Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pembelajaran. Salah satu teknologi yang dapat dimanfaatkan yaitu teknologi Augmented Reality (AR). Pondok Pesantren Bidayatul ulum merupakan lembaga pendidikan agama islam swasta, yang mana dalam islam pengurusan jenazah hukumnya adalah fardu kifayah. Untuk peningkatan pemahaman santri tentang pengurusan jenazah dengan teknik demonstrasi dapat memanfaatkan teknologi yaitu berbasis Augment reality. Augmented Reality merupakan aplikasi penggabungan dunia nyata dengan dunia maya dalam bentuk dua dimensi maupun tiga dimensi yang diproyeksikan dalam sebuah lingkungan nyata dalam waktu yang bersamaan. Inovasi pada media pembelajaran ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan informasi dengan tampilan yang menarik. dengan suara dan keterangan serta fitur berdasarkan materi persiapan apa saja yang harus disediakan untuk pengurusan hingga menguburkan jenazah. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode MDLC dan hasil dari penelitian ini berupa media pembelajaran interaktif dengan Augmented Reality. Target inovasi pada media pembelajaran ini yaitu meningkatnya pemahaman santri tentang tata cara pengurusan jenazah.

Abstract

Hall Gembira Kota Jambi merupakan suatu usaha yang bergerak di bidang jasa penyewaan lapangan badminton yang menyediakan fasilitas olahraga yang beralamat di Jl.Fatahillah Lorong Gembira, Sulanjana, Kecamatan Jambi Timur. Saat ini sistem penyewaan lapangan badminton di Hall Gembira dilakukan dengan cara pelanggan menghubungi pihak Hall Gembira untuk menanyakan ketersediaan lapangan, lalu untuk melakukan pembayaran penyewaan, pelanggan harus datang langsung ke tempat. Pada proses pengelolaan data penyewaan lapangan juga masih dilakukan secara manual, dengan mencatat pada buku sebagai laporan, sehingga rentan terjadinya kerusakan dan dapat menimbulkan kendala seperti, kesalahan dalam pencatatan data penyewaan dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam pembuatan laporan penyewaan lapangan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu, menganalisa sistem yang berjalan mengenai proses penyewaan lapangan badminton pada Hall Gembira merancang sistem informasi penyewaan lapangan badminton berbasis website pada Hall Gembira. Peneliti melakukan pengembangan sistem dengan metode waterfall dan menggunakan pendekatan model sistem Unified modelling Language berupa use case diagram, activity diagram dan class diagram. Sistem penyewaan lapangan badminton yang di rancang menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan database MySQL. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem berupa aplikasi berbasis websiteyang memungkinkan pelanggan untuk melakukan penyewaan dan pembayarantanpa harus datang ke tempat. Sistem ini juga memberikan kemudahan bagi admin dan pimpinan dalam mengelola transaksi penyewaan dan pembuatan laporan.

Abstract

We can now feel the use of technology in services in various sectors, one sector that is quite influential in human life which cannot be separated from the use of technology, namely in the education sector. Education is a stage where students are guided and directed to get quality education in accordance with the National Education Standards. Implementation and fulfillment of National Education Standards can be done from various perspectives, one of which is from a technological perspective. Currently, SMP Unggul Sakti Jambi does not yet have an integrated information system in carrying out academic operations, therefore an enterprise architecture design is needed to develop and build information systems and information technology at schools. Enterprise architecture has the meaning of defining, classifying, planning and designing the connectivity of the various components that make up an enterprise. This study uses the TOGAF ADM framework which is limited to the initialization, vision architecture, business architecture, information system architecture, and technology architecture stages. The result of this research is a blueprint for an integrated information system architecture design that can be used by schools to support the implementation of the National Education Standards in carrying out business processes.

Abstract

The information system describes a system that has interrelated components such as collecting, processing, storing and distributing information to make a decision within an organization and can also be used as a consideration for decision making, coordination and control to help analyze the problem as a whole. One of the companies engaged in the distribution of building materials requires a computerized payroll system, namely PT. Atlas Tata Citra because there are still some problems at PT. Atlas Tata Citra is like managing employee salary data which still uses Microsoft Excel so that the process takes longer due to the large number of employees and data attachments for each employee must be processed and verified one by one. Another obstacle is filing payslips that are still manual, making it difficult for financial admins to find past data. Therefore authors conducted research on the analysis and design of payroll information systems at PT. The Tata Citra Atlas with the aim of the research that the author is conducting can be a consideration for companies to implement an information system in managing employee salary data that makes it easy to provide reports and payslips without requiring a long time. This research system modeling uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) including Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams and prototype system development methods. The prototype design was carried out by the author using Figma.

Abstract

SMA N 10 Muaro Jambi processes data on alumni activities after graduation, still in a manual way, namely by collecting alumni data directly at SMA N 10 Muaro Jambi. Alumni fill in alumni data into the alumni summary book; this data collection occurs when alumni legalize the diploma. After filling in the data, the TU staff then transfers the data that was filled earlier to the computer using Microsoft Excel as a medium for archiving data on alumni activities after graduation, recapping the results of the data that is made into a report and the report is printed every year. However, only some of the alumni data is captured, which results in errors or mistakes in writing alumni data in the alumni book and does not facilitate the process of searching for alumni data on a large scale if at any time the school needs data from an alumni from several years ago. The recording and management of alumni data is slow and difficult to realize. As for the purpose of this study, namely to analyze and study system problems that are currently running at SMA N 10 Muaro Jambi and system design in this study using UML (Unified Modeling Language) model tools such as use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams, Furthermore, this study used the prototype system development method and used the Balsamiq Mockups 3 application tool as a design medium in producing a tracer study alumni information system user interface design at SMA N 10 Muaro Jambi. This research resulted in an alumni information system design that can process school profile data, alumni data, tracer study data, and other data so that it can present the required alumni report designs. Abstract

Mobile Banking improvement is not really good, number of Internet users via cellular phones (mobile phones) is not proportional to the increase in users of digital banking services, especially mobile banking. The development of Mobile Banking, especially for Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) customers, shows that data is not balanced between User Registration and User Activation. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the acceptance of mobile banking user adoption using integrated Task technology Fit (TTF)-Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). TTF-UTAUT Model uses eight variables, namely task characteristics, technology characteristics, task technology fit, performance expectancy, effort Expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition and user adoption. This study began by distributing questionnaires through google form to 400 respondents Then the questionnaire data were analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), SmartPLS tools. Based on the analysis, the TTF-UTAUT model was able to explain the acceptance of mobile banking usage by 77.3%. Factors that have a significant influence on the acceptance of mobile banking usage Services include: task technology fit to user adoption; performance expectancy to user adoption; effort expectancy to user adoption; effort expectancy to performance expectancy; social influence to user adoption; facilitating condition to user adoption; task characteristics to effort expectancy and task technology fit to performance expectancy. To increase the acceptance of mabile banking services, socialization, innovation and simulation of services on the application are needed.

Abstract

The recording and reporting of personnel attendance at Polsek VII Koto are highly crucial in maintaining discipline among Civil Servants within the Indonesian National Police (Polri). Presently, attendance recording is still done manually in attendance books. The compilation of attendance is carried out using a Microsoft Excel application, which can lead to data errors, damages, and even the loss of attendance data. This also delays reporting to the Polres Financial Section for performance allowance disbursement. This attendance report significantly influences the allocation of performance benefits according to Regulation Number 7 of 2020 issued by the Chief of the Indonesian National Police. To address this issue, the author conducted an analysis and designed a personnel attendance information system. With the presence of this personnel attendance information system at Polsek VII Koto, it simplifies the manual attendance recording process, thereby increasing the validity of attendance data at Polsek VII Koto. Moreover, the personnel attendance information system allows the Chief of Police at VII Koto to monitor personnel attendance more effectively, especially since the Deputy Chief position is vacant. Hence, the Chief of Police needs to directly monitor personnel attendance at Polsek VII Koto. This research resulted in the design of a prototype personnel attendance information system utilizing face recognition verification, timestamps, and a mobile-based server, aiming to make the Chief of Police at VII Koto more efficient in monitoring personnel attendance through a mobile-based platform.

Abstract

In building a wireless network, it is necessary to have an Access Point device that emits a signal that functions as a data traffic regulator, so that it will allow many clients to connect to each other through the network. This research aims to analyze co-channel interference that affects the performance of the signal emitted by the Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) access point at Mitra Jambi Hospital. Using the Quality of Service (QoS) method, this study evaluates network performance parameters such as Throughput, Packet Loss, Jitter and Packet Loss to identify the impact of interference on signal quality. Data was collected through direct measurements at various locations within the hospital, as well as statistical analysis to determine the relationship between interference levels and signal performance. The results show that co-channel interference significantly degrades signal performance, which negatively impacts user experience, especially in critical situations in a hospital environment.
