Abstract

This study discusses the relationship between leadership style and the quality of teamwork in companies. This study uses literature review analysis to examine the concept of leadership style which includes authoritarian, democratic, and independent styles, as well as the concept of quality teamwork (TWQ). The results of this study show that the right leadership style and good relationship between leaders and employees can affect the quality of teamwork significantly. Effective communication and collaboration between team members are the most important factors in improving the quality of teamwork. Therefore, Companies are encouraged to pay attention to the leadership style of a leader and improve and teamwork to achieve goals and improve overall employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and understand self-esteem among Kindergarten (TK).TK teacher is responsible for a child's basic abilities in the field of education, not only teaching educational concepts but also introducing children to behaviors and daily life. The research subjects are TK teachers, and the study adopts a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Qualitative research emphasizes natural or intrinsic processes, prioritizing meanings that are not tested or measured precisely with descriptive data. The study describes incidents heard, felt, and formulated in narrative or descriptive statements. This research is characterized by its naturalistic setting, focusing on the quality of phenomena. The results indicate that the depiction of self-esteem among TK teachers in various regions/schools can be concluded based on the overall observed participants. The findings suggest that teacher creativity can be enhanced to influence teaching quality, and there is a significant positive relationship between communication skills components and teacher work effectiveness. In conclusion, TK teachers exhibit good levels of self-esteem, as most fall into the "Good" category based on data analysis. The self-esteem of TK teachers positively and significantly influences students' social aspects.

Abstract

Family businesses are controlled by family members through blood ties or marriage and reflect characteristics such as family commitment, learning environment, reliability, spiritual strength, and dual leadership. Sustainability in family businesses is considered a core goal of business, but challenges arise from internal conflicts, generational differences, and adaptation to non-traditional methods. Heritage values and family traditions play an important role in in decision making. Factors such as inheritance for generations, risk management, and organizational culture also affect family business identity and performance. A literature review discusses preparation, family relationships, and planning as important factors in family business succession.

Abstract

Learning is a behavior that each individual acquires to obtain a new change in behavior as a whole, in order to have the necessary abilities, skills and knowledge. Of course, students need the help of a teacher to support them, one of those who can help is the BK teacher. One of the duties of guidance and counseling teachers is to develop students according to their needs. Learning achievement is the result achieved or obtained by a child in the form of grades. This research method uses qualitative. The conclusion obtained is that BK teachers carry out guidance programs based on the assessments that have been carried out, the counseling theories used by each BK teacher are different from each other.

Abstract

Perundungan atau bullying adalah suatu intimidasi yang dilakukan oleh individu maupun kelompok yang pihaknya lebih kuat terhadap pihak yang lemah, dilakukan secara berulang-ulang dan sengaja oleh satu atau lebih. dampak yang akan dialami oleh korban perundungan antara lain kecemasan, stress, depresi, dan yang paling fatal adalah keinginan untuk bunuh diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman pada siswa SMP terkait bullying melalui penyuluhan yang dilakukan. metode yang digunakan adalah presentasi pemaparan materi "Stop Bullying Sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Perilaku Perundungan". Serta diskusi tanya jawab, dan evaluasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kesadaran terhadap siswa SMP ditunjukkan dengan ada beberapa siswa yang bertanya. Kesimpulan, dari penyuluhan ini adalah efektif untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang nyaman, aman, serta meminimalisir tindak perundungan yang terjadi di sekolah.
