Abstract

AbstrakSocial entrepreneurship adalah istilah baru di Indonesia, ini merupakan konsep yang menggabungkan permberdayaan sosial dan ilmu kewirausahaan. Konsep ini bisa menjadi alternatif dalam mengurangi permasalahan sosial maupun ekonomi yang ada di masyarakat Indonesia. Salah satu konsep baru yang ingin dikaji menggunakan fiqh sosial adalah social entrepreneurship. Meskipun masih tahap awal perkembangannya di Indonesia. Akan tetapi social entrepreneurship sudah mulai banyak digunakan di Indonesia. Social entrepreneurship menjadi salah satu alternative penyelesaian masalah social seperti masalah pengangguran, ekonomi, pendidikan, gender, kesehatan serta lingkungan hidup. Penulis mengkaji program Social entrepreneurship apakah selama dengan maqashid al-syariah.Keyword: Social entrepreneurship, Maqashid al-syariah AbstractSocial entrepreneurship is a new term in Indoneisa, it is a concept that combines social empowerment and entrepreneurship. This concept can be an alternative in reducing the social and economic problems that exist in Indonesian society. One new concept is to be examined using social fiqh is social entrepreneurship. Although it is still early stages of development in Indonesia. However, social entrepreneurship has been widely used in Indonesia. Social entrepreneurship becomes one alternative settlement of social problems such as unemployment, the economy, education, gender, health and the environment. Abstract

The purpose of this article is to find out what operational risk management is and its causes. This article uses literature study research or literature study. Data collection techniques by collecting references consisting of several previous studies by reviewing several journals to review operational risk management. In Islamic banking, there are several risks that cannot be avoided because of its function as a financial intermediary institution. One of the risks faced by banks is operational risk which becomes an obstacle to the goals desired by the bank. The results of this study are operational risk caused by four (4) factors, the first is due to an internal process error, the second is human failure, the third is system failure and the fourth is external events. Therefore, banks must carry out risk management to minimize the risks that will occur so as not to cause unwanted losses.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the activity and learning outcomes of students using the discovery learning model on the material of basic laws of chemistry. This research was conducted in Class X.2 of SMA Negeri 6 Surabaya in the 2022/2023 academic year. This type of research is class action research which consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data analysis method in this study uses the percentage formula and the N-Gain formula. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that student activities have increased from cycle I to cycle III.The activity of students obtained in cycle I was 54.33%, in cycle II it was 65.66%, and in cycle III it reached 82%. Experienced an increase from cycle I to cycle II by 11.33%, from cycle II to cycle III by 16.33%, and from cycle I to cycle III reached 27.66%. The learning outcomes of students also increased from cycle I to cycle III. From the calculation of the N-Gain formula, it was obtained that the increase in student learning outcomes in cycle I was 0.29 with low criteria, in cycle II it was 0.41 with moderate criteria, and in cycle III it reached 0.71 with high criteria. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the discovery learning model can significantly improve the activities and learning outcomes of students on the basic laws of chemistry. Thus, the applied discovery learning has a positive impact on the process and learning outcomes of students in each cycle

Abstract

Amid the issue of increasing environmental damage due to production processes, green resource management is needed to minimize these conditions. Green resource management is a company policy in managing human resources sustainably by involving environmental aspects to preserve nature in company management. The increasing role of sustainable development leads to the implementation of environmental issues into the mission, goals, and policies of companies in all functional areas, including human resource management (HRM). This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Descriptive research is aimed at explaining the concept of implementing Green Human Resources Management (GHRM) as a company strategy in the form of efforts to increase productivity and the company's commitment to maintaining environmental sustainability.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and understand self-esteem among Kindergarten (TK).TK teacher is responsible for a child's basic abilities in the field of education, not only teaching educational concepts but also introducing children to behaviors and daily life. The research subjects are TK teachers, and the study adopts a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Qualitative research emphasizes natural or intrinsic processes, prioritizing meanings that are not tested or measured precisely with descriptive data. The study describes incidents heard, felt, and formulated in narrative or descriptive statements. This research is characterized by its naturalistic setting, focusing on the quality of phenomena. The results indicate that the depiction of self-esteem among TK teachers in various regions/schools can be concluded based on the overall observed participants. The findings suggest that teacher creativity can be enhanced to influence teaching quality, and there is a significant positive relationship between communication skills components and teacher work effectiveness. In conclusion, TK teachers exhibit good levels of self-esteem, as most fall into the "Good" category based on data analysis. The self-esteem of TK teachers positively and significantly influences students' social aspects.

Abstract

Islamic education is indeed very interesting to study in more depth and education cannot be separated from the nature of education itself. In studying Islamic education, humans need an understanding of issues of Islamic science and religion. Ananta Wijaya in his book believes that science and religion are two different entities. Both have different ways of working even though they were both born from the same point. Islamic education is defined as education with a universal paradigm, in this context it is humans who dedicate themselves as caliphs on earth. This research aims to analyze the Islamic religion related to Islamic educational research with all the aspects that make it up. The research method used is Literature Review. Based on the results of research, religion is not born from testing whose quality of truth is very subjective. Religion means a bond that must be adhered to and obeyed by humans. Religion is an absolute element in developing personal character and building a harmonious and peaceful social life, educating them to have a calm soul, dare to uphold the truth, have commendable morals and be able to elevate human status higher than other creatures of God. Human needs for religion are based on several dominant factors, namely natural factors, human shortcomings and weaknesses and the challenges they face. Therefore religion is a very complete package needed by humans.

Abstract

Dalam sejarah peradaban Islam, penyelesaian sengketa non-konfrontatif merupakan pendekatan damai yang mengutamakan mediasi, diskusi dan rekonsiliasi untuk menyelesaikan konflik. Metode ini didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip syariah yang berakar pada ajaran Al-Qur'an dan Hadits, yang menekankan pentingnya keadilan, perdamaian dan saling menguntungkan. Dalam praktiknya, lembaga seperti hisba dan peran hakim (qadhi) berfungsi sebagai mediator untuk menyelesaikan perselisihan tanpa melalui proses pengadilan formal. Pendekatan ini sering digunakan untuk menyelesaikan konflik dalam lingkungan keluarga, bisnis, dan sosial, dengan menitikberatkan pada penyelesaian yang saling menguntungkan. Model penyelesaian sengketa seperti ini tidak hanya efektif mencegah konflik berkepanjangan, namun juga menjaga keharmonisan hubungan sosial. Dalam konteks modern, nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam penyelesaian sengketa Islam non-yudisial tetap penting sebagai alternatif untuk mengurangi beban pengadilan dan memajukannya. solusi yang stabil, adil dan konsensus. Solusi non-kontroversial ini sering diterapkan pada masalah keluarga, komersial, dan sosial, dengan fokus pada keuntungan bersama. Kajian ini menegaskan bahwa model penyelesaian sengketa ini tidak hanya relevan di masa lalu, namun juga dapat diterapkan dalam konteks modern untuk mencegah konflik berkepanjangan, mengurangi beban sistem peradilan dan menciptakan solusi.

Abstract

The development of fine motor skills is one of the fundamental abilities nurtured in early childhood education institutions, in accordance with developmental achievement indicators. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Cooking Class activities on children's fine motor skills during the pre-cycle, Cycle I, and Cycle II, as well as to understand how the implementation of Cooking Class activities can improve the fine motor skills of children aged 4-6 years at Al-Amin Kindergarten. The method used in this study is classroom action research, with a sample of 37 students. Data collection techniques involved observation sheets and documentation. The data analysis results showed an improvement in the fine motor skills of children aged 4-6 years through Cooking Class activities, starting from the observations conducted in the pre-cycle stage and increasing in each subsequent cycle. This can be seen from the scores obtained, starting from the pre-cycle to Cycle II. The average score increased from 34.56% in the pre-cycle, to 58.98% in Cycle I,and showed a significant improvement to 85.70% in Cycle II.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve gross motor skills in early childhood through the block center learning method. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach aimed at gaining an in-depth understanding of an individual, group, or institution. The data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain concrete data related to the issues in this study. The findings indicate that learning at the block center using block media to enhance the imagination of early childhood has numerous benefits. By considering children's readiness to learn, interests, and learning styles, this approach not only develops social skills, such as empathy toward others and the environment, self-confidence, and interaction with peers and teachers but also fosters good communication skills, politeness, and proper use of body functions. Gross and fine motor movements in children can develop effectively through this method.

Abstract

Budget planning in Islamic educational institutions is a crucial factor in ensuring the sustainability and effectiveness of financial management. This article analyzes the strategies for preparing budget plans in Islamic educational institutions from operational and technical perspectives. Proper planning ensures the optimal allocation of resources to support the learning process, facility maintenance, and quality improvement in education. This study highlights the importance of transparency, accountability, and the use of performance-based approaches in budget management. Additionally, government regulations, stakeholder involvement, and the utilization of technology are key factors in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of budget planning in Islamic education. The findings of this study are expected to provide insights for Islamic education administrators in developing a more structured and sustainable financial strategy.
