Abstract

This study aims to describe the mentoring of writing an anthology as an effort to improve students' literacy in the Muadalah Education Unit (SPM) of Madrasah Ulya PP. Miftahul Mubtadiin Nganjuk. The study actively involves students in the entire process of mentoring writing an anthology. The background of the study includes literacy issues faced by students in the SPM environment and the importance of mentoring writing an anthology in addressing these challenges. The mentoring method used is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, which involves students in identifying topics, collecting and sharing experiences, and participating in the editing and publishing process of the anthology book. Through this active participation, students can develop their writing skills, enhance their reading interests, and strengthen their literacy. The results of the mentoring show a significant improvement in students' literacy after participating in the mentoring of writing an anthology book. Students not only develop their writing skills but also enhance their understanding of the importance of literacy in daily life. They also experience satisfaction in contributing their voices through the writings immortalized in the anthology book. This research provides a significant contribution to the development of students' literacy in the SPM of Madrasah Ulya PP. Miftahul Mubtadiin Nganjuk through mentoring writing an anthology book. This article also offers practical implications for educators and researchers in adopting this method to enhance students' literacy in other educational institutions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh media sosial terhadap pemahaman konsep pendidikan agama Islam di kalangan generasi milenial. Kerangka teori menggambarkan media sosial sebagai alat komunikasi yang memengaruhi cara generasi milenial memperoleh, menyajikan, dan mengonsumsi informasi agama Islam. Metode penelitian menggunakan library research untuk menguraikan peran media sosial dalam membentuk pemahaman agama Islam, dengan merinci temuan dari literatur terkini. Hasil penelitian menyoroti tantangan, seperti risiko disinformasi, dan peluang, seperti globalisasi pemahaman keagamaan. Tantangan tersebut dapat diatasi melalui pendidikan formal dan bimbingan otoritas keagamaan. Peluangnya mencakup akses ke berbagai sudut pandang keagamaan melalui platform daring. Kesimpulan menyajikan kompleksitas interaksi antara media sosial, pemahaman konsep pendidikan agama Islam, dan karakteristik generasi milenial. Pendekatan holistik yang memadukan pendidikan formal, bimbingan agama, dan kebijakan pengawasan media sosial diusulkan untuk memastikan generasi milenial membangun pemahaman agama Islam yang kritis dan sesuai nilai-nilai Islam yang autentik.

Abstract

Marriage is an inner and outer bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife to form a happy and eternal household (family) based on the Almighty God. But sometimes problems arise in married life, one of which is nusyuz. Nusyuz behavior often occurs in domestic life and has an impact on disharmony. Some of them even lead to acts of domestic violence. This paper presents the perspectives of community leaders in Sidoharjo Village about nusyuz and domestic violence and the relationship between the two. The type of research that will be used is qualitative, namely field research, while the approaches in this research are normative and sociological. Data collection methods used are interviews (interviews), observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data validity test was carried out through data triangulation techniques, persistence/consistency of observation, and the use of reference materials to prove the data that had been found. The results of this study indicate that the perspective of Sidoharjo Village community leaders towards nusyuz is when the wife disobeys or disobeys her husband. Then the perspective of community leaders in Sidoharjo Village on domestic violence is violence that occurs in the household. The culprit can be the husband or wife. Furthermore, the perspective of community leaders in Sidoharjo Village on the relationship between nusyuz and domestic violence. They said there was a relationship between the two by explaining that it started with a wife who was rebellious and then the husband could not control his emotions so in the end there was an act of domestic violence.

Abstract

The issue of livelihood is crucial in building household harmony. The husband is obliged to provide for his family with ma'ruf. This can create harmony in the household that is built.The people of Kemaduh Baron Nganjuk village have various views on the relevance of husband's livelihood to household harmony. This paper is the result of field research on this matter. This analytical descriptive research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study reveal that the husband's livelihood from the perspective of the Kemaduh Baron Nganjuk village community is a gift from a husband to his wife in the form of money, to meet daily needs, which is in line with Amir Syaifuddin's opinion that the husband's income is shopping for food needs which includes basic materials such as clothing and housing. or clothing, food, and shelter. Meanwhile, their perspective on household harmony is the attitude of helping each other, pouring out their hearts (deliberations), the lack of debate in running the household with mutual understanding. This is in line with the theory of household harmony with the realization of the wishes of husband and wife, minimizing interpersonal conflicts, the realization of reciprocity between husband and wife in carrying out their respective obligations. According to the people of Kemaduh village, husband's livelihood and household harmony are interrelated because living is the husband's obligation in the household which aims to meet household needs, so not fulfilling the needs in the family can make the family less harmonious. Even so, there are different opinions from the people of Kemaduh village which state that the husband's inadequacy of living does not cause fights and the family remains harmonious.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an further regulates the provisions of polygamy which were previously rooted before Islamic society. If previously polygamy could be carried out regardless of the number of wives then with the decline of al-Nisa verse 3, the maximum number of wives in polygamy is four people. The law of polygamy in Islam was originally permissible with the ability to justice, but seeing aspects of goodness and badness, this permissibility becomes an emergency door for conditions to deviate from normal, so that if the government takes part in regulating it then it is as its capacity to regulate the people based on benefit. Whereas the polyandry since the revelation of Surat al-Nisa verse 24, has been a prohibition that must be avoided. If you want to examine further, there are various aspects of benefit in this prohibition

Abstract

"Mahar" is something that must be present in a marriage. It is a gift given by a husband to his wife. According to Wahbah al-Zuḥaily, mahar is "property that becomes the right of a wife due to the occurrence of a contract or actual intercourse." In addition to mahar, there are also "srah-srahan" or gifts brought by the groom's family to the bride's family. The form of srah-srahan varies according to the traditions of each region, ranging from food, clothing, to even household items. This article will answer how the tradition of presenting household items in the wedding ceremony in Bagor Wetan Sukomoro Nganjuk Village is practiced and how the "urf" views the tradition of presenting household items in Bagor Wetan Sukomoro Nganjuk Village. This type of research is field research using a qualitative approach. The conclusion of this research is that the tradition of presenting household items in Bagor Wetan Village is a tradition that has existed since ancient times. This tradition is carried out by the groom's family and is done after the wedding ceremony along with the "temu manten" ceremony, where all the household items and other srah-srahan items are brought by the groom's entourage. In terms of material, the tradition of presenting household items is included in "urf amali," in terms of its scope of use, the tradition is included in "urf khas," and in terms of its evaluation of good or bad, the tradition is included in "urf Shahih."

Abstract

Marriage is a crucial social institution that serves religious, social, and legal purposes. In Islam, marriage is considered a sacred bond, governed by strict principles that ensure the rights and responsibilities of both husband and wife. Divorce, as a legal and religious concept, is permissible in Islam under specific conditions to prevent harm and injustice in marital relationships. This study focuses on the concept of khulu’, a form of divorce initiated by the wife with compensation provided to the husband, and its application in Islamic law and Indonesian legal frameworks. The research employs a qualitative normative approach, analyzing laws and regulations, religious doctrines, and scholarly interpretations related to marriage, divorce, and khulu’. Primary sources include Indonesian legislation such as Law No. 1 of 1974 on Marriage, the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI), and Supreme Court Regulation (PMA) No. 3 of 2017. Secondary sources consist of books, journal articles, and scholarly works on family law in Islam. Findings reveal that Islamic law provides structured mechanisms for divorce, including khulu’ and fasakh, to ensure justice and protect the welfare of both parties. Indonesian law complements these provisions by regulating post-divorce rights, such as nafkah iddah (maintenance during the waiting period) and mut'ah (consolatory gift). However, challenges persist in the practical implementation of these rights due to limited public awareness, societal stigma against women who initiate divorce, and weak enforcement of court rulings. This study underscores the importance of integrating Islamic principles and modern legal frameworks to uphold justice and equality in marital and post-marital relationships. It highlights the need for greater public education and legal reform to address existing gaps in the protection of women's rights in divorce cases.

Abstract

Career women play a vital role in economic and social spheres, yet often face challenges in fulfilling their responsibilities in child education. This study analyzes the role of career women in parenting from the perspective of Islamic family law, including the impact of their careers on child development and Islamic solutions to address these challenges. Using a normative-descriptive method, the findings show that Islam permits women to work as long as their primary duties as mothers and wives are not neglected. Career demands—such as time constraints and reliance on caregivers—may affect a child’s emotional and spiritual growth. Islam offers solutions through shared parenting roles, time optimization, and the application of Islamic parenting principles that emphasize affection, moral values, and active parental involvement. With these strategies, career women can remain effective mothers while pursuing professional contributions.

Abstract

This article aims to reveal the views of the imams of the four schools of thought. The approach used is normative. Muhallil marriage is a marriage that is carried out to justify a person who has done triple talaq to immediately return to his wife with a new marriage. If a person has divorced his wife three times, either in one period or at different times, then the husband may no longer marry his ex-wife unless the wife has married another man, then divorces and her iddah expires. The purpose of marrying another man is not just doing a marriage contract, but having sexual relations as is the case for husband and wife life in general, then divorcing him properly so that the first husband can marry his ex-wife.
