Abstract

This research is motivated by safety and comfort during the flight process using the 3S+1C principle (Safety, Security, Service, and Complaint), AVSEC officers are also required to provide services to passengers using the 3S (Smile, Greet, Greeting) method. Based on this, researchers are interested in testing the influence of the performance of the Aviation Security unit on the quality of passenger goods inspection services at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Lombok International Airport, which was tested partially. The sampling technique used is probability sampling. The data analysis technique in testing this research hypothesis uses a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this research show that in the validity and reliability test all variables consisting of performance and service quality are valid and reliable. In the t test, it was found that the Aviation Security Unit performance variable had a partial influence on purchasing decisions. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that the performance variable has an influence on the quality of service to passengers by 48.7%.

Abstract

The existence of several government policies that have been mentioned above have an impact on some operational activities at Supadio International Airport becoming unstable. One of them is a decrease in passengers. This research is included in the quantitative research category because quantitative data is used to estimate the effect of Covid-19 on passenger interest at Supadio Pontiank Airport, and how much influence Covid-19 has on passenger interest at Pontianak Supadio Airport. Data collection techniques using Observation, Questionnaire and Documentation. This research method uses multiple linear regression using the T test, F test with a significance level of 5%. Based on the results of the research conducted, it was concluded that there was a significant influence of government policies on passenger interest at Pontianak Supadio Airport. The magnitude of the influence seen from the large R Square shows the large influence of the variable (X) of government policy on the variable (Y) which is 0.373 = 37.3%. This means that the magnitude of the influence of the government policy variable on passenger interest is 37.3% while the rest is in other factors. The regression equation also shows the magnitude of Y = 24.127 + 0.785X. The coefficient b is called the coefficient of regression direction and represents the average change in the Y variable for each X variable.

Abstract

Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat merupakan provinsi yang memiliki potensi pengembangan industri pariwisata yang pesat. Karena terdapat beberapa tempat wisata yang menarik seperti Gunung Rinjani, Gili Trawangan dan juga Sirkuit Mandalika. Dengan potensi tersebut, maka jumlah penumpang di Bandara Internasional Lombok akan meningkat. Oleh karena itu, guna meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan bandara saat ini, perlu dilakukan kajian. Pada Bandar Udara Internasional Lombok menggunakan konfigurasi landas pacu tunggal, 3 buah landas hubung, dan 24 Parking Stand. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapat hasil kapasitas landas pacu adalah 52 operasi penerbangan per jam dalam kondisi VFR, kapasitas landas hubung adalah 48 operasi per jam berdasarkan kondisi saat keberangkatan, dan kapasitas landas parkir adalah 72 operasi per jam. Berdsarkan pergerakan pesawat udara pada jam sibuk dalam 5 tahun terakhir yaitu 18 pergerakan per jam, maka kapasitas airside Bandar Udara Internasional Lombok dapat beroperasi dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1). Apakah dampak pengembangan fasilitas landside terhadap pelayanan Bandar udara internasional Lombok; 2). Seberapa besar dampak pengembangan fasilitas landside terhadap pelayanan Bandar Udara Internasional Lombok. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Dimana teknik yang digunakan berupa pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara melakukan wawancara kepada narasumber, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dengan proses analisis reduksi data yang diperoleh dari lapangan yang berupa rangkuman, memilih hal-hal pokok dan memfokuskan hal yang penting. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa semakin berkembangnya fasilitas landside di Bandar Udara Internasional Lombok semakin nyaman pula para penumpang menggunakan fasilitas landside di Bandar Udara Internasional Lombok. Selain kenyamanan penumpang, pengembangan fasilitas landside juga memberi dampak positif seperti PT Angkasa Pura I membuka peluang kerja sama pengelolaan area komersial untuk usaha Retail, Food Beverage maupun Services di area landside.

Abstract

PT KAI sangat mengutamakan kepuaan pelanggannya agar pelanggan tetap menggunakan moda transportasi tersebut dan tujuannya agar dapat mempertahankan perusahaannya. Dalam penerapannya, pegawai KAI harus menerapkan lima dimensi, yakni: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. Sumber data primer dan sekunder digunakan pada penelitian kuantitatif ini. Tiga cara akumulasi data dipakai: observasi, dokumentasi, dan pengisian kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai ialah uji Instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan metode regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan Aplikasi SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kaliber layanan yang diberikan memiliki dampak yang besar terhadap kepuasan penumpang dengan nilai signifikansi (Sig) adalah 0,000 disebabkan nilai Sig. < 0,05. Berdasarkan kerangka pengambilan keputusan uji T maka H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak yang dapat diartikan kepuasan pelanggan dengan kereta api dipengaruhi oleh kualitas layanan. Dengan program SPSS versi 26, nilai 0,906 dapat dicapai sebagai hasil evaluasi hipotesis koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hal ini, terdapat korelasi sebesar 90,6% antara kualitas layanan dan kebahagiaan penumpang, dengan variabel yang tidak diteliti sebesar 9,4% sisanya.

Abstract

In order to keep clients using this kind of transportation and to keep the business afloat, PT KAI places a high priority on their satisfaction. Employees of KAI are required to utilize five dimensions in its implementation: tangibles, assurance, responsiveness, empathy, and consistency. It is undoubtedly not ideal in its implementation at each station, as some travelers continue to be dissatisfied with the offers that are made. Examples of this include the fact that some people are still unable to board the train without a ticket and the indifference of staff members. Following basic observations by the researchers, there was a decline in staff responsiveness and overall satisfaction. The goal of this study is to determine how much the independent variable affects the dependent variable. In this quantitative analysis, primary and secondary data sources are consulted. Three techniques were employed to gather data: questionnaire completion, documentation, and observation. Using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution), the instrument test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and simple linear regression method are the data analysis techniques employed. Once the researcher had finished using the data that had been collected. With a significance value (Sig) of 0.000, it may be inferred that the quality of the services offered significantly affects passenger happiness. Less than 0.05. The T test decision-making framework indicates that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, indicating that service quality has an impact on passengers' pleasure with trains. When the coefficient of determination hypothesis is evaluated using the SPSS version 26 software, a value of 0.906 can be obtained. This indicates that there is a 90.6% link between passenger satisfaction and service quality, with the remaining 9.4% coming from factors that have not been thoroughly investigated.

Abstract

Security and safety are crucial factors in aviation activities, considering the sensitivity of air transportation that requires certainty of safety at all times. The success of the duties and responsibilities of the Aviation Security unit is measured by their ability to optimize their supervisory role, thus creating safe and secure conditions, in accordance with applicable regulations and free from unlawful acts at an airport. This study aims to determine the supervision of the Aviation Security unit on flight security and safety at Sultan Babullah Ternate Airport and the supporting equipment used in its supervision. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from observation and interviews, while secondary data comes from SOP, literature studies and photographs related to the problems studied. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research time is in August - September 2023. The results of this study indicate that the role of the Aviation Security unit supervision at Sultan Babullah Ternate Airport has been carried out properly according to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) starting from checking passenger travel documents (identity), passenger body screening (body search), passenger baggage screening, monitoring the movement of everyone in the terminal, conducting routine patrols in all areas of the airport including the perimeter fence. Supervision with competent personnel who have been licensed. Avsec unit supervision aims to prevent unlawful acts and maintain the security and safety of flight activities. Supporting equipment in carrying out supervision is an X-Ray machine, HHMD (Hand Held Metal Detector), WTMD (Walk Through Metal Detector), EDS (Explosive Detection System), patrol vehicles and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV).

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi pendidikan telah mendorong munculnya platform edukasi daring yang menawarkan akses luas terhadap materi pembelajaran. Namun, tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah menyajikan kurikulum yang relevan dan efektif bagi setiap mahasiswa secara individual. Kurikulum yang tidak disesuaikan dapat menyebabkan beban kognitif berlebih (cognitive overload) atau kurangnya tantangan (cognitive underload), yang pada akhirnya dapat menurunkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini mengusulkan perancangan dan implementasi sistem rekomendasi adaptif untuk kurikulum pembelajaran personal pada platform edukasi daring. Sistem ini mengintegrasikan Cognitive Load Theory (CLT) untuk mengukur dan mengelola beban kognitif mahasiswa serta Reinforcement Learning (RL) untuk menyesuaikan urutan dan kesulitan materi pembelajaran secara dinamis. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan hybrid, menggabungkan data historis aktivitas mahasiswa (misalnya, waktu pengerjaan, nilai kuis, interaksi) dengan model RL untuk menentukan jalur pembelajaran optimal. Hasil dari simulasi dan implementasi awal menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu memberikan rekomendasi kurikulum yang lebih personal, mengurangi beban kognitif yang tidak perlu, dan berpotensi meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa secara signifikan dibandingkan dengan kurikulum linier tradisional. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap personalisasi pendidikan di era digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantatif melalui 100 responden untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden terhadap masing-masing variabel dengan menggunakan metode uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis lewat uji t dan uji f serta uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil pembahasan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada uji validitas dan reliabilitas semua variable terdiri dari kualitas produk, citra merek, harga, keputusan pembelian adalah valid dan reliabel. Di analisis menggunakan regresi berganda, mendapatkan hasil jika variabel kualitas produk, citra merek, harga tidak ada atau nilainya adalah 0, maka keputusan pembelian di maskapai Srilankan Airlines nilainya sebesar 7,680. Pada uji t didapatkan hasil variabel kualitas produk, citra merek dan harga terdapat pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial. Lalu pada uji f untuk menguji variabel secara keseluruhan dimana variabel kualitas produk, citra merek, harga memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian secara simultan. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, citra merek dan harga mampu menjelaskan variasi yang terjadi pada keputusan pembelian tiket pada maskapai Srilankan Airlines sebesar 60,3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 39,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian

Abstract

The rise of IT technology in airports has highlighted the need for personnel equipped with digital skills to manage modern aviation operations effectively. This study investigates whether the current workforce possesses adequate IT competencies by conducting field observations at Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) and interviews with its staff and general manager. The findings emphasize the pivotal role of IT skills in enhancing safety, streamlining operations, and delivering superior service quality. However, significant barriers, such as limited resources, resistance to change, and the absence of standardized frameworks, hinder the development of these competencies. The study proposes tailored training programs that integrate IT skill development into routine staff training and emphasizes the creation of a structured digital competency curriculum framework for ground-handling professionals. These results underscore the urgent need for digital competency development in the aviation sector, aligning with global trends that prioritize IT in improving reliability and safety standards. Addressing these gaps is imperative for fostering a resilient and adaptable workforce capable of meeting the industry's evolving technological demands

Abstract

Dusun Ngrandu Kalurahan Salamrejo adalah salah satu desa di Kabupaten Kulon Progo yang secara umum masyarakatnya sebagai peternak dan petani. Ternak yang banyak dipelihara oleh kelompok ternak Ngrandu di desa tersebut adalah domba texel, ekor tipis, dan dorper. Pemeliharaan domba di desa tersebut memiliki beberapa kendala seperti proses pencarian pakan hijau yang harus dilakukan setiap hari sehingga ketika peternak sakit atau musim hujan kesulitan mencari pakan. Recording ternak juga belum dilakukan sehingga produktivitas menjadi rendah. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat STTKD memberikan solusi berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai pembuatan pakan fermentasi (silase) dari rumput, pelatihan mesin pencacah pakan otomatis, serta pendampingan menyusun recording ternak. Tahapan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu observasi lapang, menentukan gagasan atau ide, pelatihan dan pendampingan, serah terima alat, serta monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peternak Ngrandu dalam pembuatan pakan fermentasi, penggunaan mesin pencacah pakan otomatis, dan recording ternak sebesar 70%. Peningkatan tersebut dapat diketahui melalui adanya evaluasi awal (pre-test) dan evaluasi akhir (post-test). Produk pakan fermentasi berhasil dibuat pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dan berhasil diterapkan sebagai pakan domba pedaging kelompok ternak Ngrandu.
