Abstract

Indonesia's optimism to become one of the top 10 world economic powers by 2030. With this target, it is necessary to increase human resources who are ready and globally competitive, especially in higher education institutions. These institutions are expected to produce graduates who are ready for the workforce. However, based on interviews conducted with students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar, it has been found that students in the final stages of their studies generally lack optimal preparation for their personal experiences. This is evident from their limited involvement in organizational activities and entrepreneurial ventures. Even when asked about their plans after completing their studies, many students expressed uncertainty and claimed that they were unaware of their future direction. Work readiness must be fostered and developed as early as possible by students to be ready for a career in the future. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar. The population in this study was all students at the Faculty of Economics, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar amounted to 5045 from 5 study programs, To obtain a representative sample, sampling was carried out with proportional random sampling techniques with a sample of 371 students. The results showed that: 1) there is a positive influence of soft skills on the job readiness of students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar, 2) there is a positive influence of adversity quotient on the job readiness of students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar, 3) the influence of soft skills and adversity quotient simultaneously on the job readiness of students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar, the magnitude of the influence imultant is 11%.

Abstract

Di era digital ini belum banyak orang yang mengetahui fungsi email. Padahal, dengan mengetahui fungsi email bisa memanfaatkan kehadirannya secara maksimal. Email merupakan sebuah surat elektronik yang digunakan sebagai sarana untuk berkirim dan menerima pesan dengan format digital. Dewasa ini mail server web hosting maupun tanpa hosting semakin marak digunakan karena dapat mempermudah aktivitas bertukar informasi antar karyawan maupun perusahaan. Terlepas dari itu, penggunaan mail server sedikit banyak juga mampu meningkatkan citra perusahaan karena alamat email menggunakan domain sebagai identitas perusahaan. Mail server mempermudah kita dan layanan ini menariknya dapat digunakan dengan menggunakan domain sendiri. Jika biasanya kita hanya menggunakan namaemail@gmail.com atau namaemail@yahoo.com pada layanan kita, maka dengan menggunakan email Server, kita dapat melakukan konfigurasi untuk menggunakan Email dengan nama domain sendiri. Salah satu mail server yang cukup populer adalah iRedMail server, IRedmail merupakan salah satu solusi Email server open source pada Sistem Operasi Linux. IRedmail sendiri tersedia untuk Ubuntu, Centos, RedHat dan Debian. IRedmail menawarkan panel admin berbasis web, dimana pada panel tersebut kita dapat melakukan beberapa konfigurasi untuk pengoperasian Mail Server.

Abstract

Kini smartphone sudah menjadi sarana utama untuk berkomunikasi yang bisa dibawa ke manapun. Begitupun dengan sistem order makanan dan minuman sekarang yang rata-rata sudah menggunakan sistem online lewat aplikasi yang berbasis android maupun IOS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun perangkat lunak FnB Ordering ini sebagai penyedia layanan di bidang kuliner. Di era sekarang ini, sebagian orang malas untuk keluar rumah. Sehingga tujuan pembangunan aplikasi perangkat lunak ini membantu sifat manusia yang saat ini bergantung kepada internet dan hal-hal yang instan. Perangkat lunak FnB Ordering ini juga dapat membantu pihak penjual atau tenant yang akan memperkenalkan dan menjual makanan dan minumannya kepada masyarakat luas melalui aplikasi tersebut.

Abstract

This research is descriptive quantitative research with the aim of knowing the financial performance of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Bulukumba Branch for the 2020-2022 period using liquidity, solvency, profitability and activity ratios. This sample was taken from PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Bulukumba Branch in the form of financial reports for the period 2020 to 2022. The data collection method was carried out using observation and documentation techniques. The research results seen from the liquidity ratio show that the Company's financial performance is in good condition because the Company is able to pay its current obligations on time. Judging from the solvency ratio, the company's financial performance is in poor condition due to the large amount of debt used compared to the current assets owned. Judging from the profitability ratio, the company's financial performance is in poor condition, this is because although it has increased every year, it is still below industry standards. Judging from the activity ratio, the company's financial performance is in poor condition, this is because the increase in income is smaller than the increase in total assets.

Abstract

The aim of this research is a type of quantitative research with the aim of finding out how much influence brand image and price have on the decision to purchase an Avanza car at PT. Hadji Kalla Daya Makassar Branch. The population in this study was 80 people with a sample of 67 respondents using a Non Probability Sampling sampling technique with a sampling technique, namely Incidental Sampling. The types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data with questionnaire data collection and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, and partial hypothesis test (t test). The results of this research show that the brand image and price variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase an Avanza car at PT. Hadji Kalla Daya Makassar Branch. Brand image and price variables influence purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the t test, the Brand Image Significance Value of 0.001 is smaller than the specified significance value of 0.05, so based on this decision making, there is an influence of brand image in purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the price significance value of 0.001 is smaller than the significance value set at 0.05, so there is an influence of price in purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Learning Arabic in the current digital era requires a comprehensive approach, both in terms of learning system design and message design in learning. A well-designed learning system will increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning process, while the right message design will help students understand the material more easily. This research aims to determine the message design in learning programs or activities and message design for Arabic language learners using qualitative methodology with the type of library research so that the data obtained can be explained clearly and in detail. The research results in learning, especially teacher Arabic learning, tend to focus on using traditional learning system designs, applying learning theories in design, and the influence of new technology on the design preparation process.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of the intensive halaqah method as an effort to strengthen Qur'an memorization among students at Jilussalamah al-Islami Islamic Boarding School. The background of this research arises from a common phenomenon in pesantren, where some students struggle to maintain consistency in memorization due to weak time management, limited methods, and insufficient personal guidance. The intensive halaqah method was chosen because of its advantages in creating a conducive, systematic learning environment and emphasizing collaboration between teachers and students. This study employed a qualitative-descriptive approach using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The research subjects were tahfiz students who participated in intensive halaqah sessions for one semester. The findings revealed that this method enhanced the quality of memorization, accelerated target achievement, and strengthened the students' spiritual motivation. Furthermore, the strong social interaction within the halaqah fostered a sense of solidarity and mutual support among the students. These findings highlight the significance of methodological innovations in Qur'anic learning to produce proficient and ethically grounded Qur'an memorizers.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas sistem e-filing terhadap tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak, mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kemudahan wajib pajak terhadap tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak dan mengetahui pengaruh kualitas sistem e-filing dan persepsi kemudahan wajib pajak secara bersama-sama terhadap tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi dalam menyampaikan SPT Tahunan (studi kasus Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Jakarta Koja). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner,dan data pustaka. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan random sampling dengan sampel 114 orang wajib pajak orang pribadi di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Jakarta Utara, dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kualitas sistem e-filing terhadap tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak secara parsial, tidak terdapat pengaruh persepsi kemudahan wajib pajak terhadap tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak, dan terdapat pengaruh kualitas sistem e-filing dan persepsi kemudahan wajib pajak secara bersama-sama terhadap tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi dalam menyampaikan SPT Tahunan (studi kasus Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Jakarta Koja), variabel kualitas sistem e-filing dan persepsi kemudahan wajib pajak berpengaruh rendah dan memiliki kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 15,23% terhadap variabel tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi dalam penyampaian SPT Tahunan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the  differences in  the financial  performance of  Bank Syariah  Indonesia (BSI) before and after the merger. This research uses a type of quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive analysis test, hypothesis  testing with the Paired Sample T-test and the Wilcoxon test. The results of this study indicate that Return On Assets (ROA) does not indicate any difference between before and after the merger. Return On Equity (ROE) does not show any difference between before and after the merger. Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) does not show any difference between before and after the merger. Net Profit Margin (NPM) shows the difference between before and after the merger. The Financial Leverage Multiplier (FLM) does not show any difference between before and after the merger

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools play an important role in developing studies of the sources of Islamic teaching, this hope is quite reasonable because the role of Islamic boarding schools in preserving Islamic studies is so great. This also happened to the Baqiyatussa’adiyah Islamic Boarding Schools, an Islamic educational institution located in Indragiri Hilir district, Riau province, precisely in Tembilahan Hulu sub-district. Some hadith problems sometimes stop in the process of memorizing and understanding their meaning, even though a complete and appropriate understanding will be found if it is refined by research on the hadith. Hadith research is important, one of the entrances is takhrijul hadis activities, namely the method of searching for hadith on the original source, where the hadith has been narrated complete with its sanad, then explain the level of quality of validity. To find alternative solutions to the problems, then takhrijul hadis training was held for ulumul hadis teachers, with the aim of training teachers to conduct research on the hadith which is the object of discussion, so that sufficient knowledge obtained about the source of hadith information and the original book where the hadith is listed. Another benefit is adding to the treasury of sanad through reference hadith books, clarification of the condition of the hadith, explain the quality of hadith, opinion of scholars on hadith, and so on. The terget audience for this community service is specifically teachers of hadith and in general the teachers of Baqiyatussaadiyah Islamic Boarding School. It is hoped that from this community service activity an increase in teacher skills will be obtained in conducting hadith research, especially in the takhrijul hadis steps.
