Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengkaji dan mengembangkan modul teknik relaksasi serta mengetahui kelayakan modul dalam penerapannya sebagai upaya mengurangi kecemasan mahasantri waktu ujian tahfidz. Hal ini sebagaimana yang terjadi di PPA Ibnu Katsir 2 Jember terkait permasalahan kecemasan yang berulang terutama bagi mahasantri akhir yang telah dianalisis melalui observasi dan wawancara. Metode penelitian ini yaitu penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development menggunakan rancangan dengan model ADDIE. Subyek yang dipilih mempertimbangkan tingkat kecemasan yang terjadi terhadap mahasantri jenjang akhir ketika menghadapi ujian tahfidz. Penelitian pengembangan dengan model ADDIE ini menghasilkan 1.) Sebuah produk berupa modul teknik relaksasi dengan materi dan desain yang telah disesuaikan dengan saran dari validator ahli. 2.) Modul teknik relaksasi ini layak digunakan oleh mahasantri akhir. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan metode pendidikan yang inovatif dan relevan, serta dapat membantu mereduksi kecemasan ketika menghadapi ujian.

Abstract

Career guidance involves providing guidance to prepare individuals to face challenges in the workforce, choosing specific fields or positions, and providing the knowledge and skills needed to perform tasks effectively. Career planning is a process that involves understanding oneself, available opportunities, potential obstacles, and the consequences of each choice made in order to achieve set career goals. The aim of this research is to explore whether the implementation of career guidance using modeling techniques can enhance the career planning of students at Pondok Pesantren Al-Quran Ibnu Katsir 1 Putra Jember. This study employs a quantitative method with a pre-experimental design called One Group Pre-test Post-test. The population consists of 65 individuals, and the sample comprises 20 students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, which were then validated and tested for reliability before being disseminated. Data analysis was conducted using the Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test. From the Wilcoxon test results, a value of Asymsig. (2 tailed) was found to be 0.018, indicating that the alternative hypothesis is accepted because it is smaller than 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of career guidance using modeling techniques has a positive impact on enhancing the career planning of students from the 2021 cohort at Pondok Pesantren Al-Quran Ibnu Katsir 1 Putra Jember

Abstract

This study increases the interest in learning in male students at Ibnu Katsir Islamic Boarding School by using problem solving techniques. Problem solving is one technique that can solve problems faced realistically and can increase students' motivation and interest in learning. This technique is very relevant to the problems that will be studied in the field and applies 6 problem solving steps in research. This study uses quantitative research using the pre-experimental design method of the one group pretest-posttest type (initial test final test single group), in this study 4 stages will be carried out in the implementation of group guidance, namely the formation stage, transition, activities and termination. The results of the study indicate that this program is effective in increasing awareness, understanding, and motivation of students in recognizing their potential and career opportunities more clearly, helping them overcome confusion regarding their future careers
