Abstract

Isu feminisme sudah beredar cukup lama dalam kalangan masyarakat luas. Bahkan dunia perfilman sekarang ini santer menyajikan isu-isu feminisme. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan representasi feminisme dalam film Layangan Putus di WeTV . Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode semiotika John Fiske yang terdiri dari tiga level, yaitu level realitas, level representasi dan level ideologi. Selama ini perempuan sering digambarkan  sebagai objek narasi yang pasif. melalui Film Layangan Putus di WeTV ini sosok perempuan digambarkan sebagai objek narasi pemberani dan tangguh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi,  simak,  dan  catat.  Mengumpulkan  data  dengan  cara menyimak  kata-kata yang diucapkan dalam film  Layangan Putus di WeTV yang  di  putar  secara  berulang,  kemudian  mencatat  dan  menuliskan bagian-bagian  penting  dalam  film  Layangan Putus tersebut. Berdasarkan  hasil  penelitian,  dapat  diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat feminisme radikal dan diskriminasi perempuan dalam film Layangan Putus di WeTV.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the struggle for human rights and to describe the way in the Si Anak Badai novel by Tere Liye. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data sources in this research were from Si Anak Badai novel by Tere Liye, which contained 318 pages. The research data were dialogues in Si Anak Badai novel which were classified into thirty human rights. The data were collected by using document review technique. After the data were collected, then, they were analyzed using descriptive method. The results showed that there were twenty eight human rights that were included in the research object. They were: being born free and receiving equal treatment, the right without discrimination, the right to life, the right without slavery, freedom from torture and degrading treatment, the right to recognition as a person before the law, the right to equality before the law, freedom protected by law, freedom from arbitrary arrest and exile, the right to a public hearing, the right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty, the right to privacy, the right to freedom of movement, the right to find a safe place to live, the right to marry and have a family, the right to own property, freedom of religion and thought, freedom of expression, the right to a general assembly, the right to democracy, the right to work and as a worker, the right to rest and leisure, the right to food and shelter, the right to education, the right to participate in the cultural life of society, the right to a just world, responsibility, freedom from other disturbances. The way in conveying the struggle for human rights was in the form of direct and indirect. In Si Anak Badai novel, lots of indirect form of delivery were found.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran CIRC terhadap keterampilan menulis karangan argumentasi mahasiswa semester dua Prodi Manajemen Informatika STMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan eksperimen semu dengan desain penelitian non-equivalent control grup desain. Populasi penelitian ini Seluruh mahasiswa STMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik random sampling. Sampel penelitian yaitu mahasiswa kelas A semester 2 Prodi Manajemen Informatika sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan mahasiswa kelas B semester 2 Prodi Manajemen Informatika sebagai kelas kontrol. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik random sampling. Data keterampilan menulis karangan argumentasi dianalisis dengan uji-t polled varian. Rata- rata keterampilan menulis karangan argumentasi mahasiswa kelompok eksperimen¯ = 0,37 rata-rata keterampilan menulis karangan argumentasi mahasiswa kelompok kontrol = 0,21. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan keterampilan menulis karangan argumentasi kelompok mahasiswa yang diperlakukan menggunakan model pembelajaran CIRC dengan kelompok mahasiswa yang diperlakukan menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional pada mahasiswa semester dua Prodi Manajemen Informatika STMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan hasilthitung = 6,225 pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan dk = (34+32)-2 = 64 diperoleh ttabel= 2,000. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran CIRC berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keterampilan menulis mahasiswa.

Abstract

The rise of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in society requires them to keep up with the times. Home-based businesses, or what are commonly called home-based MSMEs, are also now competing on a large scale with their business strategies. As technology continues to develop, so do the strategies for business development, which increases competition. Therefore, in this digital era, where Android is used as a strategy for business growth, MSMEs must compete to expand their businesses, especially by utilizing popular apps like Gojek and Grab. MSMEs that use Gojek and Grab as partners often offer free shipping vouchers and price reductions as part of their strategy to increase sales. However, MSMEs going digital still face challenges in coping with the rapidly evolving digital era. MSMEs that still rely on traditional marketing methods need to work harder to develop business strategies that are now accessible to everyone. A good business strategy is one that creates a competitive advantage. The right business strategy will also ensure the longevity of the company, as desired by the business owner. The purpose of this community service is to improve understanding and enhancement of effective business strategies, especially in the era of digitalization. Many MSMEs close their businesses due to failing in marketing competition, resulting in low profits or, in some cases, no profit at all. This research was conducted to prevent such situations by providing training on business strategies and how these strategies can be used to enhance competitiveness in the digital era. The method used in the training is offline or face-to-face with mentoring, through analysis and problem-solving. The materials provided focus on business strategies to improve competitiveness in the digital era, delivered through lectures, training sessions, Q&A, and demonstrations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the development of children's skills through audio-visual media on early childhood in Almuna Kindergarten. This study uses the Classroom Action Research method. The collected data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively to identify the impact of the use of audio-visual media on the development of children's linguistic intelligence. The results of the study indicate that the use of audio-visual media has contributed to improving the intelligence of Skills in early childhood in Almuna Kindergarten, which shows that children's linguistic abilities have not been monitored. After the implementation of cycle I, the child's ability has reached 18.32%, it can be concluded that the child has developed but still needs improvement and further action. In cycle II there was an increase with an average value of 50.22%. This means that in cycle II the child's linguistic abilities have increased, so for perfection it is carried out in cycle III with that it is clear and developing very well with an average of 91.37%. And has met the previously determined criteria

Abstract

Bahasa bukan sekadar alat komunikasi, tetapi juga simbol identitas budaya yang memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk kesadaran kolektif suatu masyarakat. Di Aceh, kekhawatiran terhadap menurunnya penggunaan Bahasa Aceh mendorong lahirnya kebijakan afirmatif melalui regulasi daerah. Penelitian ini mengkaji peran Qanun Aceh Nomor 11 Tahun 2014 dalam membentuk wacana identitas kolektif masyarakat Aceh dengan menggunakan pendekatan etnolinguistik dan analisis wacana kritis. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa qanun tersebut memosisikan Bahasa Aceh sebagai representasi jati diri dan simbol resmi dalam sistem pemerintahan dan pendidikan. Wawancara dengan tokoh adat dan akademisi mengungkapkan bahwa kebijakan ini memperkuat semangat pelestarian budaya, namun realisasinya menghadapi tantangan teknis dan kultural. Kurangnya kurikulum standar, kompetensi guru, dan dukungan media menyebabkan bahasa ini belum hadir kuat dalam praktik sosial. Oleh karena itu, keberhasilan qanun sangat bergantung pada sinergi antara kebijakan, pendidikan, dan partisipasi publik.
