Abstract

E-Inventory Information System at PT. Resik Nyaman Sejahtera. PT. Resik Nyaman Sejahtera is a company engaged in cleaning services that serve cleaning at apartments / hotels, restaurants, hospitals, universities, schools, supermarkets, villas, factories, offices, government offices or national private and other places. Constraints faced by PT. Resik Nyaman Sejahtera in carrying out existing projects is still using the manual process in inventorying / stocking of goods in and out of the warehouse so that it is difficult to find data and control the in and out of inventory / stock of goods in warehouses for ongoing projects or those that have been finished. Because of that the author proposes a intranet web-based e-inventory application that is made to overcome and minimize the problem. Broadly speaking, the application designed or developed consists of the process of recording data of goods, goods entering and leaving the warehouse, inventory of goods, and inventory reports. The results of this study produce an e-inventory application system that provides convenience for warehouse staff and administrators to manage and control inventory in the warehouse

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of budget participation on the performance of government areas, with organizational commitment as a moderating factor, and organizational culture as a moderator within the Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) Department in Bungo Regency. The population for this study consists of the Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) Department in Bungo Regency. The research sample was selected using the saturated sample method, which involves using the entire population as the research sample from 18 Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) Departments in Bungo Regency. The research employs a quantitative method, and primary data were collected through distributed questionnaires to respondents. This study found that involvement in budget decisions significantly impacts local government effectiveness. The influence of organizational culture on this relationship was also observed. However, there was no evidence of organizational commitment moderating this relationship. The coefficient of determination (R Square) indicates that regional government performance is influenced by budget participation, organizational commitment, organizational culture, and their interactions. These factors explain approximately 52.5% of the variation in government performance, with the remaining 47.5% attributed to unidentified factors outside the model.

Abstract

The integration of e-commerce, digital payments, and Accounting Information Systems significantly enhances entrepreneurial interest among students. These technologies provide accessible and efficient tools for starting and managing businesses, fostering a greater inclination towards entrepreneurship. This study aims to analyze the influence of e-commerce, digital payment, and the quality of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) on the entrepreneurial interest of accounting students from the 2020 cohort at the University of Jambi. A saturated sampling technique was employed, resulting in a sample size of 171 active accounting students. Data collection was conducted through an online questionnaire consisting of several relevant questions. The results of the study indicate that e-commerce, digital payment, and the quality of AIS significantly affect students' entrepreneurial interest. These findings suggest that a good understanding and skills in using digital technology and information systems can encourage students' interest in entrepreneurship. Likewise, improving students' proficiency in online business, digital transactions, and computerized accounting can substantially boost their enthusiasm for entrepreneurship. Such skill development may result in more students starting their own businesses, potentially stimulating economic expansion and helping to lower joblessness among recent graduates.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate programs and strategies for strengthening and developing human resources (HR) at Universitas Jambi, focusing on educational staff. The data utilized include both secondary and primary sources. Secondary data, including archives, documents, reports, and relevant statements, were collected through documentation. Primary data were obtained through Focus Group Discussions (FGD) to capture direct perspectives from stakeholders. Data were analyzed both qualitatively and quantitatively. Qualitative analysis utilized content analysis techniques to evaluate data from the FGDs. This analysis aimed to identify key themes, patterns, and insights from the collected data. Quantitative analysis employed descriptive statistics to provide an overview of the current human resource conditions and projections for the next five years. Based on a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis and the university's HR development vision and mission, it was found that Universitas Jambi is in a strategic position to strengthen and develop its human resources. Despite major strengths such as a diverse range of study programs and faculty qualifications, some weaknesses need to be addressed, including a faculty shortage in some areas and the need for curriculum updates. Opportunities for growth through collaboration and innovation in teaching and research are significant, yet faced with challenges such as academic competition and budget constraints. Recommendations for Universitas Jambi include: (1) focusing on the development of faculty and staff competencies through ongoing training and further education; (2) updating the curriculum to reflect labor market needs and advancements in knowledge; (3) enhancing infrastructure and resources to support innovation in learning and research; (4) implementing policies that promote inclusivity and diversity; (5) expanding partnerships with industry and other academic institutions; and (6) applying effective risk management strategies to address barriers in implementing HR development programs.
