Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze the antecedent variables that affect the entrepreneurial interest of the indigenous people of Ternate City and their impact on the realization of the entrepreneurial interest. The method used is quantitative research with the aim of revealing the various phenomena that surround it and at the same time revealing the problems it faces. For this reason, a representative sample who understands the factual conditions will be selected to be used as respondents to explore valid data for analysis. The results of the study show that 1) social norms have an effect on entrepreneurial interest and the direction is positive, meaning that the influence of social norms on entrepreneurial interest is unidirectional, which means that if social norms are good, entrepreneurial interest will be high. And vice versa. 2) ask entrepreneurship to have an influence on the implementation of entrepreneurial interest and the direction is positive indicating that the influence of entrepreneurial interest on the implementation of entrepreneurial interest is unidirectional, meaning that if entrepreneurial interest is high it will cause high entrepreneurial interest implementation and vice versa. While the locus of control variable has no effect on entrepreneurial interest and locus of control and social norms have no effect on the implementation of entrepreneurial interest in the indigenous people of Ternate City. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis variable-variabel anteseden yang mempengaruhi minat wirausaha masyarakat asli Kota Ternate dan dampaknya terhadap realisasi minat wirausaha tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengungkapkan berbagai fenomena yang melingkupinya dan sekaligus mengungkapkan permasalahan yang dihadapi nya. Untuk iti akan dipilih sampel yang representative yang memahami kondisi factual untuk dijadikan sebagai responden untuk menggali data yang valid untuk dianalisa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkkan bahwa 1) norma sosial berpengaruh terhadap minat wirausaha dan arahnya adalah positif artinya bahwa pengaruh norma sosial terhadap minat wirausaha adalah searah yang artinya adalah bahwa jika norma sosial itu baik maka minat wirausaha akan tinggi. Demikian juga sebaliknya. 2) minta wirausaha memiliki pengaruh terhadap implementasi minat wira usaha dan arahnya adalah positif menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh minat wirausaha terhadap implementasi minat wirausa adalah searah, artinya jika minat wira usaha tinggi maka akan menyebabkan implementasi minat wirausaha akan tinggi dan demikian juga sebaliknya. Sementara variabel locus of control tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat wirausaha dan locus of control serta norma sosial tidak berpengaruh terhadap implementasi minat wirausaha terhadap masyarakat asli Kota Ternate.  Keywords: Interests, Entrepreneurs, Indigenous People.

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peranan penting dan strategis bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara, baik itu negara yang sedang berkembang maupun negara yang sudah maju. Industri restoran dan rumah makan hingga saat ini masih mendominasi sebagai slaah satu bentuk usaha yang memiliki prospek yang cukup bagus kedepan, bahkan dalam kondisi krisis ekonomi sekalipun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh Service Quality terhadap loyalitas konsumen yang dimediasi kepuasan konsumen, maupun dimoderasi oleh variety seeking. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 responden sebagai pengunjung di rumah makan dan minuman di Kota Ternate. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan Path Analysis dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan bantuan software Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) versi 26. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa Service Quality berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen, namun Service Quality tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen, walaupun kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen, serta Variety Seeking bukan sebagai variable moderasi hubungan Service Quality terhadap loyalitas konsumen

The household industry is an economic development through the transformation of resources using simple tools. The household industry is involved in the change from labor-intensive to capital intensive methods. The household industry is usually built in an area close to the raw materials that are the raw materials of the industry. The existence of household industry in the village has an important meaning in the framework of national development. Because of the existence of the household industry is a solution for the undeveloped workforce and economic improvement of the village community. However, the strategic position of the household industry in various places has not been supported by facilities and infrastructure that can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of rural economic life. The existence of cracker household industry in Hiri Island Subdistrict greatly affects the social life of local people. With the household industry of food products that can produce hundreds of thousands to millions of rupiah every month. So this indicates how important the activities of IRT activities have an important meaning in the framework of national development. Because the existence of the household industry is a solution for the undeveloped workforce and economic improvement of the village community, so that welfare and a decent life enjoyed This community service activity will socialize and fulfill the understanding of the community on the importance of halal principles and provisions in the JPH Law.. The community, especially IRT actors, can understand that the application of halal standards can have an impact on increasing the market capacity for their products. The understanding of the community that facilitates the importance of the implementation of halal standards will facilitate the way for the establishment of halal zones, which in particular in this program will be pursued in the District of Hiri Island. This socialization recommendation will also be submitted to the government of Ternate City, so that Hiri Island may be used as a place for halal-lying products, such as smoked fish products and banana rips.

This study examines the effect of market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance in SMEs in Ternate City. It uses explanatory research to analyze the cause-and-effect relationship between variables and test hypotheses. The sample consisted of 85 respondents from the food sector, selected using proportional stratified random sampling. Data analysis was conducted through path analysis using SmartPLS version 4.0. The results showed that market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, competitive advantage, and marketing performance have a significant influence. However, market orientation does not directly impact marketing performance, especially through competitive advantage. This study suggests the need for increased market orientation activities to improve marketing performance. This can be achieved by understanding consumer preferences, monitoring competitor products, and improving organizational structure. By implementing these strategies, SMEs in Ternate City can achieve better competition and marketing performance.

ABSTRACTObjective: This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality on customers' decisions to switch brands, considering the mediating role of customer dissatisfaction.Methodology: This research employs a quantitative approach involving a population of 110 employees from the city of Ternate. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires directly using a 5-point Likert scale. Data analysis techniques utilized include Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0 software.Findings: The results indicate that the effect of product quality on customer dissatisfaction has a T-statistic value of 2.026 and a P-value of 0.043, indicating a positive and significant influence. Additionally, customer dissatisfaction positively and significantly affects the decision to switch brands. However, the direct effect of product quality on the decision to switch brands is negative and not significant.Conclusion: The results of this research show that: (1) product quality has a negative and insignificant influence on brand switching; (2) product quality has a significant effect on customer dissatisfaction; (3) customer dissatisfaction has a significant effect on brand switching; (4) product quality has a significant effect on brand switching through customer dissatisfaction.

This study aims to build a model for optimizing the performance of Village Owned Enterprises in the West Halmahera Regency. As a result of all that the existence of BUMDes has not been able to contribute to Village Original Revenue and improve the welfare of the village community as expected by the Village and the Community. To achieve this goal, the researcher used a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods. The results study found two findings that were effective for optimizing the performance of BUMDes. The first finding is that BUMDes must ensure market opportunities, availability of raw materials, product competitiveness, and product uniqueness to develop it is business. The second finding, using the AHP method, it is recommended that the Village of Guaemaadu develop the superior potential of the coastal tourism-based village industry; Hydroponic Farming; Coconut oil; Village Shop; Crafts from Bamboo; Coconut Collector; Hospitality; Processed Bananas; Nature Tourism and Village Bank.

Bisnis kuliner merupakan usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) yang memberikan konstribusi dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Ternate. Namun perkembangan usaha kuliner ini masih cukup rendah, karena masih terdapatnya beberapa pengusaha kuliner tersebut belum memahami untuk memperkenalkan hasil kulinernya melalui digital marketing. Dengan demikian pelaksanaan PKM ini memberikan solusi tersebut, dengan cara memberikan pemahaman tentang definisi digital marketing, manfaat menggunakan digital marketing, kekurangan menggunakan digital marketing, jenis digital marketing, dan memberikan pelatihan tentang cara membuat promosi produk pada media facebook. Digital marketing dapat menjangkau konsumen yang lebih luas dan cepat dibandingkan dengan pemasaran yang konvensional. Hasil kuliner yang ditawarkan secara online harus memiliki nilai keunikan sebagai pembeda dari produk yang lain. Keunikan tersebut meliputi kualitas produk, desain, kemasan, pelayanan online serta pengantaran produk ke konsumen.

Abstract Teacher performance is an important variable that determines the success of schools in realizing a quality and quality educational process. However, the achievement of expected teacher performance according to educational demands cannot be separated from the principal's instructional leadership and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) factors possessed by teachers. This study aims to examine the effect of instructional leadership on teacher performance mediated by OCB in public senior high schools (SMA/SMK) throughout Jailolo district, West Halmahera regency. This study uses a causality design with a quantitative research approach. The data in this study are primary data collected through distributing questionnaires to 75 senior high school (SMA/SMK) teachers throughout Jailolo district, West Halmahera regency. The data were then analyzed using the partial least squares-structural equation model (SEM-PLS) method with smartPLS4 software. The results showed that instructional leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, instructional leadership has a positive and significant effect on OCB, OCB has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, and OCB is able to partially mediate the effect of instructional leadership on teacher performance in senior high schools (SMA/SMK) throughout Jailolo district, West Halmahera regency. Further research is expected to address the limitations of this study.

Usaha toko pakaian merupakan usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) yang memberikan konstribusi dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Ternate. Namun perkembangan usaha toko pakaian ini masih cukup rendah, karena masih terdapatnya beberapa pengusaha pakaian tersebut belum memahami untuk memberikan pelayanan prima pada konsumen. Dengan demikian pelaksanaan PKM ini memberikan solusi tersebut, dengan cara memberikan pemahaman tentang pelayanan prima yang meliputi kualitas pelayanan, komunikasi yang efektif, kecepatan dan efisiensi, personalisasi, serta penggunaan teknologi. Pelayanan prima dapat meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen. Konsumen yang merasa puas akan datang membeli kembali, membicarakan hal yang positif toko pakaian pada orang lain, serta dapat merekomondasikan pada orang lain untuk datang membeli. Dengan demikian, pelayanan prima dapat meningkatkan permintaan pakaian, sehingga mendorong pendapatan bagi pengusaha toko pakaian pada saat sekarang maupun pada waktu akan datang.

Objective: The purpose of this study are: (1) Analyzing the influenceof Style Leadership on the Employee Performance of Ternate CityLand Office; (2) Analyzing the influence of Work discipline on theEmployee Performance of Ternate City Land Office; and (3)Analyzing the influence of style leadership and Work discipline asimultaneously on the Employee Performance of Ternate City LandOffice. The number of samples is 42 employees.Methodology: The test equipment used is multiple regressionanalysis using statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) as astatistical test tool.Finding: H1, H2, and H3 are accepted at the 5% confidence level.Conclusion: The results showed that: (1) Style Leadership has apositive and significant impact the Employee Performance ofTernate City Land Office. It is based on a t value greater than thevalue of t table, and a smaller significant value of alpha (α); (2) Workdiscipline has a positive and significant impact the EmployeePerformance of Ternate City Land Office. It is also based on a tvalue greater than the value of t table, and a significantly smallervalue of alpha (α); and (3) Style Leadership and Work disciplinesimultaneously have a positive and significant influence theEmployee Performance of Ternate City Land Office. It is based onthe F value count greater than the F table value, and the significantvalue smaller than alpha (α).
