Abstract

In Central Lombok Regional Regulation No. 35 of 2022 concerning the Implementation of Public Service Malls (MPP), which aims to provide fast, affordable and transparent services. The implementation of this MPP is under the auspices of the Department of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) and in this research the focus is on licensing services at DPMPTSP through Public Service Mall innovation.This research aims to find out how licensing services are implemented at DPMPTSP through the Central Lombok Public Service Mall innovation and what factors influence it. The research approach used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research approach where the research results are obtained from interviews with service heads, service secretaries, MPP managers, DPMPTSP staff, service officers, and permit applicants. The results of this research found that the implementation of licensing services at the One Stop Investment and Integrated Services Service (DPMPTSP) through the Central Lombok Regency Public Service Mall innovation has gone as expected. This can be seen from the researcher's analysis using indicators of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. Good communication between organizers and permit applicants is carried out through socialization both online and offline. Human resources are sufficient to carry out services, but after one year they experience obstacles due to a lack of human resources due to the increase in visitors. A clear disposition with standards that have been determined in accordance with statutory regulations. The bureaucratic structure that has been determined will simplify the licensing service process because it runs according to the SOP that has been determined. The combination of these four aspects means that the implementation of licensing services can be carried out properly. These four indicators are also included in what factors influence them. In implementing this policy there are also influencing aspects, namely: Initial information, licensing process, customer service, security, evaluation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya dari penyelenggaraan MXGP (Motocross Grand Prix) di Kota Mataram, Nusa Tenggara Barat, yang akan berlangsung pada tahun 2024. MXGP diprediksi memberikan manfaat ekonomi yang signifikan, termasuk peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat melalui sektor UMKM dan pariwisata . Penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya kolaborasi antara pemerintah daerah dan sektor swasta dalam mengatasi tantangan administratif dan keuangan. Melalui infrastruktur pembangunan yang memadai, MXGP tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai ajang balap, tetapi juga sebagai platform untuk mempromosikan budaya lokal dan pariwisata. Dengan pendekatan teori ekonomi politik, penelitian ini menekankan perlunya sinergi antar pemangku kepentingan untuk mencapai keberlanjutan pembangunan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pengelolaan acara internasional yang lebih baik di masa depan.

Abstract

Small and medium industries have an important role in driving overall economic growth. Industrial development, especially small industry, is aimed at becoming a high-quality role in the economy, so that it is able to compete both domestically and abroad. The aim of this research is to determine local government strategies in developing small and medium industries (IKM). Mataram City Regional Regulation Number 15 of 2016 concerning the formation and composition of Mataram City regional apparatus. The problem with the research is that there is still minimal information for SMEs to access capital in banking institutions, there is no supporting facilities such as machine tools. The location in this research is the Department of Industry, Mataram City SME Cooperative as the research object. This type of research uses descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques that researchers used in this research were interviews, observation, documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show. The strategy implemented by the Mataram City SME Cooperative Industrial Service was carried out well even though it was not 100% realized. Supporting factors provided by the Mataram City SME Cooperative Industrial Service. City SME cooperative industry. Providing training guidance, preparing budgets and providing facilities through cooperatives or banking institutions.
