Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah modul layanan konseling berbasis teknik shaping guna mereduksi perilaku ghasab di Pondok Pesantren Ibnu Katsir 2 Jember. Perilaku ghasab, yaitu mengambil barang milik orang lain tanpa izin, sering kali terjadi di lingkungan pesantren, yang dapat memengaruhi hubungan sosial antar santri dan menciptakan ketidaknyamanan di komunitas. Teknik shaping dipilih karena metode ini dapat membentuk perilaku positif melalui penguatan bertahap atas setiap langkah kecil menuju perilaku yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) dalam pembuatan modul. Tahap analisis dilakukan dengan wawancara kepada mahasantri dan asatidz untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan dan kebutuhan pembelajaran. Tahap desain melibatkan perancangan modul yang mencakup langkah-langkah penerapan teknik shaping. Pada tahap pengembangan, modul divalidasi oleh ahli materi dan bahasa, serta diuji cobakan pada kelompok kecil mahasantri. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa modul ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran mahasantri tentang pentingnya izin sebelum meminjam barang dan mengurangi perilaku ghasab. Penilaian dari guru BK juga menunjukkan bahwa modul ini mudah dipahami dan aplikatif. Evaluasi lebih lanjut menunjukkan bahwa konsistensi dalam penerapan teknik shaping dan dukungan berkelanjutan sangat penting untuk memastikan perubahan perilaku yang langgeng. Modul ini diharapkan dapat diterapkan lebih luas untuk mereduksi masalah perilaku serupa di pesantren lainnya dan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pembentukan karakter santri.

Abstract

This study discusses the effectiveness of behavioral rehearsal techniques to increase empathy of students during the Al-Qur'an quarantine period at the Ibnu Katsir 2 Islamic boarding school in Jember. This type of research is quantitative research. The population is all students of the 2021 batch of the Ibnu Katsir 2 Islamic boarding school in Jember with a sample of 5 students. Data collection methods using observation, interviews, questionnaires. Before being distributed, the questionnaire was tested for validation and reliability. The data analysis technique used was the Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test. The results of the study are: there is an effectiveness of behavioral rehearsal techniques to increase empathy of students during the Al-Qur'an quarantine period at the Ibnu Katsir 2 Islamic boarding school in Jember. This is evidenced by the results of the average calculation of the pretest and posttest scores, which showed an increase in empathy of students. In the pretest, the average score was 133 and the average score in the first posttest was 141.8 with a difference of 8.8 score points, the second posttest was 150.6 with a difference of 8.8 score points, the third posttest was 160.4 with a difference of 9.8 score points and the last posttest was 167.2 with a difference of 6.8 score points. And obtained in the data analysis using the Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test, the Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.042 which is smaller than 0.05, it can be interpreted that there is a significant difference in the level of empathy of students for the pretest and posttest (hypothesis accepted). It can be concluded that there is an effectiveness of the behavioral rehearsal technique to increase empathy of students during the Al-Qur'an quarantine period at the Ibnu Katsir 2 Islamic boarding school in Jember.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the efficacy of the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) approach in diminishing students' anxiety levels while preparing for the tahfidz test at the Ibnu Katsir 2 Jember Islamic Boarding School. This study follows a group pre-test post-test design. The sample for this research included 31 students, of whom 10 individuals reported severe levels of anxiousness. A questionnaire was used as the data gathering method in this investigation. The research findings indicate that the anxiety level associated with the tahfidz test reduced after treatment with the REBT approach. This is evident from the findings of the pretest and posttest study, in the pretest the score shows a high leve of anxiety and the posttest shows the score of the low level of anxiety, so it can be concluded that the level of anxiety in facing the tahfidz exam has decreased in score. So it can be concluded that the REBT technique is effective in reducing anxiety in facing the tahfidz exam at the Ibnu Katsir 2 Jember Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

Career guidance involves providing guidance to prepare individuals to face challenges in the workforce, choosing specific fields or positions, and providing the knowledge and skills needed to perform tasks effectively. Career planning is a process that involves understanding oneself, available opportunities, potential obstacles, and the consequences of each choice made in order to achieve set career goals. The aim of this research is to explore whether the implementation of career guidance using modeling techniques can enhance the career planning of students at Pondok Pesantren Al-Quran Ibnu Katsir 1 Putra Jember. This study employs a quantitative method with a pre-experimental design called One Group Pre-test Post-test. The population consists of 65 individuals, and the sample comprises 20 students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, which were then validated and tested for reliability before being disseminated. Data analysis was conducted using the Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test. From the Wilcoxon test results, a value of Asymsig. (2 tailed) was found to be 0.018, indicating that the alternative hypothesis is accepted because it is smaller than 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of career guidance using modeling techniques has a positive impact on enhancing the career planning of students from the 2021 cohort at Pondok Pesantren Al-Quran Ibnu Katsir 1 Putra Jember

Abstract

This research aims to describe the effectiveness of discussion techniques in improving the career planning of Minqotrotul Ulum Jember High School students. This type of research is One Group Pre-test Post-test Design. The sample in this study consisted of 52 students, 10 students who had a low level of career planning. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. The results obtained in this study show that the level of career planning increased after being given treatment in the form of group counseling using discussion techniques. This can be seen from the results of the pretest and posttest of the study, in the pretest showed a low score of career planning level and the posttest showed the results of the score of career planning level increased, so the conclusion is that after being given treatment the level of career planning of students increased, in the sense that the Discussion method is effective to improve the career planning skills of high school students Minqotrotul Ulum Jember.

Abstract

This research aims to Develop the Artistic Values of Can Macanan Kaddhuk to Increase Career Satisfaction for students of the Ibnu Katsir 1 Islamic Boarding School Jember. Through the art of Can Macanan Kaddhuk, students are introduced to the concept of local values that contain messages of wisdom, such as the importance of maintaining harmony, respecting nature, and maintaining social relationshipsThis module is designed with a research and development (R&D) method that involves several stages, ranging from needs analysis, design, expert validation, to limited trials. The results of the study show that this module is effective in developing the Arts Values of Can Macanan Kaddhuk in Increasing Career Satisfaction for Students. Mahasantri who take part in this module experience positive changes in their behavior, and attitudes. Thus, this module is expected to be one of the solutions to help students at PPA Ibnu Katsir 1 Jember in Increasing Career Satisfaction For the students of the Ibnu Katsir Islamic Boarding School 1 Jember

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul dengan teknik self talk untuk mengurangi stres sedang santri tahfidz pondok pesantren baitul arqom putri. Problematika berupa stres sedang banyak dialami oleh kalangan pelajar, khususnya pelajar yang menempah pendidikan di pondok pesantren atau biasa disebut sebagai santri. Terlebih santri yang tengah menghafalkan Kalamullah atau Alquran. Oleh karena menghafalkan Alquran adalah amalan yang mulia disisi Allah, maka sangat disayangkan jika para huffadz memilih untuk menyerah karena problematika tersebut yang tidak menemukan jalan solusi. Modul ini dirancang dengan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) yang melibatkan beberapa tahapan, mulai dari analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, validasi ahli, hingga uji coba terbatas. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul ini efektif dalam mengurangi Tingkat stress sedang santri huffadz di Pondok Pesantren Baitul Arqom Putri. Santri yang mengikuti modul ini mengalami perubahan positif mengelola stress yang semula stress pada Tingkat sedang menjadi ringan bahkan tidak lagi stres. Dengan demikian, modul ini diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu solusi untuk membantu dalam mengatasi problematika santri huffadz yang mengalami stres Tingkat sedang.
