Abstract

The research objective is to determine students' responses to the use of Student Worksheets (LKPD) in mathematics learning. The instruments used in this study are student response questionnaires and Reciprocal Teaching-based LKPD. The population for this research is students of SMA Negeri 4 Yogyakarta in class XI MIPA 2. The sample consists of 32 students. The results of this study indicate that Reciprocal Teaching-based LKPD received very good overall responses. From the scale test, think-pair-share-based LKPD received good responses, and from the high-level group (B2), Reciprocal Teaching-based LKPD received very good responses. Based on the analysis, it is known that each aspect of the student response questionnaire has an average value of > 71. This means that LKPD is practically used by students. Therefore, it can be concluded that LKPD is practically used by students in terms of suitability with the Reciprocal Teaching learning approach, with 4 items on question relevance, 4 items on interest, 6 items on material and presentation, and 3 items on language usage. Abstract

Environmental conditions that are damaged as a result of economic activities make the world community have taken into account the environment as a part that needs serious attention in economic activities and sustainable development. One of the economic models offered to the world is the circular economy model, where in this model goods that have been consumed can be reprocessed. This paper is a literature review that aims to examine the concept of circular economy, a new economic concept that is considered environmentally friendly and in line with sustainable development. The circular economy in its implementation does not only focus on making products, selling and consuming them, but the circular economy also pays attention to the rest of the products after useLooking at environmental conditions as a result of economic activity, world economists have taken into account the environment as a part that needs serious attention in economic activity and sustainable development. The concept of circular economy is certainly a refutation of the concept of linear economy that has been carried out so far, where companies only focus on making products, selling and then consuming and ending up with product waste. With environmental conditions, climate change and global warming as it is today, the concept of circular economy is a solution that must be applied where economic activities continue but environmental improvement efforts can also be implemented.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program remedial dan pengayaan dalam pembelajaran matematika di SMP Negeri 3 Losari dengan fokus pada komponen konteks, input, proses, dan produk. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, digunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif (mixed methods). Populasi penelitian mencakup guru matematika kelas VIII serta seluruh siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 3 Losari, dengan sampel penelitian dari kelas VIII A dan VIII D. Data dikumpulkan melalui skala penilaian, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari segi konteks, penerapan program remedial dan pengayaan telah sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013, dimana siswa yang belum mencapai KKM diberikan remedial untuk memperbaiki kesulitan belajar, sedangkan siswa yang telah melampaui KKM menerima pengayaan untuk memperdalam pengetahuan mereka. Dari segi input, evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan belajar siswa untuk remedial berada pada persentase 68,42% dan untuk pengayaan pada 61,54%, sementara keterampilan guru dalam mengajar remedial dan pengayaan masing-masing mencapai 87,50% dan 83,33%, serta kualitas sarana dan prasarana mencapai 74,19% untuk remedial dan 68,44% untuk pengayaan. Namun, dalam komponen proses, pelaksanaan program remedial dan pengayaan belum sepenuhnya memenuhi standar yang diharapkan. Di sisi lain, komponen hasil menunjukkan bahwa program remedial dan pengayaan telah memberikan hasil yang positif dalam pembelajaran matematika. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar dilakukan perbaikan dalam pelaksanaan proses untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih optimal dan memastikan konsistensi dalam penerapan program di seluruh kelas. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perhatian orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar matematika mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan Sampel dalam penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling, yaitu seluruh mahasiswa Pendidikan matematika, FKIP Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket perhatian orang tua yang telah memenuhi kriteria valid dan reliabel dan IPK mahasiswa calon guru. Analisis data yang dilakukan terdiri dari uji prasyarat analisis, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) nilai sig. 0,456 > sig. 0,05 maka H0 diterima, jadi perhatian orang tua tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar matematika mahasiswa calon guru (2) nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,018, yang berarti bahwa perhatian orang tua hanya mempengaruhi prestasi belajar sebesar 1,8%. Sehingga 98.2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Selain itu diketahui model persamaan regresinya adalah Y = 3,934 + (-0,005) X. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa variabel perhatian orang tua tidak berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa calon guru, sehingga masih banyak faktor lain yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar matematika.

Abstract

Numeracy is the ability to apply number concepts, calculation operation skills, and the ability to explain information or problems using Mathematics. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of using Reciprocal Teaching-based Worksheets (LKPD) to enhance students' numeracy in circle material. This type of research is an experiment with a pretest and posttest design. The sample in this study consisted of students from class XI F2 at SMA N 4 Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and numeracy skills test questions for students. The results of this research indicate that the use of Reciprocal Teaching-based LKPD is effective in improving students' numeracy skills. Therefore, this research concludes that the use of Reciprocal Teaching-based LKPD is effective in improving students' numeracy skills in circle material.

Abstract

The long-term goal of this research is to contribute to the theory and be a material consideration and policy for management in quality human resources and develop various strategies that are able to develop factors that influence whistleblowing actions and for the development of accounting science in the auditing field. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires through distribution or direct delivery to internal auditors in the banking industry who were respondents in Banyumas Regency which was also a population. This study aims to examine the antecedents consisting of professional auditors and work ethics that influence the act of carrying out auditors' whistleblowing. The sampling technique in this study using the census technique. While for data analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25.00 with multiple linear regression programs. The results of the study show that acceptance of the proposed hypothesis is that the auditor's professional variables and work ethics are proven to influence the actions of conducting auditors' whistleblowing.
