Abstract

Utilization of information and communication technology (ICT) has now become a major facility in various sectors of life and has become an inseparable part of daily human needs and activities. A good village office must have a system that can be used to support the performance of the village office. At the Cikande Permai Village office, there are difficulties in managing letters, making letters is still manual, namely making in word, recording incoming and outgoing letters is still using manually, namely by recording in a ledger and there are still many obstacles in its management such as losing letters, damaged stationery.The programming language to create this system uses the PHP programming language with MYSQL database, the research method used is the Flow Map method, DFD (Data Flow Diagram) with waterfall development, while the data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observation and literature study.With this web-based incoming and outgoing mail information system, it is hoped that it will make it easier to write letters, record letters, archive letters and report letters

Abstract

Attendance is a data retrieval activity to determine the number of attendance at a job, and the results of this study indicate that the application of web attendance at Sukalow Village Office employees tends to increase discipline towards employee attendance, with the support of detailed recorded data about the accuracy of employees entering and leaving the office..The purpose of this research is to analyze the registration information system. Helping villages to manage attendance to make it easier to do their attendance. Designing a web-based attendance information system.In designing this research the method used is a structured approach, the development method uses PIECES, the tool used to design the system is DFD, while to design and implement this financial information system using the PHP programming language, MySQL database and for the text editor using the Sublime text application. .The results of the research on employee attendance information systems when doing attendance are no longer manual but web-based.With the creation of a web- based attendance information system, it can make it easier for employees to do attendance and make it easier for officers to make attendance reports

Abstract

Good service quality plays an important role in increasing the satisfaction and loyalty of cooperative members. However, challenges in providing optimal service often arise due to limited resources, such as limited number of employees, limited equipment and technology, and lack of training and development. The queue phenomenon is difficult to predict because the arrival time and service time are uncertain. Therefore, a more optimal queue management strategy is needed to reduce waiting time and ensure that service quality is maintained. The research method starts from problem identification, data collection, queue system modeling, to simulation result analysis. The FIFO model-based simulation approach was chosen because it allows testing various scenarios without disrupting company operations. The variables tested in this simulation include waiting time and its average, arrival time, and completion time. This simulation is designed using the Python programming language for flexibility and accuracy in testing queue scenarios. Based on the results of the simulation analysis, it was obtained that the application of the FIFO model provides a clear picture of the waiting time pattern, average waiting time, arrival time, and completion time. The simulation results show that an optimized queue management strategy can significantly reduce waiting time, especially during peak hours. In addition, with this simulation, improvement steps can be identified such as adding employees at certain times, increasing the efficiency of the service process, or using technology to support the automatic queuing system. This study provides strategic recommendations that can be implemented by KUD CV. Rama Investama in improving service quality. The implementation of the simulation results is expected to not only reduce waiting time, but also increase the satisfaction and loyalty of cooperative members, thus supporting the sustainability of overall operations.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi dan sistem informasi telah membuka peluang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi di berbagai lembaga, termasuk pendidikan seperti Sekolah Dasar Negeri Ragas I. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah transformasi digitla dari sistem aplikasi pendaftaran siswa baru berbasis web menggunakan framework laravel di sekolah tersebut. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses penerimaan siswa baru. Dengan transformasi digital, diharapkan proses administrasi pendaftaran siswa baru dapat dipercepat, disederhanakan, dan lebih terstruktur. Manfaatnya termasuk peningkatan efisiensi pengelolaan data calon siswa, meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap proses seleksi, mengurangi potensi kecurangan, serta membantu pihak sekolah dalam mempercepat administrasi. Penelitian ini merupakan kontribusi terhadap transformasi digital dalam pendidikan dasar, dengan fokus pada penerapan teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan. Tahapan penelitian mencakup analisis permasalahan, analisa kebutuhan, desain sistem dan pengujian untuk memastikan keberhasilan implementasi dan adaptasi terhadap perkembangan teknologi informasi. Hasil pengujian dengan pendekatan usability user dari perspektif pengguna sistem(masyarakat) 80.60% menyatakan bahwa sistem registrasi siswa yang diterapkan di SD Negeri Ragas I sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Dan Dari perspektif pengelola sistem (pihak sekolah), 81.7% menyatakan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mudah untuk dioperasikan.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi memengaruhi pengelolaan perjalanan dinas di Setda Kota Serang. Proses manual dan keterbatasan perangkat lunak seperti Ms. Office menyebabkan ketidakakuratan, keterlambatan laporan, dan risiko kehilangan data. Kompleksitas kegiatan yang tak selalu sejalan dengan regulasi juga menjadi tantangan. Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, ketepatan, dan akuntabilitas, penerapan aplikasi berbasis TI menjadi solusi. Diharapkan implementasi ini membantu pengelolaan anggaran lebih efektif dan mencegah penyalahgunaan dana publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui pengumpulan data, analisis masalah, dan perancangan aplikasi. Sistem dikembangkan dengan metode waterfall dan diuji menggunakan pendekatan usability test. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian implementasi aplikasi perjalanan dinas di Setda Kota Serang, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa 88.69% dari 29 orang pengguna sistem menyatakan bahwa aplikasi tersebut sudah efektif dan optimal dalam pengelolaan administrasi perjalanan dinas pegawai di Setda Kota Serang sehingga waktu dalam proses administarsi SPPD lebih efektif, yang artinya aplikasi ini sudah sesuai kebutuhan mereka. Selain itu pengujian dengan pendekatan blackbox test terhadap aplikasi yang dibangun memperlihatkan hasil pengujian bahwa semua fitur-fitur aplikasi berfungsi dengan baik sesuai rancangan yang diimplementasikan (valid)
