Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model PBI (Problem Based Instruction) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis pada pembelajaran IPA kelas IV SDN Wage II Taman Sidoarjo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksperiment Design dengan Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SDN Wage II Taman Sidoarjo. Kelas IV-C terdiri dari 30 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen, kelas IV-A yang terdiri dari 30 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pretest dan posttest. Hasil uji t test menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pretest dengan posttest yaitu 0,00 > 0,05. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran PBI (Problem Based Instruction) berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas IV SDN Wage II Taman Sidoarjo tahun ajaran 2017-2018. Kata Kunci : Problem Based Instruction, IPA, Berpikir Kritis Abstract The aim of this study is to determine the effect of PBI (Problem based Instruction) learning model toward the critical thinking skills in science teaching of IV grade in SDN Wage II Taman Sidoarjo. This type of research is Quasi Eksperiment Design with Nonequivalent p Control Group Design . The population of this research is all fourth grade student of SDN Wage II Taman Sidoarjo. In the class IV-C consists of 30 students as an experimental class, class IV-C are 30 students as the control class. The Data Collection Techniques use pretest and posttest. The T test results showed a significant difference between pretest results with posttest is 0.00> 0.05. Thus it can be concluded that learning using PBI (Problem based Instruction) learning model has a positive effect on students critical thinking skills of IV grade in SDN Wage II Taman Sidoarjo academic year 2017-2018. Abstract

Ketersediaan bahan bakar fosil yang menipis membutuhkan pengembangan energi baru terbarukan, seperti biometanol. Kulit buah naga dengan kandungan pektin bermetoksil tinggi berpotensi menjadi bahan baku alternatif melalui proses hidrolisis enzimatik. Tujuan dari riset ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kadar metoksil pektin kulit buah naga, mengetahui pengaruh penambahan molase pada media NB terhadap pertumbuhan Bacillus subtilis, mengetahui pengaruh penambahan molase pada media NB terhadap aktivitas ekstrak kasar enzim PMEs Bacillus subtilis, serta mengkaji potensi metoksil pektin yang dapat dihidrolisi menggunakan enzim PMEs dan menghasilkan biometanol. Tahapan riset meliputi preparasi kulit buah naga, ekstraksi kulit buah naga, analisis kadar metoksil pektin, pembuatan media NB nutrisi molase, pembuatan kurva pertumbuhan Bacillus subtilis, produksi ekstrak kasar enzim PMEs Bacillus subtilis dengan nutrisi molase, isolasi ekstrak kasar enzim PMEs, dan uji aktivitas ekstrak kasar enzim PMEs. Berdasarkan hasil titrasi, kulit buah naga mengandung gugus metoksil pektin 30,349% tergolong metoksil tinggi. Penambahan nutrisi molase pada media NB Bacillus subtilis dapat mempercepat pertumbuhan Bacillus subtilis dalam mencapai fase eksponensial. Pertumbuhan Bacillus subtilis pada media NB molasses 2,5% mencapai fase eksponensial lebih cepat yaitu 8 jam pertama dengan absorbansi yang lebih tinggi. Sedangkan pertumbuhan Bacillus subtilis pada media NB 0% mencapai fase eksponensial pada 10 jam pertama. Kultur Bacillus subtilis pada media NB molase 2,5% menghasilkan ekstrak kasar enzim PMEs dengan aktivitas yang lebih baik yaitu 0,668 unit/mL. Enzim PMEs akan meningkatkan sakarifikasi dan meningkatkan hasil pektin yang diekstraksi, sehingga dapat memberikan jalur potensial untuk valorisasi biometanol.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja perawat shift malam di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kota Kendari. Kerangka teori yang digunakan menjelaskan bahwa hubungan antara stres kerja dan kinerja perawat dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik organisasional, individual, dan lingkungan kerja serta faktor-faktor penyebabnya, seperti beban kerja berlebihan, sikap pimpinan yang kurang adil, dukungan keluarga, usia, jenis kelamin, dan status perkawinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional yang melibatkan sebanyak 50 responden perawat shift malam di RSUD Kendari. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang terdiri dari skala stres kerja dan kinerja perawat, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik regresi linier untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel stres kerja terhadap kinerja perawat. Hasil Studi menunjukkan bahwa shift malam dan beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan stres kerja pada perawat. Perawat yang bekerja pada shift malam cenderung mengalami stres tinggi, gangguan pola tidur, dan kelelahan. Selain itu, terdapat korelasi negatif yang kuat antara tingkat stres dan kinerja perawat, di mana semakin tinggi stresnya, semakin rendah kinerja mereka. Secara umum, shift kerja malam dan kelelahan meningkatkan risiko stres dan menurunkan kualitas layanan kesehatan yang diberikan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of Android-based educational game media on students' interest in learning solar system material in the subject of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) grade VI at SDN Wonolopo 02, Semarang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method and a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study amounted to 28 students who were selected using purposive sampling techniques. The instrument used is a learning interest questionnaire with a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using a paired sample t-test with the help of SPSS version 26.0. The results of the study showed that there was a significant increase in students' interest in learning after using educational game media. This is shown by the tcal value of 50,857 > ttable 1.70562 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. These findings reinforce that the use of Android-based educational games can be an innovative solution in creating more interactive, interesting, and fun learning, as well as effective in increasing students' interest in learning abstract materials such as the solar system.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the personality structure of the main character in the short story entitled "Even If I Die, I Want to be In My Mother's Arms" which comes from a collection of short stories by Isbedy Stiawan ZS entitled I’m a Female You’re a Woman. This research is a qualitative descriptive study based on Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic theory. Data was obtained using reading and note-taking techniques. The method used uses a literary psychology approach. The results obtained show that the main character (Aku) in the short story “If I Die, I Want to be In My Mother's Arms" has an id, ego, and superego. The main character (Aku) tends to be controlled by the id, this can be seen from the short story quotes which directly and indirectly describe the behavior of my character as a robber who kills his victims. A dominant id can occur because the individual's ego cannot take over the id and superego optimally, resulting in an imbalance in the character's personality structure. Psychologically healthy individuals tend to be dominated by ego. So it can be said that my character is psychologically unhealthy.

Abstract

Professional competencies of educators in the digital age, particularly in integrating technology into learning processes, form the cornerstone for enhancing early childhood education quality. However, optimizing these competencies heavily relies on the availability of technological facilities and infrastructure in schools. This study examines how technological infrastructure support at TK PG Amanah can maximize teachers' professional abilities. Using a qualitative approach through case study, data was gathered via observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. Findings reveal that technological resources at TK PG Amanah are severely limited, lacking essentials like computers, projectors, or adequate internet access, thereby hindering teachers from planning and executing technology-based lessons despite their strong personal digital skills. The gap between teachers' capabilities and available facilities prevents optimal implementation of their competencies, forcing a return to conventional teaching methods. In conclusion, technological facilities are not merely supportive but a fundamental prerequisite that determines teachers' capacity to innovate and foster professionalism in the digital era.
