires, referring to a 5 point Likert scale which was then distributed to 37 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression which is then analyzed using SPSS version 21 for Windows. The results of this research are: 1) There is a significant influence of work life balance on loyalty to CV. 88 Bima City. 2) There is no significant influence of compensation on loyalty to CV. 88 Bima City. 3). There is a significant influence of work life balance and compensation on employee loyalty at CV. 88 Bima City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and quality of work partially and simultaneously on employee performance at Madrasah Tsanawiah Islamic Boarding School Al Muthmainnah Soromandi, Bima Regency. The research methodology is associative. The population in this study included all employees at Madrasah Tsanawiah Islamic Boarding School Al Muthmainnah Soromandi, Bima Regency, totaling 32 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Data collection techniques by conducting observations, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test, and f test. The results of the t test show that the competency and work quality variables do not partially affect the work performance of employees at Madrasah Tsanawiah Islamic Boarding School Al-Muthmainnah Soromandi, Bima Regency. The results of the F test show that competency and work quality simultaneously affect employee performance at Madrasah Tsanawiah Islamic Boarding School Al-Muthmainnah Soromandi, Bima Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on employee work discipline at the Bima Regency Industry and Trade Service. The population in this study was 76 people and the sample used was 45 people with the sampling technique used in the research using type (saturated sampling). Data analysis takes the form of validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient and determinant tests, t tests, and f tests. The research results obtained through the t test show that (1) the organizational culture variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on work discipline (Y); (2) Leadership Variable (X2) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y); (3) Leadership variables (X1) and organizational culture (X2) simultaneously (simultaneously) have a significant effect on work discipline.
