Abstract

This study aims to analyze in depth how the visionary leadership of the madrasah principal plays a role in increasing brand awareness quality of Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung South Lampung through strategic, symbolic, and contextual leadership practices. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design to understand the role of the visionary leadership of the principal of Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung in building brand awareness quality. The research subjects were selected purposively, including the madrasah principal, teachers, education staff, students, parents, and community leaders. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies, then analyzed thematically. Data validity was maintained through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of this study indicate that the visionary leadership of the principal of Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung South Lampung plays a strategic role in building brand awareness quality through strategic, symbolic, and contextual practices. Strategic leadership strengthens the quality identity of the madrasah through superior programs, service quality, and structured internal management. Institutional symbols and culture, such as discipline, dress code, exemplary behavior, and academic and religious activities, strengthen public perceptions of madrasah quality. Furthermore, contextual relationships with parents, community leaders, and local stakeholders broaden recognition of quality and enhance public trust. The findings confirm that the combination of visionary leadership practices and social interactions fosters sustainable brand awareness of quality, enhances reputation, and strengthens the madrasah's standing in the community.

Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to analyze the implementation of quality assurance (QA) in improving the quality of educators and education personnel at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung, South Lampung. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study design to analyze the implementation of quality assurance (QA) in improving the quality of educators and education personnel at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin, South Lampung. The units of analysis included teachers, education personnel, madrasah principals, and administrative staff. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document review, such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), evaluation guidelines, and performance reports. Thematic analysis was conducted to identify QA procedures, teacher competency improvement, supervision effectiveness, and collaboration among madrasah members. Data validity was maintained through triangulation and member checking. This study shows that the implementation of quality assurance (QA) at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung significantly improved the quality of educators and education personnel. QA strengthens teachers' pedagogical competence through regular training, supervision, and performance evaluation, enabling teachers to be more structured in designing teaching materials, selecting learning methods, and evaluating student achievement. Furthermore, QA enhances the professionalism of education personnel through the implementation of standard procedures, work discipline, administrative management, and more effective internal coordination. QA also encourages collaboration and collective participation among madrasah members, creating a culture of professionalism and shared responsibility. These results demonstrate that QA can serve as a model for holistic and sustainable educational quality development that can be replicated in other educational institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze in depth how the management of Islamic boarding school education strategies at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung South Lampung Islamic Boarding School can be effectively prepared to face the Golden Indonesia 2045 era, with a focus on strengthening student competencies, integrating religious values ??and 21st-century skills, and involving internal and external stakeholders. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design to explore the management of educational strategies at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School in preparing for the Golden Indonesia 2045 era. The research subjects were selected purposively, including the head of the Islamic boarding school, teachers, administrators, students, parents, and community leaders. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, then analyzed thematically. This study shows that strategic educational management at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung South Lampung Islamic Boarding School plays a crucial role in preparing students for the Golden Indonesia era in 2045. A holistic and integrative approach through strategic planning, an adaptive curriculum that combines religious values ??and 21st-century skills, and teacher competency enhancement creates an adaptive, innovative, and competitive educational ecosystem. This strategy equips students with digital literacy, leadership, collaboration, and entrepreneurship, while maintaining religious character. The findings confirm that the synergy between strategy, curriculum, and educator quality is key to the success of Islamic boarding schools in producing competent, creative graduates who are ready to compete nationally and globally, without losing their Islamic identity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth how the implementation of Integrated Quality Management (IQM) is carried out as a collective and contextual process in realizing an excellent school at MAN 6 Jati Agung, South Lampung Regency. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study design to examine the implementation of IQM as a collective process at MAN 6 Jati Agung, South Lampung Regency. Subjects were purposively selected, including the principal, teachers, education staff, and related parties. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies, then analyzed interactively through reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was maintained through triangulation of sources and methods. This study yielded an in-depth understanding of the collective practice of IQM and its contribution to the development of an adaptive and sustainable excellent school. The study concluded that the implementation of IQM at MAN 6 Jati Agung was holistic and contextual, emphasizing the collective involvement of all school members, continuous improvement practices, and participatory communication in decision-making. Responsibility for quality is clearly shared among the principal, teachers, education staff, and unit leaders, while a culture of quality develops through reflection, regular evaluation, and program adjustments to meet student needs. Participatory communication builds a sense of ownership, collective responsibility, and trust. This implementation creates an adaptive and sustainable educational management model that supports the overall achievement of excellent schools.
