Abstract

Mobile Banking improvement is not really good, number of Internet users via cellular phones (mobile phones) is not proportional to the increase in users of digital banking services, especially mobile banking. The development of Mobile Banking, especially for Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) customers, shows that data is not balanced between User Registration and User Activation. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the acceptance of mobile banking user adoption using integrated Task technology Fit (TTF)-Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). TTF-UTAUT Model uses eight variables, namely task characteristics, technology characteristics, task technology fit, performance expectancy, effort Expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition and user adoption. This study began by distributing questionnaires through google form to 400 respondents Then the questionnaire data were analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), SmartPLS tools. Based on the analysis, the TTF-UTAUT model was able to explain the acceptance of mobile banking usage by 77.3%. Factors that have a significant influence on the acceptance of mobile banking usage Services include: task technology fit to user adoption; performance expectancy to user adoption; effort expectancy to user adoption; effort expectancy to performance expectancy; social influence to user adoption; facilitating condition to user adoption; task characteristics to effort expectancy and task technology fit to performance expectancy. To increase the acceptance of mabile banking services, socialization, innovation and simulation of services on the application are needed.

Abstract

Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Negeri 3 Kota Jambi merupakan lembaga pendidikan tingkat menengah pertama di Kota Jambi yang terus berupaya meningkatkan kualitas layanan akademik dan administrasi. Namun, penerapan sistem informasi di madrasah ini masih bersifat parsial dan belum sepenuhnya terintegrasi dengan kebutuhan strategis organisasi. Hal ini mengakibatkan ketidakefisienan dalam pengelolaan data dan penentuan kebijakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang arsitektur enterprise yang dapat mengintegrasikan sistem informasi yang ada dan menyelaraskannya dengan tujuan operasional sekolah, menggunakan framework TOGAF ADM 9.2 sebagai metodelogi penelitian. Riset ini menerapkan urutan fase dalam metode ADM TOGAF, yang mencakup fase Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information Systems Architecture,dan Technology Architecture. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah blueprint arsitektur yang komprehensif, yang mencakup desain entitas data, fungsi bisnis, serta aplikasi yang diusulkan, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional sekolah. Dengan rancangan arsitektur ini, MTs Negeri 3 Kota Jambi dapat memiliki landasan yang lebih kuat dalam mengembangkan sistem yang lebih terstruktur, terintegrasi, dan dapat mendukung pertumbuhan serta inovasi di masa depan.

Abstract

Toko Muaro Radio Elektronik merupakan salah satu toko yang bergerak dibidang penjualan yang kegiatan utamanya menjual barang elektronik, dalam hal pengelolaan data persediaan barang Toko Muaro Radio Elektronik masih meggunakan cara manual. Hal ini sering menimbulkan permasalahan dalam pengelolaan dan pencatatan jumlah stok barang seperti sering mengalami selisih jumlah persediaan barang, dokumen atau kertas banyak yang berceceran atau tidak teratur serta proses perhitungan persediaan barang membutuhkan waktu yang lama, hal ini juga membuat pemilik Toko Muaro Radio Elektronik membutuhkan waktu untuk mengetahui data persediaan  barang sehingga mengganggu proses kelancaran perdagangan. Dengan adanya sistem informasi persediaan barang ini, diharapkan dapat mempermudah admin toko dalam mengelola persediaan barang agar dapat terkontrol dengan baik serta mempermudah untuk mendapatkan informasi persediaan barang kapan saja. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi, sedangkan dalam pengembangan sistem penulis menggunakan model waterfall dalam membuat sistem informasi persediaan barang berbasis web. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dibangunnya sistem informasi persediaan  barang berbasis web menggunakan model waterfall yang dapat membantu dalam pengelolaan persediaan barang di Toko Muaro Radio Elektronik lebih teratur dan terkontrol, serta dapat membantu admin toko dan pemilik toko untuk mengetahui informasi persediaan barang kapan saja.

Abstract

Dalam era perkembangan teknologi saat ini, kebutuhan akan teknologi informasi semakin tinggi karena teknologi informasi menawarkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam mendukung organisasi mencapai tujuannya. Salah satu penerapan teknologi informasi yang umum digunakan adalah sistem absensi, yang banyak diterapkan di berbagai instansi atau organisasi untuk membantu mengelola, memantau, dan mengawasi absensi pegawai secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kapabilitas dan kesenjangan dalam tata kelola teknologi informasi pada sistem absensi sekolah. COBIT 2019 digunakan sebagai kerangka kerja dalam penelitian ini, dengan fokus pada tiga domain: APO12, DSS02, dan DSS03. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan tingkat kapabilitas saat ini, pengelolaansistem absensi di sekolah berada pada level 1 (Performed), yang menunjukkan bahwa proses telah dijalankan tetapi belum dikelola secara berkala dan masih jauh dari level kapabilitas yang diharapkan, yaitu level 4. Setiap proses atau aktivitas dalam domain tersebut diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan. Implementasi rekomendasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kematangan sistem absensi dan membantu mencapai tingkat kapabilitas yang ditargetkan

Abstract

MSMEs play an important role in the Indonesian economy because they are able to absorb labor, strengthen the real sector, and market local products to a wider market. One example is the Pempek Madam MSME in Jambi, which is engaged in the production and sale of pempek as a regional specialty food. This study aims to develop a web-based cashier information system framework that not only improves transaction management efficiency at Pempek Madam but can also be adapted for other MSMEs with similar business models. The development was carried out using the Waterfall method, starting from needs analysis to implementation, with the user interface design created using Figma. The design includes a login page, main menu, product categories, transaction process, payment methods, sales reports, and profile settings. System testing was conducted through black box testing and User Acceptance Test (UAT) to ensure functionality and ease of use. The test results showed that all features worked well, the interface was easy to understand, and the workflow was in line with user expectations. This framework is considered capable of improving the operational efficiency of MSMEs and is ready to be replicated for various similar types of businesses, supporting the acceleration of MSME digitalization in Indonesia.

Abstract

Forest health monitoring is a crucial component of sustainable forest management, particularly amid increasing pressures from deforestation, land degradation, and climate change. The complexity of forest ecosystems means that decision-making processes cannot rely on a single indicator but instead require approaches capable of simultaneously accommodating multiple biophysical, environmental, and social criteria. Therefore, Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods have been widely applied in decision support systems within the forestry sector. This study aims to systematically examine the application of the Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method in optimizing decision-making for forest and environmental health monitoring. The research adopts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology based on the PRISMA guidelines. The SLR process includes the formulation of research questions, literature search strategies, the establishment of inclusion and exclusion criteria, quality assessment of selected studies, and narrative synthesis of the findings. Literature searches were conducted using Google Scholar, Scopus, and OpenAlex databases, covering articles published between 2021 and 2026. The selection results indicate that the MOORA method has been extensively applied in environmental and natural resource decision support systems, particularly for alternative ranking and the determination of forest and land management priorities. Overall, MOORA is considered effective in producing objective, consistent, and easily interpretable decisions, either as a standalone method or in combination with other approaches such as AHP, ORESTE, and GIS. However, most existing studies remain case-based with limited geographical scope and have not yet developed standardized forest health indicators. These findings highlight opportunities for further research to develop more comprehensive MOORA-based forest health monitoring models to support environmental management and sustainable forest management policies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the acceptance and use of Generative AI technology in learning activities at Senior high school 3 Sungai Penuh City using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. The development of Artificial Intelligence provides opportunities to improve the effectiveness, personalization, and quality of learning. However, the implementation of this technology at the secondary education level still faces challenges such as low digital literacy, limited user readiness, and the lack of research related to the impact of Generative AI on students’ academic achievement. Preliminary research results indicate that most students and teachers are familiar with and have used services such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity AI in learning activities. This study employs a quantitative method using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach. The variables analyzed include Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Attitude Toward Using (ATU), Behavioral Intention (BI), Actual Use (AU), and Student Grades. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to students as respondents. The results are expected to show that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness positively influence attitudes, behavioral intentions, and the actual use of Generative AI, which in turn impacts students’ academic achievement. This study is expected to provide both theoretical and practical contributions to the development of Generative AI utilization in secondary education.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital memberikan peluang besar dalam peningkatan sistem keamanan lingkungan. Pelaksanaan Siskamling secara manual masih menghadapi berbagai kendala seperti jadwal ronda yang tidak teratur, absensi yang tidak terdokumentasi dengan baik, serta keterlambatan pelaporan kejadian mencurigakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Keamanan RT berbasis web yang menyediakan fitur penjadwalan ronda, absensi digital, dan pelaporan kejadian. Metode pengembangan menggunakan model Waterfall, sedangkan pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan metode Black Box Testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur utama sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Sistem ini membantu meningkatkan efektivitas koordinasi keamanan serta memudahkan warga dan pengurus RT dalam melakukan pendataan kegiatan ronda.
