Abstract

SMK Negeri 1 Pantai Cermin, the Principal plays an important role in shaping policy, fostering a positive organizational culture, and offering strategic support to teaching staff. It is important to dig deep to understand the significant influence of principal leadership on teacher performance. This article will examine how effective leadership can foster a work environment that motivates and empowers teachers, ultimately improving the quality of education in schools. The main focus of this study is to assess the impact of the principal's leadership effectiveness on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Pantai Cermin. Quantitative research methods will be used to achieve this goal. The process of quantitative research involves the utilization of numerical data to acquire knowledge and analyze information. Data collection methods in this type of research include questionnaires and documentation studies. The findings of this study show that the principal's leadership style has an impact on improving teacher performance. The effectiveness of a teacher's performance is determined by how well the principal displays the success of the school in its management. This is supported by an R square adjust value of 0.232 which shows that the principal's leadership style accounts for 23.2% of the variation in teacher performance. The remaining 76.8% was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study, such as teacher compensation, teaching materials, teaching methods, curriculum readiness, school facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

In facing the dynamics of the times, the implementation of the Transformational Education Management Model at SMKN 1 Pantai Cermin requires a deep understanding of critical aspects involving educational actors. One solution that attracts attention is the implementation of the Transformational Education Management Model at the level of SMKN 1 Pantai Cermin. This model emphasizes not only on the academic aspect, but also on the development of the student's personality, social skills, and intrinsic motivation necessary for success in life. The purpose of this study is to know implementation of transformational education management model at SMKN 1 Pantai Cermin: challenges and opportunities. This research method uses Descriptive method Analysis with a type of qualitative research, which is a type of research that describes phenomena or facts on the object under study to take the essence of each phenomenon. The results of this study show that The implementation of the Transformational Education Management Model in Senior High School (SMKN 1 Pantai Cermin) has produced promising results, along with an average score of 7.4. Despite the positive achievements, the evaluation shows several areas that need further attention. Increased parental involvement, in particular, is a top priority to ensure the full support of all stakeholders in a student's educational journey. Success in stimulating teacher creativity and student learning interest is a positive point, giving an indication that this model is effective in creating a dynamic learning environment.

Abstract

Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka yang diluncurkan oleh Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan merupakan kerangka untuk menyiapkan mahasiswa menjadi sarjana yang tangguh, relevan dengan kebutuhan zaman, dan siap menjadi pemimpin dengan semangat kebangsaan yang tinggi. Salah satu kebijakan MBKM ialah hak belajar tiga semester di luar program studi, tiga semester yang dimaksud berupa 1 semester kesempatan mengambil mata kuliah di luar program studi dan 2 semester melaksanakan aktivitas pembelajaran di luar perguruan tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pencapaian program MBKM dan untuk mengidentifikasi kekurangan yang terdapat pada pelaksanaan MBKM. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Penelitian ini mengguanakan model CIPP (context, input, process and product) yang dikembangkan oleh Stufflebeam dalam mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program MBKM.Keywords: Evaluasi, Kampus Merdeka, PG-PAUD
