Abstract

The purpose in this study is to analyze the influence of both partial and simultaneous training, discipline and communication on productivity. This research was conducted on PT. Linewin selected 117 production employees to sample. data collection using questionnaires with data analysis using SPSS 22. The results showed that training, discipline and communion had a positive and significant effect on productivity in PT. Linewin. Discipline variables have the most dominant influence in improving employee work productivity in PT. Linewin. Furthermore, the result of a determination coefficient of 69.1% of productivity variables can be explained by variations in training, discipline and communication variables and the remaining 40.9% is another variable not studied in this study

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to determine the effect of brand ambassadors and prices on purchasing decisions for Android phones through consumer buying interest. The approach in this study is associative with the data analysis used is path analysis. The population and sample in this study were 147 respondents who were selected by accidental sampling. The results showed that (1) brand ambassadors had a positive and significant effect on buying interest, (2) price had a negative effect on buying interest, (3) brand ambassadors had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (4) price had a negative effect on purchasing decisions, (5) brand ambassador has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through buying interest, (6) price has a negative effect on purchasing decisions through buying interest.

Abstract

The concentration of this research focuses on efforts to increase interest in paying zakat which is influenced by muzak knowledge and self-awareness. The National Zakat Agency of North Sumatra was chosen as the research site where 100 muzak were used as the population and the research sample with accidental sampling technique. Data collection uses a questionnaire where the measurement scale uses a Likert scale. The results of the study prove that knowledge and self-awareness have a significant influence in increasing muzakki's interest in paying zakat. Then this self-awareness has a dominant influence when compared to the knowledge possessed by muzak, especially in increasing their interest in paying zakat.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji: (1) pengaruh yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai; (2) pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai; (3) pengaruh yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan pelatihan secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di PT.Intibenua Perkasatama. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai yang berjumlah 75 orang. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan Assositif. Instrumen penelitian adalah angket/ kuesioner dengan model skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik regresi berganda pada taraf signifikansi α=0,05. Uji persyaratan dilakukan untuk menguji normalitas, linearitas dan independensi antar variabel bebas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik regresi berganda. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi sekitar 49,4% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan pelatihan terhadap variabel motivasi kerja pegawai. Sisanya 50,6% adalah dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model seperti budaya organisasi, teknologi, lingkungan dan lain sebagainya.Performa gaya kepemimpinan dapat ditingkatkan oleh pegawai dengan menyesuaikan pihak manajemen. Pihak pimpinan diharapkan dapat sinerji dengan cara melibatkan pegawai dalam pengambilan keputusan di perusahaan.Pelatihan sesuai dengan asas kebersamaan, layak dan adil, agar pelatihan yang ditugaskan kepada pegawai sesuai dengan kinerjanya.Motivasi kerja para pegawai harus dipelihara dan ditingkatkan dengan memberikan perlakukan yang adil.Pemberian pelatihan harus sesuai dengan kebutuhan pegawai untuk memaksimumkan produtivitas kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang sebagian besar penduduknya hidup dari pertanian. Sistem pengairan atau irigasi yang baik sangat diperlukan sehingga pengelolaan air pada pertanian bisa dilakukan secara tepat. Namun teknologi pengairan yang banyak digunakan masih bersifat konvensional, dimana petani membuka dan menutup pintu air secara manual. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut dibuatlah sebuah prototipe pintu air otomatis yang dapat dikontrol dan dipantau dari jarak jauh dengan berbasis Internet of Things (IoT). Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan membuat website HMI yang terkoneksi dengan server Firebase yang dapat mengontrol pintu air serta monitoring ketinggian air dan kelembaban tanah. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, alat dapat menerima dan mengirim data melalui komunikasi IoT dengan Firebase dengan durasi 4-6 detik. Hasil pembacaan sensor ultrasonik memiliki rata-rata nilai error 0.89% untuk sensor pada saluran 1 dan 1.74% untuk sensor pada saluran 2. Sedangkan hasil pembacaan sensor kelembaban tanah memiliki rata-rata nilai error 2.2%. Alat dapat melakukan buka tutup pintu air berdasarkan mode manual dan otomatis berdasarkan ketinggian air atau kelembaban tanah, yang diatur melalui websiteHMI. Pada simulasi pintu air, air dapat dialirkan ke tanah saat ketinggian air pada saluran mencapai 10 cm, sehingga jika menggunakan mode otomatis berdasarkan ketinggian air setpoint ketinggian air harus diatur lebih dari 10 cm.

Abstract

Background. Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) has been a global pandemic since March 2020. The number of patients is massive and clinical symptoms vary from mild to severe symptoms. Several laboratory results showed abnormal values in Covid-19 patients, including an increase in the value of D-dimer. Elevated levels of D-dimer in COVID-19 patients are strongly associated with severity and increased mortality. We report a case of a severe symptomatic COVID-19 patient with high D dimer levels at the start of treatment and showing clinical improvement according to a decrease in D dimer levels. Methods. We treat and follow the clinical and laboratory developments of COVID-19 patients with severe symptoms from the time they enter the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) until they move to a regular ward. Results. A 53-year-old male patient diagnosed with viral pneumonia et causa covid-19 was admitted to the ICU with severe symptoms and high initial d-dimer levels (1,413 ug/ml). The patient received ventilator assistance and standard therapy according to the Covid 19 management protocol of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. Anticoagulation using heparin intravenously with a dose adjusted to the level of d dimer, aPTT, and clinical condition of the patient who is monitored regularly. The trend of d dimers decreased parallel to the decrease in C reactive protein (CRP) levels, increased lung gas exchange function was evaluated from the PaO2/Fio2 ratio (PF ratio) and the clinical improvement of the patients. Conclusion. D-dimer is closely related to the severity of covid 19 patients. D dimer can be used as one of the parameters of patient clinical improvement.

Abstract

The BK work program in schools is shown in physical form, namely the BK module which contains service plans according to student needs. The efforts made to carry out this role, guidance and counseling teachers are required to make a service implementation plan. The problem faced by guidance and counseling teachers in the current independent curriculum, is that their skills in compiling guidance and counseling modules are not yet optimal according to the context of the Pancasila student profile and the achievements of the independent curriculum. Therefore, assistance is needed for guidance and counseling teachers at junior high school and equivalent levels to prepare guidance and counseling modules. The subjects who attended the service activities consisted of 50 public and private middle school guidance and counseling teachers. This activity collaborates with the Mempawah Regency Guidance and Counseling Teachers' Conference (MGBK), located at 2 Junior High Schools Mempawah. The methods used identification, discussion and practicum in creating guidance and counseling service modules, evaluation and reflection. The results of implementing community service are providing skills in creating independent curriculum guidance and counseling service modules based on needs analysis according to development phases and creating service achievements based on Pancasila student profile indicators. Abstract

The research aimed to test the blended learning model in Indonesian higher education. To this end, a qualitative approach was adopted, employing a case study method to collect data. This method included in-depth interviews, observations, and a thorough document analysis. This research found that blended learning improves flexibility, engagement, and effectiveness. However, this improvement depends on two key elements. First, a good tech infrastructure. Second, lecturers skilled in using tech tools. We must, however, recognize obstacles that limit this approach's full potential. Impediments include, but are not limited to, disparities in internet access and a lack of training for lecturers to use technology. This study's insights can guide effective blended learning in higher education.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether Artificial Intelligence (AI) and price have a partially significant influence on the decision to purchase a Honda motorbike at Astra Motor Sidrap. Apart from that, this research also aims to identify the simultaneous influence of AI and price on purchasing decisions for Honda motorbikes at Astra Motor Sidrap. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques, which were analyzed using the SPSS 26 program. The data used is primary data obtained from the results of questionnaires filled out by respondents. The research results show that AI partially has a significant influence on the decision to purchase a Honda motorbike at Astra Motor Sidrap. Likewise, price partially has a significant influence on the decision to purchase a Honda motorbike at Astra Motor Sidrap. Meanwhile, simultaneously, AI and price have a significant influence on the decision to purchase a Honda motorbike at Astra Motor Sidrap.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan terbaru serta meningkatkan kemampuan teknologi para instruktur (Dosen, Guru, dan Tendik) Program Profesi Guru (PPG) Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. DR. HAMKA, Jakarta, di bidang pembuatan media pembelajaran digital berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) text-to-video generator. Saat ini, proses belajar mengajar modern harus dilakukan dengan melibatkan teknologi yang mengharuskan dosen atau guru menggunakan media digital. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi saat ini telah sampai pada titik di mana perangkat lunak atau website didukung oleh teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI). Salah satu perangkat lunak atau laman berbasis teknologi AI yang dapat menjadi pilihan bagi para guru atau dosen untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran dalam bentuk video adalah AI text-to-video generator. AI text-to-video generator adalah alat yang memungkinkan guru atau dosen untuk membuat video profesional dari teks dengan bantuan AI, seperti Pictory ai dan Synthesia oi. Oleh karena itu, tim dosen FKIP UHAMKA merasa perlu untuk melakukan pelatihan dengan mempromosikan AI text-to-video generator ini sebagai salah satu alternatif pembuatan media pembelajaran video yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran siswa. Pelatihan ini berbentuk workshop dan dilaksanakan dalam 2 kali pertemuan dengan durasi 8 jam (4 sesi) dan total waktu 16 jam. Diikuti oleh 20-30 peserta yang dikategorikan sebagai dosen, guru, dan tenaga kependidikan dari beberapa bidang studi seperti Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Jepang, Bahasa Inggris, Matematika, Fisika, Biologi, Pendidikan Dasar, Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, Bimbingan dan Konseling, Ekonomi, Sejarah, dan Geografi. Di awal dan akhir pelatihan ini, tim membagikan kuesioner pra-kuesioner dan pasca-kuesioner sebagai data faktual untuk mengetahui tanggapan dan pandangan para peserta tentang pelatihan ini. Hasil pelatihan menunjukan respon positif peserta serta bertambahnya kemampuan teknologi peserta khususnya dalam membuat media pembelajaran digital berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) text-to-video generator menggunakan Pictory ai dan Synthesia oi.   Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran Digital; Artificial Intelligence (AI); Text-to-Video Generator; Pictory ai; Synthesia io; Pelatihan Dosen, Guru, Tendik; PPG   Abstract: The objective of this training is to provide new knowledge and to increase the technology proficiency of the instructors (Lecturers, Teachers, Education Staffs) of the Teachers Professional Program (PPG), Faculty of Teachers Training and Education, University of Muhammadiyah Prof. DR. HAMKA, Jakarta, in the area of creating digital learning media based on artificial intelligence (AI) text-to-video generator. Recently, the modern teaching and learning process must be conducted through technology involvement, which requires lecturers or teachers to use digital media. The rapid growth of technology today is reaching a point where software or website are supported by artificial intelligence (AI) technology. One software or website based on AI technology that can be an option for teachers or lecturers to develop learning media in the form of videos is the AI text-to-video generator. An AI text-to-video generator is a tool that allows teachers or lecturers to create professional videos from text with the help of AI, such as Pictory ai and Synthesia oi. Therefore, the UHAMKA FKIP lecturer team felt necessary to conduct training by promoting this AI text-to-video generator as an alternative to creating video learning media that is suitable for student learning needs. This training was in a workshop format, and it was conducted in 2 meetings within 8 hours (4 sessions) and a total of 16 hours. 20-30 participants were joined who were categorized as lecturers, teachers, and education staff from several fields of study such as Indonesia Language, Japan Language, English, Mathematics, Physics, Biology, Primary Education, Early Childhood, Guidance and Counselling, Economics, History, and Geography. At the beginning and the end of the training, the team distributed pre-questionnaires and post-questionnaires as factual data to know the responses and opinions of the participants about this training. The results of the training showed a positive response from the participants as well as an increase in the participants' technological skills, especially in creating digital learning media based on artificial intelligence (AI) text-to-video generator using Pictory ai and Syntehsia oi.   Keywords: Digital Learning Media; Artificial Intelligence (AI); Text-to-Video Generator; Pictory ai; Synthesia io; Lecturer, Teacher, Education Staffs’ Training; PPG
