Abstract

Pemikiran pendidikan Hasyim Asy’ari dapat ditelusuri dari karya-karya dan inovasi yang diterapkan dalam manajemen pendidikan di Pesantren Tebuireng Jombang. Banyak hal yang dilakukan pada periode pertama ternyata menjadi trend pada masa sekarang. Diantaranya adalah pendidikan etika, baik pada santri maupun guru, juga pada profesionalisme guru dan manajemen pendidikan. Pemikiran Hasyim Asy’ari dalam bidang pendidikan lebih menekankan pada masalah etika dalam pendidikan. Meskipun tidak menafikan beberapa aspek lain dalam pendidikan, dalam hal ini banyak dipengaruhi oleh keahliannya dalam bidang Hadits, dan pemikirannya dalam bidang tasawuf dan fikih yang sejalan dengan teologi al-Asy’ari dan al Maturidi. Juga sejalan dengan pemikiran al-Ghazali yang lebih menekankan pada pendidikan spiritual. Hal lain yang menarik dan perlu ditekankan dalam membahas pemikiran dan pandangan yang ditawarkan oleh Hasyim Asy’ari adalah etika dimana guru harus membiasakan diri untuk menulis, mengarang dan meringkas, yang mana pada masanya hal ini jarang sekali ditemui. Dan hal ini beliau buktikan dengan banyaknya buku-buku karangan atau tulisan beliau. Gagasan-gagasan yang diungkapkan oleh beliau terkait etika guru dengan murid menunjukkan profesionalitas beliau sebagai seorang pendidik. Hal ini terlihat dari rangkuman gagasan-gagasan yang dilontarkannya tentang kompetensi seorang pendidik, khususnya kompetensi profesional. Di sisi lain, tampak bahwa apa yang ditawarkan Hasyim Asytari lebih bersifat pragmatis, yakni apa yang ditawarkannya berangkat dari praktik yang pernah dialami. Hal inilah yang menjadi nilai tambah dalam konsep yang dikemukakan oleh pendiri Pesantren Tebuireng ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti peran manajemen kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di era Revolusi Industri 6.0, dengan studi kasus di MIN 1, MIN 2, dan MIN 3 OKU Timur. Latar belakangnya adalah transformasi global dalam pendidikan yang dipicu oleh kemajuan teknologi digital seperti AI, IoT, dan big data, yang menuntut perubahan paradigma dalam pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan, termasuk madrasah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi strategi manajemen yang efektif yang diterapkan oleh kepala madrasah untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif, melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala madrasah memainkan peran kunci dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi manajemen yang berfokus pada integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran dan peningkatan profesionalisme guru. Kesimpulannya, manajemen yang efektif oleh kepala madrasah sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dan mempersiapkan peserta didik dalam menghadapi tantangan global di era Revolusi Industri 6.0. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan manajemen pendidikan Islam dan memberikan wawasan praktis bagi kepala madrasah dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya dalam merancang strategi yang inovatif dan adaptif.

Abstract

This research aims to describe how the management of Islamic education curriculum is implemented in shaping students' character at SDIT Birrul Walidain. The Islamic education curriculum not only focuses on cognitive aspects but also emphasizes character development through the integration of Islamic values in all learning activities and the school culture. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants in this study consist of the principal, classroom teachers, Islamic Education teachers, students, and parents of students. The results show that curriculum management is conducted in a structured manner from the planning, implementation, to evaluation stages. The curriculum planning is carried out through an annual working meeting involving all teachers and school staff. The implementation of the curriculum is carried out by integrating Islamic values into each subject and through habituation programs such as dhuha prayers, Quran recitation, and memorization. Student character evaluation is conducted periodically through behavioral observation, character control books, and communication with parents. In addition, the school's religious culture, the involvement of the principal as a spiritual leader, and synergy with parents also strengthen the effectiveness of the curriculum in shaping students' character. Thus, the management of the Islamic education curriculum at SDIT Birrul Walidain has proven to effectively shape students' character holistically, although challenges such as time limitations and the need to improve collaboration between the school and parents still exist.

Abstract

The head of the madrasa plays a strategic role in improving the quality of education in madrasahs, especially the quality of educators or teachers. Teacher As a person who is at the forefront and responsible for the development and progress of students. This study aims to find out how the leadership of the head of the madrasah through academic supervision to improve teacher performance at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jatiagung. In this study, qualitative research methods were used. Data collection methods are in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis includes data collection, data provision, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of basic supervision in improving teacher performance at Ma Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jatiagung, In planning the supervision program, the principal had done a good job of planning, but there were still shortcomings. This is known from data showing that the supervision program is planned twice a year. Program planning has been well communicated with the teacher council. In implementing the supervision program, the principal has carried out class visits in accordance with the schedule and supervision assessment sheets that have been approved by the teacher council and the principal. However, in providing guidance on the manufacture of learning tools, it is not optimal. In the follow-up supervision, the principal did not analyze the findings of the supervision. The principal also did not make any findings back as reinforcement after supervision. Thus, follow-up supervision is not optimal.

Abstract

The democratic leadership style of the principal of SMPIT Auladian Indonesia in Bandar Lampung City, in improving teacher pedagogic competence, namely decisions are made jointly between subordinates and leaders, respecting every potential possessed by subordinates, listening to criticism, suggestions/opinions from subordinates, collaborating with subordinates. To be able to assess the democratic leadership style of the madrasah principal, it can be seen from how many teachers have implemented pedagogical competence at SMPIT Auladina Indonesia, Bandar Lampung City. This study aims to determine the democratic leadership style of the principal in improving the pedagogic competence of teachers. This research method is a qualitative method which aims to find out a systematic, factual and accurate description of the facts in the field. To collect the necessary data, the authors use several methods, namely, interviews, observation, documentation. The subjects are the principal, and the teacher. Then analyzed using data analysis which consists of stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The conclusion of this study is that with the democratic leadership style of the principal in making decisions, the principal has made decisions by jointly making decisions by all parties involved from the teachers, and staff, then the principal way of appreciating every potential possessed by the teacher is by encouraging and supporting every activity made by the teacher, in listening to criticism, suggestions / opinions the principal always listens so that teachers and staff at SMPIT Auladina Indonesia, Bandar Lampung city are not awkward in talking with the madrasa principal. Principal also cooperate well with teachers and staff through cleaning activities.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is one of the main pillars of education development in Indonesia. Quality education will produce smart and competitive human resources (HR). This study aims to find out how the contribution of madrasah management in improving the quality of education at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Jati Agung.. This research uses qualitative descriptive research methods. Data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis includes data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the implementation of management functions in improving the quality of learning in madrasah aliyah hidayatul mubtadiin sidoharjo, namely by: 1) Curriculum Management and Learning Programs, 2) Management of educational personnel, 3) Student management, 4) Financing / Financial Management, 5) Management of Facilities and Infrastructure, 6) Management of madrasah relations with the community.Furthermore, the supporting factors for the implementation of the Management function in Improving the Quality of Learning are: 1) The leadership of an experienced Madrasah head, 2) Teachers already have professional competence, 3) Adequate learning facilities. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors include: 1) The number of learning hours that are lacking, 2) Students' lack of attention to learning materials that can interfere with the learning process, 3) The emergence of behaviors that interfere with the learning process, 4) Teachers do not master classroom management techniques in the learning process, there are often continuous disturbances, for example, students carry out behaviors that can interfere continuously and repeatedly.

Abstract

The leadership of the head of the Madrasa is the determining factor for the success of all facilities in Islamic educational institutions. The purpose of this study is to find out how the involvement of the head of the Madrasah in the management of non-academic activities of MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung. The method used is qualitative method. Sources of data are obtained from sources, places, projects or services, and documents. The results show that in managing non-academic activities, MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung implemented several measures, such as: 1) Planning is done by accumulating the number of non-academic activities, providing achievement education and non-academic means of achievement. summarizing the program of non-academic activities in one year 2) The organizational process by gathering all the factors involved in the management of non-academic activities, dividing the work into related matters.

Abstract

Library management is the process of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling library management in a predetermined organization in the school library. Meanwhile, in increasing interest in reading, a motivation that librarians have in managing libraries and teachers participate in motivating students in increasing interest in reading. This research uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques, in the form of observations, interviews, and documents While the findings in the field are: MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jatiagung South Lampung, has been quite good in implementing library management, but in carrying out an increase in student reading interest has not been maximized, on the other hand the teacher council does not motivate its students to visit the library in the school available at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jatiagung. Meanwhile, the library space is still minimal and uncomfortable for students when they are in the library room. So the results of this study concluded that First, the Librarian and principal of MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jatiagung had carried out the implementation of library management quite well, directed and sustainable. Secondly, the principal of MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jatiagung has tried quite well in increasing students' interest in reading, by ordering the teacher council of each subject to become a member of the student's assignment or reading material recommended by the student council, but this is only limited to motivating students through assignments given by the teacher council to visit the library at the school.

Abstract

Pendidikan dasar memiliki peranan penting dalam membentuk kompetensi peserta didik untuk jenjang pendidikan berikutnya di Indonesia, yang bertujuan mengembangkan kecerdasan, kepribadian, dan keterampilan sesuai dengan Undang-Undang RI Nomor 20 Tahun 2003. Madrasah ibtidaiyah, sebagai lembaga pendidikan dasar keislaman, bertanggung jawab atas aspek akademik, moral, dan spiritual. Namun, kualitas pendidikan dasar di Indonesia masih tertinggal dibandingkan negara ASEAN lainnya, dengan masalah utama seperti kekurangan sarana fisik, rendahnya kualitas pendidik, dan kurikulum yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar kerja modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi berprestasi guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) Kabupaten OKU Timur dan dampaknya terhadap kualitas pembelajaran. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan paradigma fenomenologi, serta desain studi kasus multi-situs, penelitian ini memahami dinamika motivasi guru di tiga madrasah berakreditasi A. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berprestasi guru sangat memengaruhi kualitas pembelajaran dan dipengaruhi oleh sarana dan prasarana, dukungan kepala sekolah, dan kesempatan pengembangan profesional. Guru dengan motivasi tinggi lebih inovatif dan termotivasi, yang berdampak positif pada hasil pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menyarankan peningkatan kebijakan pendidikan melalui program pelatihan yang efektif, insentif yang memadai, dan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja guru, serta kualitas pendidikan di madrasah ibtidaiyah di Indonesia.
