Abstract

This research investigates the effect of implementing an Enterprise Resource Management System (ERP) on improving Supply Chain Management (SCM) performance at PT. Sat Nusapersada Tbk. With the research method in the form of interviews, information was obtained from the company owner. The results show that ERP implementation has a significant positive influence on SCM performance at PT. Nusapersada Sat. In facing global competition, SCM is an important key in achieving competitive advantage. ERP helps facilitate a company's internal integration, enabling more effective supply chain management. This study concludes that ERP integration provides significant benefits in increasing company operational efficiency, increasing customer satisfaction, increasing revenue and profits, and optimizing asset use. However, to improve overall SCM performance, wise decision making, effective communication, and good coordination between ERP and SCM are required. Therefore, continuous efforts are needed to improve the system to achieve more optimal results.

Abstract

McDonald's has had a huge impact on pop culture and fast food around the world. This company continues to adapt to changes in food trends and consumer demands and is committed to providing consistent and quality fast food. Implementing good management integration and good organizational structure must be prioritized by Mc Donald's. Several aspects illustrate Mc Donald's efforts in pursuing this, namely, Training and Education, Waste and Energy Management, Human Resources and Welfare, Commitment to protecting the Environment. The social responsibility aspect is very important for the McDonald's company. This research is aimed at analyzing the work and social culture that occurs at McDonald's, the method used in this research is descriptive data analysis, the conclusion that can be drawn is that McDonald's can ensure that every employee feels valued and has the same opportunity to contribute. This can also create a dynamic and innovative culture.

Abstract

This study aims the involvement of multinational companies in a country's economy has an important role in increasing a country's per capita income. Multinational companies themselves are divided into several industrial sectors, one of which is food and beverages. This research aims to explore the impact of customer orientation and technology in increasing customer loyalty and innovation capabilities which influence the business performance of an industrial sector. The population in this study reached 280 respondents using quantitative methods. The results of this research can influence companies in making decisions and innovating considering the increase in competitors every year.

Abstract

In running a company, there are many factors that influence the performance and performance of the company. These factors can come from inside or outside the company. Therefore, analyzing these factors is a very important step in planning the strategy that the company will use. The discussion in this article focuses more on external analysis or what is usually called External Environment Analysis. The company that will be discussed in this article is Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC). This research aims to determine the influence of the external environment on the company and identify the competition the company faces. This research uses a quantitative analysis method for the PESTEL factors of the KFC company. The results of the analysis include political, economic, social, technological, environmental and legal factors that can influence the KFC company. Apart from that, there is also a five forces of competition model used by the KFC company. After analyzing the KFC company, there are suggestions that can help KFC in running business in the future.
