Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang dominan yang mempengaruhi munculnya motivasi perilaku prososial anak di lingkungan panti asuhan; dan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan mengenai motivasi perilaku prososial antara anak yang diasuh di lingkungan panti asuhan dengan anak yang diasuh di lingkungan keluarga. Penelitian dilakukan di lingkungan panti asuhan “Bait Allah” jl. Binjai KM. 7,5 Medan dan keluarga di lingkungannya, dengan mengambil sampel masing – masing 30 orang. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan skala motif proposional. Kemudian datra dianalisis secara deskriptif dan uji X. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Faktor yang lebih dominan mempengaruhi munculnya perilaku prososial pada anak yang diasuh di lingkungan panti asuan adalah didorong oleh dorongan hati atau dengan hati yang tulus (86,67%), sedangkan pada anak yang diasuh di lingkungan keluarga lebih dominan dipengaruhi oleh faktor situasi suatu kejadian (53,33%) atau jika tidak ada orang lain yang bersedia untuk menolong atau jika waktu mengijinkan, atau jika cuaca mendukung, ataupun jika pada situasi kejadian ada ornag yang jelas memintabantuanng, 2) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan megenai motivasi perilaku prososial antara anak yang diasuk di lingkungan panti asuhan dengan anak yang diasuh di lingkungan eluarg adengan X hitung = 23,34 dan X hipotetik 5,99 pada α 0,05. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa lingkungan sosialisasi anak berpengaruh terhadap munculnya motivasi perilaku prososial anak.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 1 Pantai Cermin, the Principal plays an important role in shaping policy, fostering a positive organizational culture, and offering strategic support to teaching staff. It is important to dig deep to understand the significant influence of principal leadership on teacher performance. This article will examine how effective leadership can foster a work environment that motivates and empowers teachers, ultimately improving the quality of education in schools. The main focus of this study is to assess the impact of the principal's leadership effectiveness on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Pantai Cermin. Quantitative research methods will be used to achieve this goal. The process of quantitative research involves the utilization of numerical data to acquire knowledge and analyze information. Data collection methods in this type of research include questionnaires and documentation studies. The findings of this study show that the principal's leadership style has an impact on improving teacher performance. The effectiveness of a teacher's performance is determined by how well the principal displays the success of the school in its management. This is supported by an R square adjust value of 0.232 which shows that the principal's leadership style accounts for 23.2% of the variation in teacher performance. The remaining 76.8% was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study, such as teacher compensation, teaching materials, teaching methods, curriculum readiness, school facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penilaian kinerja terhadap semangat kerja guru pada SMK PBD Medan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Guru pada SMK PBD Medan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini ialah scoring dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa penilaian kinerja memiliki hubungan yang kuat, kemudian penelitian ini menunjukan pengaruh penilaian kinerja secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap semangat kerja guru pada SMK PBD Medan.

Abstract

In the learning process in the classroom, the conventional learning model is still used, where the teacher only plays the role of conveying information, while the students are passive listeners. This study aims to produce inquiry-based interactive multimedia that has been tested for media feasibility and has been proven effective in improving cognitive, affective, and psychomotor learning outcomes in fifth-grade students of Pancasila education at SDN 056425 Damar Seratus. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D), commonly referred to as research and development. The development design in this study uses the Analysis Design Development Implementation Evaluation (ADDIE) model. The subjects of the research are fifth-grade students of SDN 056425 Damar Seratus. The results of the validation by media experts, design experts, material experts, education practitioners, and the results of field trials (individuals and small groups) indicate that the developed media products are suitable for use and categorised as very good. The Inquiry-Based Interactive Multimedia product in the form of Articulate Storyline 3 developed is also effective for use. The effectiveness of the developed media products is evidenced by the N-Gain test, which yielded a result of 0.6, and the hypothesis test, which yielded t-count = 8.286 and t-table = 1.705, thus t-count > t-table, leading to the acceptance of Ha and rejection of H0. In addition to being effective in improving cognitive learning outcomes in students, this inquiry-based interactive multimedia in the form of articulate storyline 3 is also effective in changing affective and psychomotor aspects in students. In the affective aspect, an average score of 44.9 was obtained with an average score percentage of 89.9%, this proves that the affective aspect of students has changed significantly with the very good category. In the psychomotor aspect, the results were obtained with an average score of 37.7 with an average score percentage of 75.4%, this proves that the psychomotor aspect students has changed significantly with the good category.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of change management concerning the teacher code of ethics at SMA Unggul Del in the context of Generation Z student behavior. The objective is to evaluate the extent and effectiveness of change management strategies applied to the teacher's code of ethics in addressing the specific behavioral characteristics of Generation Z students within this educational setting. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews with teachers and students, classroom observations, and questionnaires to gain comprehensive insights. The findings revealed inconsistencies between teachers' comprehension of the ethical code and its practical application, alongside difficulties in managing technology use, a prominent aspect of Generation Z's behavior. Consequently, this research suggests the necessity of targeted change interventions, such as continuous professional development and collaborative strategy development. In conclusion, effective change management is crucial for enhancing the practical application of the teacher code of ethics, thereby fostering a more supportive and productive learning environment tailored to the needs of Generation Z students
