Abstract

Community service is non-formal education for physical education teachers in schools, through educational activities, and educational outreach that can support community development. Education for the community is one of the implementations of the tri-dharma of higher education. Community service through the socialization of the Serpassring Volleyball Game at Physical Education Teachers' Kkg Activities in Karangpucung District is an effort to: (1) find out and provide a level of understanding of sports human resource management knowledge for Physical Education teachers in schools in Karangpucung District; (2) Knowing and describing the potential of sports human resources in Karangpucung District schools. This Community Service aims to provide education for physical education teachers in each school about understanding the Serpassring Volleyball Game and identifying talent from an early age in schools to create a generation of high achievers. As a result of this community service, there is an increase in knowledge about skills in preparing training programs and understanding of identifying children's talents in looking for athletes in schools, especially in the field of Serpassring Volleyball.

Abstract

The implementation of HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skill) based PJOK learning for PJOK teachers in the Karangpucung sub-district needs to be studied to improve the quality of PJOK learning. Therefore, this research aims to find out how to implement HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skill) based on PJOK learning. Through this research activity, it is hoped that it will contribute to fellow PJOK teachers. This research is qualitative research with data instruments using observation, interviews, and documentation. The research was conducted for PJOK teachers in the Karangpucung sub-district. Data were analyzed using data triangulation. Data sources include school principals, fellow teachers, and FGD activities. Based on the research results, it is known that it is necessary to increase understanding regarding HOTS. Apart from that, PJOK teachers have implemented HOTS learning starting from planning, implementation, assessment, and evaluation. The research concludes that the implementation of HOTS-based PJOK learning for PJOK teachers in the Karangpucung sub-district has been implemented. This can be seen when PJOK teachers carry out planning, implementation, assessment, and evaluation of learning and have implemented HOTS

Abstract

Studi ini menganalisis efektivitas circuit training dan latihan 1 komando dalam meningkatkan kecepatan tendangan sabit pada anggota pencak silat PSHT rayon SMP Negeri 3 Gandrungmangu. Identifikasi masalah awal menunjukan bahwa rendahnya kualitas tendangan sabit, baik dari segi teknik maupun kecepatan. Tujuan esensial dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh circuit training dan latihan 1 komando terhadap kecepatan tendangan sabit pada anggota pencak silat PSHT rayon SMP Negeri 3 Gandrungmangu. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 20 anggota aktif yang ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes kecepatan tendangan sabit yang diukur berdasarkan jumlah tendangan dalam waktu 11 detik. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t berpasangan dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kecepatan tendangan sabit setelah diberikan perlakuan, dengan rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 8,18% pada kelompok circuit training dan 3,08% pada kelompok latihan 1 komando. Penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa circuit training lebih efektif dibandingkan latihan 1 komando dalam meningkatkan kecepatan tendangan sabit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil lari jarak menengah siswa MTs Al-Hidayah Karangpucung. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah kurang bervariasinya metode latihan yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran atletik. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, peneliti menerapkan metode latihan hill repeats sebagai upaya meningkatkan kekuatan otot tungkai, daya tahan, dan kecepatan lari siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan hill repeats terhadap hasil lari jarak menengah siswa kelas VIII MTs Al-Hidayah Karangpucung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 18 siswa kelas VIII yang dipilih dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes lari 800 meter dan 1500 meter. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji Paired Sample t-Test menggunakan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan antara hasil pretest dan posttest setelah diberikan latihan hill repeats. Rata-rata waktu lari 800 meter mengalami peningkatan dari 248,44 detik menjadi 231,44 detik, sedangkan lari 1500 meter meningkat dari 427,39 detik menjadi 416,33 detik. Hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (Sig. 2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode latihan hill repeats berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil lari jarak menengah siswa. Dengan demikian, latihan hill repeats efektif diterapkan sebagai variasi latihan dalam pembelajaran atletik di sekolah, khususnya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan lari jarak menengah siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence and differences in the development of life skills of students who take part in extracurricular futsal. The population in this study was 30 students who took part in extracurricular futsal. The sample used was 20 students taken using purposive sampling technique, who were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was given futsal game treatment that integrated life skills while the control group was given futsal game treatment that was not integrated life skills. The instrument used was a life skills questionnaire. Test the research data using paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The research results show (1) The sig value is 0.000 < 0.05, which means there is a significant influence between before treatment and after treatment in the group. given futsal game treatment that integrates life skills. (2) A sig value of 0.000 < 0.025 means that there is a significant difference between the experimental group that was given futsal game treatment that integrated life skills, and the control group that was given futsal game treatment that was not integrated with life skills. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there was a significant increase in the experimental group that was given futsal game treatment that was integrated with life skills. Because in practice students are given material about life skills at every meeting and do it repeatedly. Keywords: Life Skills, Futsal Game, Life Skills Integration, Life Skills Development

Abstract

This research is motivated by the large number of learning models used in an effort to improve passing skills in basketball games so that the learning methods used to improve passing skills are less than optimal. The aim of this research is to find out suitable learning methods to use in improving passing skills in the game of basketball. The method used in this research is library research, with the collection method used is documentation. In completing this research, the data used is secondary data, namely data originating from sources in the form of books, journals and articles that are appropriate to this research. There are sixteen journals used by researchers as sources for this research. These results prove that there are a variety of learning methods that can be used when learning passing in the game of basketball. Therefore, researchers group them according to the methods used, such as variation game methods, passing exercises, scientific learning and cooperative learning.
