Abstract

Penelitian ini mendiskusikan mengenai pengaruh brand trust dan service quality terhadap keputusan pembelian produk mulia ultimate pada PT Pegadaian Cabang Purworejo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis brand trust dan service quality terhadap keputusan pembelian produk mulia ultimate pada PT Pegadaian Cabang Purworejo. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling terhadap 100 responden yang merupakan pembeli produk mulia ultimate PT Pegadaian Cabang Purworejo. Variabel bebas dari penelitian ini adalah brand trust, service quality dan variabel terikat dari penelitian ini adalah keputusan pembelian. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa brand trust secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan service quality tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan brand trust dan service quality memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan regresi diperoleh Y = 7,439 + 0,690X1 + 0,139X2. Hasil koefisien determinasi antara brand trust dan service quality memberikan konstribusi secara bersama-sama terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 55,2% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 44,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi menyebabkan aplikasi marketplace yang menyediakan pembayaran digital untuk mempermudah para customer dalam melakukan sebuah transaksi. Salah satunya adalah Shopee, Shopee mengeluarkan layanan dompet digital yang disebut Shopeepay yang digemari oleh masyarakat untuk melakukan transaksi dalam aplikasi marketplace Shopee. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan e-wallet shopeepay dan promosi cashback terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di Kota Semarang sebagai pengguna Shopeepay. Untuk sampel yang diambil adalah 60 responden, dengan menggunakan parameter yang diestimasai (diukur). Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan metode pengumpulan data penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e-wallet shopeepay secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Sedangkan promosi cashback secara bersama-sama tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa.

Abstract

This research focuses on the implementation of the Rely On system operated by PT PGN Tbk, which is a state owned company providing services to the general public in gas sales activities. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Rely On system in synchronizing customer data and solutions to problems that occurred in 2019-2020 related to customer data errors. This final project is written descriptively, with the research methods used are interviews, observations at PT PGN Tbk Area Semarang and literature study. This study uses the TAM approach to determine perceptions of ease and usability in implementing the Rely On PGN system. The difficulty of finding customer data to make payments is a problem faced by the company. Solutions owned by the company can provide innovative or sophisticated features in the Rely On system, implement periodic data control, and provide suggestions to the central office to link all data from sub-districts, RT, RW so that data searches are easier to do. The result of this research is that thecompany's image as a service provider is getting better.

Abstract

There is an intensity to the observation of this research to understand the management of the active dynamic archive of the Examination Results Report (LHP) at the Central Java Provincial Inspectorate and also the obstacles and solutions to such obstacles. As for the observations, the research is qualitatively descriptive and uses a method of data collection, documentation, and interviews. Observations show that LHP archive processing includes creation, maintenance, storage, and shrinkage. Creation processes include creation in the processing unit, recording in the archive unit, and scanning. LHP archives are stored in the archive unit room and also in the record center using a number storage system. The process of LHP shrinkage has not been completed. The obstacles faced are the lack of SDM, lack of storage space, insufficient security aspects of the record center, and also poor archival systems, according to Agus Sugiarto and Teguh Wahyono. The advice that can be given is to: 1) make the recruitment of archive experts; 2) repair the corrupted record center; 3) make the procurement of archive equipment; 4) improve the security aspects of the record center; and 5) make the process of narrowing strictly.

Abstract

Technological development is progressing today, many social media users in Indonesia are very wise in using smartphone devices to open up very easy business opportunities. The presence of digital marketing can help sell a product, because the internet allows the marketing process to be more effective, efficient and customer feedback faster and does not require high costs. As for reading how to promote a product, that is, through social media and with words. Word of mouth is one of the most efficient and effective marketing techniques in which consumers can exchange information about the product or goods to be marketed so that it can influence consumers to buy the product. Certainly with the presence of the influence or impact of social media in the product marketing process becomes one of the most current marketing strategies and very fast customer feedback makes business actors use this strategy to improve insight or sales of the business they do. As for the positive collaboration between the influence of social media and words, it is capable to attract consumers in making purchasing decisives. The study used a quantitative descriptive method approach, the researchers wanted to prove that consumers were paying attention to promotions through social media conducted by Lippo Mall Karawaci. With the influence of Word of Mouth, client get alternative judgments in determining product purchase decisions. The information obtained is simple and interesting and followed by a positive delivery of other people”™s experiences in purchasing the product, it will be very easy to improve the buyer”™s decision at the Lippo Mall Karawaci.

Abstract

PT Eastwind Mandiri is an exporter of wooden-based furniture. To export their products, they need to prepare the goods, required documents, shipping arrangements, and payment processing after finding a buyer. This project explains the steps involved, starting from finding buyers, preparing the products and documents for export, to managing payments. Several parties are involved in this process, including Customs, Freight Forwarders, Ports, Surveyors, the Department of Industry and Trade, and Banks. The purpose of this research is to analyze the export procedure and payment procedure in exporting wooden table furniture to the United States without using a Letter of Credit (L/C). The research methods include observing the process, conducting interviews, and reviewing related information. This research uses secondary data in the form of documents used for the export of PT Eastwind Mandiri. The study shows that PT Eastwind Mandiri follows all required laws and regulations for exporting, including proper documentation and procedures. The payment method used is CAD (Cash Against Document), where payment is made after the buyer receives the shipping documents. This entire process is summarized in a simple flowchart for clarity

Abstract

LPK Haruki Nihongo Gakkou, a Japanese-based training institute, faced challenges with inefficient business processes and a cumbersome invoicing system. This paper presents a case study on how they successfully implemented an Odoo-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system with a Point of Sales (POS) module to address these issues and create a streamlined, integrated E-Invoice system. The paper emphasizes the need for a digital solution to simplify the school's business flow and improve operational efficiency. It details the selection process for the Odoo-based ERP system, highlighting how the system was customized to meet the specific needs of LPK Haruki Nihongo Gakkou identified through interviews and instructions. The implemented system underwent rigorous testing and evaluation by the school, ensuring its effectiveness and user-friendliness. The results showcase the significant improvements achieved through the new system. The paper discusses the positive impact on operational efficiency, streamlined business processes, and simplified invoicing procedures. Additionally, it underlines the enhanced system integration, allowing for seamless data flow across various departments. This case study demonstrates the successful implementation of an Odoo-based ERP system for E-Invoicing in the educational sector. It provides valuable insights for other organizations seeking to improve their business processes and achieve greater operational efficiency through digital integration.

This study endeavors to explore the influence exerted by internal and external locus of control on the work satisfaction levels at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Kendal Branch. Abstract

Efficient tax management and increasing taxpayer compliance are key challenges in modern tax administration. Therefore, the Directorate General of Taxes strives to enhance the number of taxpayers complying with reporting Annual Tax Returns (SPT) and paying tax bills on time. This research investigates the effects of using e-Filing and e-Billing systems, as well as trust in authority, on personal taxpayer compliance. The use of e-Filing and e-Billing expedites the tax submission and payment processes, thereby fostering taxpayer compliance. This study was conducted at the Primary Tax Service Office in Kediri using descriptive analysis method. The population studied consists of 121,291 employees in Kediri, with a sample size of 107 respondents selected through non- probability purposive sampling. Data analysis employed classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing using t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination, and multiple linear regression analysis, facilitated by IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has driven institutions, including vocational training centers, to adapt by utilizing online platforms for information dissemination and promotion. This study aims to design and develop a company profile website for LPK Teratai Gogakuin Indonesia to serve as a digital marketing tool and enhance the accessibility of information for the public. Using a software engineering approach comprising the stages of Requirements Planning, Design Workshop, and Implementation, the website was developed with Laravel and the MVC architecture. Key features include a welcoming message, information on activities, recruitment procedures, staff profiles, and contact details. The site’s design emphasizes responsiveness, user-friendly navigation, and visual consistency. Testing results indicate that all features function correctly, supporting the institution's goal of increasing visibility and engagement through a professional, easily accessible web presence. This website serves not only as an information portal but also as a strategic means to strengthen the institution’s brand and reach prospective learners and partners more effectively.   Kemajuan teknologi digital telah mendorong lembaga, termasuk pusat pelatihan kejuruan, untuk beradaptasi dengan memanfaatkan platform daring untuk penyebaran informasi dan promosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan situs web profil perusahaan LPK Teratai Gogakuin Indonesia sebagai alat pemasaran digital dan meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi bagi publik. Menggunakan pendekatan rekayasa perangkat lunak yang terdiri dari tahapan Perencanaan Persyaratan, Lokakarya Desain, dan Implementasi, situs web dikembangkan dengan Laravel dan arsitektur MVC. Fitur-fitur utama meliputi pesan sambutan, informasi tentang kegiatan, prosedur rekrutmen, profil staf, dan detail kontak. Desain situs menekankan pada responsivitas, navigasi yang ramah pengguna, dan konsistensi visual. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa semua fitur berfungsi dengan benar, mendukung tujuan lembaga untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan keterlibatan melalui kehadiran web yang profesional dan mudah diakses. Situs web ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai portal informasi tetapi juga sebagai sarana strategis untuk memperkuat merek lembaga dan menjangkau calon peserta didik dan mitra secara lebih efektif..
