Abstract

This study aimed to explore the impact of using marketing automation in customer relationship management strategies and ultimately improving management performance in the context of B2B Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The research method involved primary data collection using a quantitative approach and a non-probability sampling method, specifically purposive sampling, on 105 samples that actively use marketing automation tools. The analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of Lisrel 8.80 software. The results show that marketing automation has a positive and significant impact on B2B customer relationship management, with reach of message as the most dominant indicator, contributing 65.61%. Furthermore, B2B customer relationship management also has a positive and significant effect on Marketing Performance, where improving the quality of customer relationships is the most dominant indicator at 77.4%, and the most dominant indicator in shaping marketing performance is having a larger market, accounting for 42.25%. The conclusion of this study is that the use of marketing automation in customer relationship management strategies can improve the marketing performance of B2B-based MSMEs.

Abstract

This study used the capital asset pricing model (CAPM) to examine the return and risk levels of energy sector stock performance to identify efficient and inefficient groups of stocks. For the purpose of this study, a sample of 28 stocks from the energy sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020–2022 timeframe was chosen using a purposive sampling technique. Six out of the 28 equities, according to the analysis's findings, are considered to be high risk. PT Medco Energi Internasional and PT Perdana Karya Perkasa Tbk are the two stocks with the greatest and lowest respective levels of risk. Nine shares of firms out of the 28 stocks tested fall under the category of inefficient stocks (overvalued), whereas 19 other stocks fall under the category of efficient stocks (undervalued). Selling overvalued stocks and purchasing undervalued ones are two different financial decisions that should be made. Overvalued stocks should be sold, while undervalued stocks should be purchased.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to present the development of asset pricing models from bibliometric analysis and provide scope and direction for future research. The Scopus database was used to search for research articles on asset pricing from 2016-2023. Out of 8,839 articles, 2,860 were selected for the final bibliometric analysis. Citation analysis, keyword analysis, and author-related analysis were conducted. Based on the results of bibliometric analysis, it is known that the United States is the country that conducts the most research on asset pricing. Keyword analysis was also analyzed to evaluate important areas of research. Financial markets, stock markets, costs, investment, price dynamics, risk assessment, commerce, CAPM, stock returns, asset pricing models, return predictability, risk factors, and profitability are the most frequently used keywords. The year 2021 had the highest number of research articles. The most prominent author in asset pricing research is Zaremba who has the highest citations.

Abstract

Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kreativitas anak usia dini di PAUD SPS Al-Hidayah sehingga harus diperbaiki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas anak melalui metode bermain plastisin pada anak Kelompok B di PAUD SPS Al-Hidayah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang menggunakan model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 23 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan metode bermain plastisin telah terbukti dapat meningkatkan kreativitas anak usia dini. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, pada pra siklus persentase kreativitas anak adalah 45,84% dan masuk dalam kriteria mulai berkembang (MB). Pada siklus I, persentase kreativitas anak adalah 72,76% serta masuk dalam kriteria berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH). Untuk siklus II, persentase kreativitas anak adalah 89,96% dan masuk dalam kriteria berkembang sangat baik (BSB).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of e-commerce SEO and website SEO on iPhone purchasing decisions among students in Palembang, both directly and with store brand awareness as an intervening variable. The study uses a quantitative approach with a non-probabilistic sampling method, specifically purposive sampling. The sample size for this study is 100 respondents, consisting of students from public and private universities in Palembang. The study found that in e-commerce SEO, titles and URLs are the most influential indicators (each contributing 75%), but overall, e-commerce SEO does not have a significant impact on brand awareness or purchasing decisions through brand awareness. Conversely, for website SEO, the description is the most important factor (88%), significantly enhancing brand awareness, which in turn influences purchasing decisions. While SEO improves brand awareness and indirectly influences purchasing, it does not have a direct impact on purchasing decisions. Therefore, effective SEO should focus on building brand awareness through detailed descriptions.The implementation of this research suggests that SEO efforts should focus on crafting informative and engaging product descriptions to boost brand awareness. Optimize titles and URLs with relevant keywords to improve visibility in search results. Integrate SEO with broader branding strategies, such as digital advertising and social media, to strengthen brand awareness and support purchasing decisions. Ensure that the user experience on the site reinforces a positive impression of the brand.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang memiliki bentuk pemerintahan republic yang berlandaskan Pancasila.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui konsep, kedudukan dan fungsi dari Pancasila sebagai sumber negara Indonesia. Penelitian diperoleh melalui metode studi literatur yaitu dengan cara membaca dan mencari baik dari buku, jurnal, undang-undang maupun sumber literatur lain yang relevan. dengan permasalahan yang memuat didalam jurnal ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pancasila sebagai dasar Negara berarti setiap sendi-sendi ketatanegaraan pada Negara Republik Indonesia harus berlandaskan pada nilai-nilai pancasila. Artinya, Pancasila harus senantiasa menjadi ruh atau power yang menjiwai kegiatan dalam membentuk Negara. Fungsi Pancasila sebagai pedoman hidup, pada fungsi ini Pancasila memiliki peran sebagai dasar dari setiap Pandangan yang ada di Indonesia. Pancasila harus menjadi pedoman dalam mengambil keputusannya sendiri dalam menghadapi suatu masalah. Pancasila sebagai jiwa bangsa, pada fungsi ini pancasila harus menjadi jiwa bangsa Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, Pancasila harus terwujud dalam setiap lembaga baik organisasi maupun insan yang ada di Indonesia.Pancasila sebagai kepribadian bangsa, pada fungsi ini Pancasila dapat disebut juga sebagai identitas karunia dari Tuhan yang harus kita jaga.
