Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to find out the government's policy towards education in Indonesia towards superior universities. This research uses a type of library research. Library research is research carried out by reviewing various journals and related reference books. The results of his research show that achieving accreditation for PTKIN is now an absolute necessity. Because institutional accreditation is a set of assessments that directly evaluates the management and quality of each higher education institution. Since 2020, accreditation assessment for new universities and study programs has been implemented based on 9 criteria, so that in the future the accreditation process for these two study programs will use an assessment system based on 9 criteria. Realizing PTKIN to be able to achieve an A (excellent) accreditation score can be done through a technical management approach to superior PTKIN institutional accreditation. This technical management is the basis for preparing forms and complete documents and the accreditation visitation process. Technical management covers a fairly broad scope. So that ideally technical management is understood comprehensively by higher education administrators. So that institutional accreditation can reach an A (excellent) grade.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to determine increased access and equal distribution of the potential of Islamic educational institutions. This research uses a type of library research. Library research is research carried out by reviewing various journals and related reference books. The results of his research show that one of the pillars of national education is the expansion and equal distribution of access to education. Expanding and equalizing access to education which is aimed at expanding the capacity of educational units by referring to the national priority scale which provides equal opportunities for all students from various groups of society who are diverse both socially, economically, gender, geographically and at the level of intellectual ability, and physical condition. Expanding and equalizing access provides the widest possible opportunities for the Indonesian population to be able to learn throughout their lives in order to increase the nation's competitiveness in the current era. Access to Islamic educational institutions has great significance for the development of individuals and society as a whole. This helps understand Islamic teachings, strengthens religious identity, teaches morals and ethics, understands relevant social and political issues, and helps build character and integrate religious values ​​in daily life. Obstacles to access to Islamic education in this village include Lack of material books and competence of teaching staff. This factor influences the quality of education and students' understanding of Islamic teachings. Therefore, to overcome this problem, greater efforts need to be made to increase access to education, provide adequate book materials, and increase the competency of teaching staff in village areas. Teacher training plays a key role in the distribution of Islamic religious education. Effective teacher training should focus on understanding local culture, relevant curriculum, innovative teaching methods, classroom management skills, community involvement, use of technology, and development of empathy skills.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to determine the implementation of prophetic in basic education institutions. This research uses a type of library research. Library research is research carried out by reviewing various journals and related reference books. The results of his research show that the prophetic leadership paradigm is a leadership paradigm that refers to the leadership concept of the prophets or Apostles of Allah SWT. Where this prophetic paradigm is a set of theories that not only describes and transforms social phenomena, and does not just change things for the sake of change, but more than that, it is hoped that it can direct change on the basis of ethical and prophetic ideals. From the description of the verses of the Koran, hadith, and theoretical views, which are relevant to the values ​​of the mission sent by the prophets, there are several indications or characteristics that could be seen as a prophetic leadership paradigm. Among these characteristics are: a) Smart, analytical and critical (fathanah); b) Tabligh, firm, brave and upholding justice and honesty; c) Gentleness and compassion; d) Bringing the mission of monotheism (transcendental). Then, other prophetic leadership values ​​or characteristics include: Smart, analytical and critical (fathanah); Tabligh, firm, brave and upholding justice and honesty; Gentleness and compassion; Bringing the mission of monotheism (transcendental); have a progressive vision; Have moral responsibility; Have managerial abilities; Sincere and have a spirit of dedication and devotion; Trustworthy and fair; Carrying the mission of worship and monotheism; Zuhud, honest and good at socializing or interacting with others; Become a role model for subordinates; Wise, forgiving and tolerant; Optimistic, patient and moral al-Karimah; has a reforming spirit and professionalism. Apart from that, the prophetic leadership paradigm is a necessity to be implemented and at the same time becomes the spirit in the implementation of leadership in Islamic educational institutions. Everything is a means to create the benefit of the people and solely.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to understand the philosophy of quality and quality of education. Library research is research carried out by reviewing various journals and related reference books. The results of his research show that Quality is a philosophy and methodology that helps institutions to plan changes and set agendas in the face of excessive external pressures. the philosophy of quality has changed and no longer refers to the classical view. This change can be seen from the quality orientation which refers to consumer needs and criteria. The quality philosophy generally adopted today is that product quality is not only determined by the producer but is determined by the consumer (customer). Education quality is the ability of educational institutions and systems to empower educational resources to improve quality in accordance with educational expectations or goals through an effective educational process. The scope of educational quality cannot be separated from three models, namely: input, process and output. In efforts to improve quality using this model, there are several criteria and characteristics that must be met in each scope. Above the national education standards, there are eight (8) things that must be considered to create quality education, namely Content Standards, Process Standards, Educator and Education Personnel Standards, Facilities and Infrastructure Standards, Management Standards, Financing Standards and Educational Assessment Standards.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this journal is to determine the implementation of transformative leadership in Islamic educational institutions, which is an extension of charismatic leadership, leaders create a vision and environment that motivates employees to achieve beyond expectations. Transformative leadership, employees feel trust, admiration, loyalty and respect for their leadership, so they are motivated to do more than what is expected of them. In fact, it often goes beyond what they thought they could do. This research uses a type of library research. Library research is research carried out by reviewing various journals and related reference books. The results of his research show that transformational leadership is leadership possessed by managers or leaders whose abilities are not general and are translated through the ability to realize missions, encourage members to learn, and be able to provide inspiration to subordinates regarding various things that need to be known and done. The implementation of transformational leadership refers to the 4 basic principles of transformational leadership, namely idealized influence (ideal influence and charisma). The head of the madrasah is open to interaction and two-way communication that requires each other, respects each other, accepts input, suggestions and innovative ideas from the leadership elements below him. Become a role model and work with high enthusiasm, discipline, loyalty, and hard work. Build commitment during official meetings and sign madrasa integrity facts.
