Abstract

Bangsal Sinau tutoring institution is one of the basic Arabic language tutoring programs. Learning is carried out offline and online. This research aims to describe the program management process based on management principles. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative case study type. The theory used is the principle of management according to Henry Fayol which consists of the principles of division of tasks, discipline, unity of direction, and initiative. Data collection techniques were observation, interview, and documentation. The main data source is Bangsal Sinau tutoring center. The results show that Bangsal Sinau tutoring center applies the principle of division of labor in the form of grouping teachers according to their language skills. The principle of discipline is interpreted by teachers who are never late for teaching both online and offline, and managers who always remind teachers through WhatsApp groups. The principle of unity of direction is in the form of determining the teaching model, namely group discussions, and using the same teaching materials. The principle of initiative is applied to the innovation of creating a new Instagram account that was released in early 2023, namely @bangsal.sinau, as well as the innovation of the process of making personalized teaching modules that suit student needs. The application of these principles makes this program maintain its quality and continues to exist in demand by students.

Abstract

The term childfree has captured the public's attention, because it’s embraced by Indonesian influencers who are known through their social media platforms. In Islam, one of the aims of marriage is to multiply society or hifdzu an-nasl, because the Prophet Muhammad ‘Alaihissalam liked his communitiy in large numbers. How ever, the development of cultural pluralizm, some individuals who want to marry tend to avoid having a children for reasons that refer to worldliness prosperity. The purpose of this study is to find out the background of influencers adhering childfree and then connect to the laws of the Qur'an and hadith. This research is qualitative research with descriptive analysis method. Data sources are secondary data, wich is social media accounts of influencers adhering childfree and texts of the Qur'an and hadith. Data are obtained using the listen and record technique and then analyzed descriptively. The result of this study, background childfree adherents is having freedom and independence due to western culture. There are three laws wich explain about childfree. It’s Allowed if reasonable for health and religious reasons. Makruh, if the reason is hassles or worldly prosperity. Haram, if afraid of children only makes them poor.

Abstract

Highlighting one's own strengths to the general public both directly and indirectly is often termed personal branding. This term is used to build people's positive perception of personal merit. This has been done by the Prophets, one of which is Prophet Yusuf ‘alaihissalam as the verses in Surat Yusuf. The purpose of this study is to find out the personal branding model according to Peter Montoya's theory conducted by Prophet Yusuf ‘alaihissalam based on Yusuf Verse. Research with this type of qualitative is in the form of library research using content analysis in the form of Surat Yusuf in the Qur'an then analyzed descriptively to obtain conclusions. The results of this study show that Prophet Yusuf ‘alaihissalam brands himself as a dream taker, and a person who is good at keeping again knowledgeable. To strengthen his personal branding, Allah the Exalted shows many advantages including having a handsome face, justifying the results of his supervision, and making people rank in the Egyptian state at that time. The branding carried out by Prophet Yusuf himself and by Allah through His kalam shows according to Peter Montoya's personal branding principles, specialization, leadership, personality, distinctiveness, visibility, unity, persistence, and goodwill.

Abstract

Kualitas sumber daya manusia menentukan tingkat pemahaman keagamaan masyarakat. Rendahnya kesadaran beragama, perilaku budaya pendatang lebih dominan, serta kurangnya peran tokoh masyarakat menyebabkan rendahnya religiusitas masyarakat Merjosari. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penenlitian kualitiatif menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yaitu antara subjek penelitian dan peneliti sebagai pemantik. Peneliti menggali data malalui pengamatan mendalam dan wawancara. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk ditarik simpulan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pemahaman kitab kuning, penghayatan keagamaan, serta peningkatan kualitas sikap religius masyarakat Merjosari terhadap Kitab Bulughul Maram dan Wirid Ratib al-Haddad. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan meningkatnya religiusitas masyarakat Merjosari dapat dilihat dari intensitas dan kuantitas pelaksanaan ibadah shalat lima waktu dan shalat sunnah lainnya di dalam masjid. Religiusitas masyarakat dapat dilihat dari lingkungan yang bersih dari pergaulan bebas antara lawan jenis, keseriusan masyarakat mengikuti kajian kitab dan bacaan wirid,  juga permintaan kuat untuk terus dilaksanakan kajian kitab dan bacaan wirid setiap hari.

Abstract

Tuturan manusia dapat berupa tulisan maupun lisan. Untuk memahami makna ujaran atau tulisan, tentu terikat dengan konteks penutur. Kajian pragmatik membahas bagaimana satuan bahasa digunakan oleh penutur dalam proses komunikasi, yang tentunya menggunakan beberapa teori. Salah satunya adalah teori tindak tutur. Austin, seorang tokoh filsuf terkemuka membagi tiga jenis tindak tutur, yaitu lokusi, ilokusi, dan perlokusi. Muridnya, Seale membagi tindak tutur ilokusi menjadi ilokusi asertif, direktif, komisif, ekspresif, dan deklaratif. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengungkap makna ujaran berbasis ayat al Qur’an dalam kitab ‘Uqudullujjain sesuai teori tindak tutur lokusi, ilokusi, dan perlokusi. Metode pada penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yaitu kitab ‘Uqudullujjain. Data berupa dialog antar tokoh dalam kitab dan dikumpulkan dengan teknik dokumentasi dan pencatatan kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ditemukan 26 teks dialog, 14 diantaranya menggunakan ayat al Qur’an. secara keseluruhan, dalam dialog tersebut ditemukan tuturan lokusi deklaratif dan interogatif, tindak tutur ilokusi asertif jenis menyatakan dan menyebutkan sesuatu, ilokusi direktif, komisif, ekspresif, dan deklaratif, serta tindak tutur perlokusi.
