Abstract

Di tingkat Sekolah Dasar, yang menjaadikan tolak ukur pembentukan karakter anak didik adalah peran dari kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Dilakukannya penelitian ini yakni memberikan gambaran yang jelas tentang gaya kepemimpinan dari kepala sekolah untuk tujuan membangun mutu sekolahnya. Penelitian ini berjenis kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data yakni dengan cara interview dan observasi lapangan serta dokumentasi. Kemudian data-data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode dari dilakukannya penelitian ini, peneliti berhasil membuktikan, bahwasannya 1). Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah bersifat demokratis-monarkis, 2). Aspek-aspek yang termasuk dalam kepemimpinan kepala sekkolah misalnya peran kepala sekolah sebagai pimpinan, supervisor, administrator, inovator dan motivator dinilai sudah sangat baik.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of Pancasila in the context of global diversity and to determine the factors that hinder the application of the Pancasila profile in science and science learning. Using qualitative descriptive research methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. With class IV students and teachers as research subjects. for data analysis. This method consists of three important stages: data reduction, data exposure, and formulation of conclusions. The results of the research show that science and science learning encourage the development of four-dimensional elements, namely recognizing and appreciating culture, communication and interaction between cultures, reflection on responsibility and social justice. However, the learning process is not yet optimal due to obstacles such as limited teacher ability to design effective teaching modules and lack of infrastructure. This research hopes that students can improve and implement the character of global diversity in everyday life. Teachers must try to be role models for the school community and approach students to overcome existing obstacles and problems. To achieve the expected learning objectives, teachers can also replace limited infrastructure with simpler learning media.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan terbaru serta meningkatkan kemampuan teknologi para instruktur (Dosen, Guru, dan Tendik) Program Profesi Guru (PPG) Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. DR. HAMKA, Jakarta, di bidang pembuatan media pembelajaran digital berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) text-to-video generator. Saat ini, proses belajar mengajar modern harus dilakukan dengan melibatkan teknologi yang mengharuskan dosen atau guru menggunakan media digital. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi saat ini telah sampai pada titik di mana perangkat lunak atau website didukung oleh teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI). Salah satu perangkat lunak atau laman berbasis teknologi AI yang dapat menjadi pilihan bagi para guru atau dosen untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran dalam bentuk video adalah AI text-to-video generator. AI text-to-video generator adalah alat yang memungkinkan guru atau dosen untuk membuat video profesional dari teks dengan bantuan AI, seperti Pictory ai dan Synthesia oi. Oleh karena itu, tim dosen FKIP UHAMKA merasa perlu untuk melakukan pelatihan dengan mempromosikan AI text-to-video generator ini sebagai salah satu alternatif pembuatan media pembelajaran video yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran siswa. Pelatihan ini berbentuk workshop dan dilaksanakan dalam 2 kali pertemuan dengan durasi 8 jam (4 sesi) dan total waktu 16 jam. Diikuti oleh 20-30 peserta yang dikategorikan sebagai dosen, guru, dan tenaga kependidikan dari beberapa bidang studi seperti Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Jepang, Bahasa Inggris, Matematika, Fisika, Biologi, Pendidikan Dasar, Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, Bimbingan dan Konseling, Ekonomi, Sejarah, dan Geografi. Di awal dan akhir pelatihan ini, tim membagikan kuesioner pra-kuesioner dan pasca-kuesioner sebagai data faktual untuk mengetahui tanggapan dan pandangan para peserta tentang pelatihan ini. Hasil pelatihan menunjukan respon positif peserta serta bertambahnya kemampuan teknologi peserta khususnya dalam membuat media pembelajaran digital berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) text-to-video generator menggunakan Pictory ai dan Synthesia oi.   Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran Digital; Artificial Intelligence (AI); Text-to-Video Generator; Pictory ai; Synthesia io; Pelatihan Dosen, Guru, Tendik; PPG   Abstract: The objective of this training is to provide new knowledge and to increase the technology proficiency of the instructors (Lecturers, Teachers, Education Staffs) of the Teachers Professional Program (PPG), Faculty of Teachers Training and Education, University of Muhammadiyah Prof. DR. HAMKA, Jakarta, in the area of creating digital learning media based on artificial intelligence (AI) text-to-video generator. Recently, the modern teaching and learning process must be conducted through technology involvement, which requires lecturers or teachers to use digital media. The rapid growth of technology today is reaching a point where software or website are supported by artificial intelligence (AI) technology. One software or website based on AI technology that can be an option for teachers or lecturers to develop learning media in the form of videos is the AI text-to-video generator. An AI text-to-video generator is a tool that allows teachers or lecturers to create professional videos from text with the help of AI, such as Pictory ai and Synthesia oi. Therefore, the UHAMKA FKIP lecturer team felt necessary to conduct training by promoting this AI text-to-video generator as an alternative to creating video learning media that is suitable for student learning needs. This training was in a workshop format, and it was conducted in 2 meetings within 8 hours (4 sessions) and a total of 16 hours. 20-30 participants were joined who were categorized as lecturers, teachers, and education staff from several fields of study such as Indonesia Language, Japan Language, English, Mathematics, Physics, Biology, Primary Education, Early Childhood, Guidance and Counselling, Economics, History, and Geography. At the beginning and the end of the training, the team distributed pre-questionnaires and post-questionnaires as factual data to know the responses and opinions of the participants about this training. The results of the training showed a positive response from the participants as well as an increase in the participants' technological skills, especially in creating digital learning media based on artificial intelligence (AI) text-to-video generator using Pictory ai and Syntehsia oi.   Keywords: Digital Learning Media; Artificial Intelligence (AI); Text-to-Video Generator; Pictory ai; Synthesia io; Lecturer, Teacher, Education Staffs’ Training; PPG

Abstract

This tudy aims to improve student learning outcomes in the social science subject using the inquiry method in elementary schools. Because student learning outcomes for social studies subjects are still relatively low and can be said to have not reached the minimum score or have not succeeded. Therefore, teachers are required to make changes. In this study, the researchers employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consisted of 3 cycles. Furthermore, each cycle had four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were fourth-grade students, totaling 27 people consisting of 14 male students and 13 female students. The tools used to collect data were learning outcome tests, documentation devices, observation sheets, and field notes. The results of this study showed as follows. At the 1st meeting of cycle I, only 5 students (18%) got a score above the Minimum Completeness Criteria. At the 2nd meeting, there was an increase to 7 students (25%). Because it did not meet the criteria for completeness, the researchers then decided to continue to cycle II. At the 1st meeting of this cycle, 9 students (33%) got a score above the Minimum Completeness Criteria. Furthermore, at the 2nd meeting, there was an increase to 10 students (37%). These results were still considered insufficient. Therefore, the researchers continued to cycle III. At the 1st meeting of this cycle, 18 students (66%) got a score above the Minimum Completeness Criteria. Moreover, at the 2nd meeting, it increased to 23 students (85%). In cycle III, the obtained learning outcomes were very good and have reached indicators of success that have been set so that learning completeness has been achieved As a result of this research, learning with the inquiry learning method is a method that can improve Student Learning Outcomes. The application of the inquiry learning method makes the learning process more enjoyable because students can better understand the material clearly. In addition, it can also help students to be more confident and active in developing their potential to show their abilities.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a contextual learning media called Lubaku (Calculation Hole) specifically designed to help fourth-grade students at Baru 06 Elementary School understand the concepts of multiplication, division, and squares. This research is classified as research and development using the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This research was conducted at Baru 06 Elementary School with a test group of 24 students from class IV B. Data collection techniques were carried out through validation questionnaires involving media experts, material experts, and response questionnaires from students. The data obtained were then analyzed using quantitative and qualitative approaches. The research results show that the Lubaku learning media has been successfully developed. Based on the validation results, this media received an average score of 96% and an average score of 96% from subject matter experts. Additionally, the response from students towards the Lubaku learning media was also very positive, with an average score of 88%. Therefore, overall, it falls into the "very feasible" category for use.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of digital poster media on students' interest in learning in class V science and science subjects at SDN Tengah 03. Identification of problems includes the lack of use of digital poster media, lack of student enthusiasm, and low student interest in learning. This research used a quantitative survey method with 29 students from class VB. The research results show that the use of digital poster media significantly increases students' interest in learning. Data analysis was carried out through the T test and F test, showing the significant influence of digital poster media on students' interest in learning. However, this research has limitations, including a limited sample size and data collection methods that focus on questionnaires. However, the results of this research provide an empirical basis for implementing digital poster media in increasing students' interest in learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of ethnomathematics-based teaching materials in improving the understanding of mathematics concepts in SDN 2 Suruh, Trenggalek Regency, by integrating the local cultural context of Trenggalek Regency. The method used is quasi-experimental with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study is students of SDN 2 Suruh. The sampling technique in this study was Purposive sampling of 65 students in grade V of SDN 2 Suruh. The selection of sampling was based on the ability to understand mathematical concepts. The research instruments include a concept understanding test with data analysis using Shapiro-Wilk normality, Homogeneity, Paired Sample T-Test, and N-Gain. The data analyzed is a test of understanding of mathematical concepts. The results showed a significant difference between the pretest and posttest values (sig. 0.000 <0.05), with an average N-Gain of 58.60% which was included in the effective category. Ethnomathematics-based teaching materials have been proven to be able to increase students' understanding of mathematical concepts while fostering interest in learning through the introduction of local cultural elements. These findings recommend the use of ethnomathematics-based teaching materials as a relevant and contextual learning strategy in primary schools.
