Abstract

Remaja adalah usia yang rentan mengalami berbagai masalah kesehatan reproduksi seperti kehamilan usia dini, pelecehan seksual dan infeksi menular seksual (IMS). Tingkat pengetahuan yang rendah tentang IMS memberi peluang untuk remaja melakukan perilaku seksual yang tidak aman. Menurut data Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) tahun 2017, kasus IMS baru pada usia remaja yang berumur 15-24 tahun diketahui berkontribusi sebesar 50% dengan resiko yang sama besar pada laki-laki dan perempuan. Tujuan kegiatan penyuluhan ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja dan infeksi menular seksual. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2022 dengan lokasi mitra SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Makassar. Teknik pengambilan sampel untuk evaluasi menggunakan metode systematic random sampling, mengambil sampel siswa sebanyak 50 responden. Evaluasi tingkat pengetahuan siswa dilakukan dengan tahapan pre-test, penyampaian materi dengan metode ceramah, sesi tanya jawab dan diskusi kemudian diakhiri dengan post-test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai rata-rata hasil pre-test yaitu 9,02 dan nilai rata-rata hasil post-test yaitu 12,94 dengan nilai maksimal yaitu 15. Hasil uji Wilcoxon signed rank test setelah diberikan penyuluhan kesehatan menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan (Z= -6,183), nilai p-value yang didapatkan pada penelitian adalah 0,000 yang menunjukan 50 siswa (100%) responden mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan tentang penyakit menular seksual yang berarti (p-value<0,05). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja dan infeksi menular seksual pada siswa setelah dilakukan penyuluhan kesehatan. ABSTRACT Adolescents are an age that is vulnerable to reproductive health problems such as early pregnancy, sexual harassment and sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Low levels of knowledge about sexually transmitted diseases have the opportunity to engage in unsafe sexual behavior. According to data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in 2017, new STIs cases in adolescents aged 15-24 years are known to contribute 50% with the same risk for men and women. The purpose of this research is to increase students' knowledge about adolescent reproductive health and sexually transmitted infections. This research was conducted on October, 2022, the research location at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Makassar. Sampling technique with systematic random sampling method, the sample of students as many as 50 respondents. Evaluation of students' knowledge level is carried out in stages in the form of pre-test, delivery of material using the lecture method, question and answer session and discussion then ended with a post-test. The results of this study indicate the average value of the pre-test results is 9.02 and the average post-test results is 12.94 with a maximum value of 15. The results of the Wilcoxon signed rank test after being given health counseling showed a significant effect (Z = -6.183), the p-value obtained in the study was 0.000 which showed 50 students (100%) respondents experienced a significant increase in knowledge about sexually transmitted diseases (p-value < 0.05). The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in knowledge about adolescent reproductive health and sexually transmitted infections in students after health education is carried out. Abstract

Sifilis merupakan infeksi menular seksual yang disebabkan oleh Spirochaete Treponema Pallidum. Peningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang sifilis dapat melakukan tindakan pencegahan yang efektif untuk menghindari penularan sifilis. Penyuluhan tentang infeksi menular seksual Sifilis telah dilakukan di Puskesmas Makkasau Makassar. Sebelum memulai materi penyuluhan, dilakukan dengan pengisian kuisoner awal (Pre-Test), dilanjutkan pemaparan materi penyuluhan dan sesi diskusi/tanya jawab dengan peserta penyuluhan dan yang terakhir pengisian kuisioner evaluasi (Post-Test). Hasil pengisian kuisioner awal dan akhir dianalisis dengan uji normalitas Saphiro-Wilk dan uji Wilcoxon Rank Test. Penyuluhan diikuti oleh 45 orang. Kegiatan ini mendapatkan respon dan feedback positif dari masyarakat dengan memperhatikan dan dengan memberikan pertanyaan dan peserta tampak paham dan puas dengan penjelasan-penjelasan yang telah diberikan. Pengetahuan masyarakat meningkat signifikan setelah penyuluhan dengan nilai p < 0,05. Namun masih ada hambatan atau kendala yang dihadapi saat penyuluhan yaitu adanya keterbatasan waktu penyuluhan bersamaan dengan jam pelayanan di Puskesmas Makkasau, baik kegiatan pelayanan didalam gedung serta pelayanan luar gedung. Kata kunci: Kesadaran masyarakat, Penyuluhan, Sifilis. ABSTRACT Syphilis is a sexually transmitted infection caused by Spirochaete Treponema Pallidum. Increasing public awareness and knowledge about syphilis can help carry out effective preventive measures to avoid the transmission of syphilis. Counseling about sexually transmitted infections of Syphilis has been carried out at the Makkasau Makassar Health Center. A Pre-Test was conducted before the counseling started by filling out the initial questionnaire, followed by the presentation of counseling material and discussion/question and answer sessions with counseling participants, and finally filling out an evaluation questionnaire (Post-Test). The results of filling out the initial and final questionnaires were analyzed by the Saphiro-Wilk normality test and the Wilcoxon Rank Test. The counseling was attended by 45 people. This activity received positive responses and feedback from the community by paying attention and by giving questions and participants seemed to understand and be satisfied with the explanations that had been given. Community knowledge increased significantly after counseling with a p < 0.05. However, there are still obstacles faced during counseling, namely the limited counseling time along with service hours at the Makkasau Health Center, both service activities inside the building and services outside the building.
