Abstract

Investmentplays a veryimportantto supporeconomic growth, create jobs, reduce poverty, andincreaseper capita income. Because of the potentia landdirection oftheinvestment must be knownandbe done with the right target. This study is to know the reality, potential anddirection of future investment Kota Payakumbuh by applying a Location Quation and Shift Share Analysis. From theanalysis conducted, it turns Kota Payakumbuh very attractive a san investment destination, because there area variety of potential business fieldof interestand benefit to be developed in the future. The main priority of investment is the field of process ing industry business, trade, hotels and restaurants, as well asservices, especially formicro, small, and medium business, as well as large businesses. Conditions in the are aincluded into the category of safe and comfortable, and there is nothreatf earth quakes and tsunamis as other coastala reason the western shoreof Sumatra. Very strategic location of thearealed to severalcities in the Province of Riauand West Sumatra. The local governmenthas also setup the necessary in frastructure, and there are various  regulationst oen sure business certainty. Abstract

Koperasi sebagai kelembagaan ekonomi semakin dibutuhkan untuk dapat berperan dalam menyediakan barang dan jasa yang dibutuhkan masyarakat. Agar dapat berperan maka koperasi harus mempunyai kinerja yang baik dan mampu bersaing dengan badan usaha lainnya. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja koperasi yang ada di Sumatera Barat, khususnya kabupaten Agam, Tanah Datar,Pesisir Selatan, dan Solok maka perlu dilakukan kajian. Kajian dilakukan dengan cara mengadakan survey terhadap aspek keaktifan badan usaha, kinerja usaha, kohesivitas dan partisipasi angggota, orientasi  pelayanan anggota, pelayanan masyarakat, dan  kontribusi koperasi terhadap pembangunan. Dari kajian yang dilakukan ditemukan hanya terdapat sebanyak 15 unit atau 13,64 %  koperasi yang termasuk kategiri berkualitas, sebanyak 68 unit atau 61,82 % cukup berkualitas, 14 unit atau 12,73 %  kurang berkualitas. Tidak satupun dari koperasi yang dinilai termasuk kedalam kategori sangat berkualitas, sebagai kualisifikasi yang tertinggi. Dari segi aspek penilaian, yang paling  baik  adalah aspek keaktifan badan usaha dengan nilaI rata-rata 68 dari 95 nilai maksimum atau dengan capaian nilai 71,63 %. Aspek penilaian yang paling rendah adalah aspek kontribusi koperasi terhadap pembangunan daerah dengan nilai rata-rata 7 dari 20 nilai maksimum  dengan capaian nilai 33,43 %. Disarankan untuk  pembinaan dan pengembangan koperasi  dimasa datang agar lebih difokuskan kepada aspek pembinaan kinerja usaha, aspek orientasi pelayanan dan aspek partisipasi anggota. Koperasi yang termasuk kategori cukup berkualitas dan berkualitas disarankan agar dikelola oleh manajer yang mempunyai kemampuan konseptual, human relation dan keterampilan berusaha dengan pendidikan minimal sarjana. Manajer ini agar disiapkan oleh pemerintah, baik melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan dari manajer atau pengurus yang sudah ada, atau dengan melakukan rekruitmen sarjana menjadi manajer koperasi dengan kontrak kerja selama periode tertentu.

Abstract

Abstract. What causes this cooperative is not active, need to be studied in depth in order to obtain information as a source pembenahannya policy. The study was conducted by the method of the survey, focus group discussions and study desk. The results of analysis of the institutional side indicates that cooperatives are not active because it can not carry out the RAT, administrators and supervisors are not working properly, the membership is not laid out well, did not have an office, the administration is not maintained, the business is not running, no business activities in accordance AD and ART, as well as the presence of external environmental threats seriously. To overcome this problem, the government's role in facilitating, providing encouragement, and making regulations to nourish the cooperative is needed. Solving the problem can be reached with three alternatives are healthy, combine and dissolve manner. Keywords: Cooperative inactive, institutional reform, the role of government and policy. Abstrak. Apa yang menyebabkan koperasi ini tidak aktif, perlu dikaji secara mendalam agar diperoleh informasi sebagai sumber kebijakan pembenahannya. Kajian dilakukan dengan metode suvei, FGD dan desk studi. Hasil analisis  dari sisi kelembagaan menunjukkan bahwa koperasi tidak aktif ini karena tidak dapat melaksanakan RAT, pengurus dan pengawas tidak berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya, keanggotaan tidak tertata dengan baik, tidak memiliki kantor, administrasi tidak terpelihara, usaha sudah  tidak berjalan, kegiatan usaha tidak sesuai AD dan ART, serta terdapatnya ancaman lingkungan eksternal yang serius. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini peran pemerintah dalam memfasilitasi, memberikan dorongan, dan membuat regulasi untuk menyehatkan koperasi sangat dibutuhkan. Pemecahan permasalahan dapat ditempuh dengan tiga alternatif yaitu menyehatkan, menggabungkan dan dengan cara membubarkannya. Kata kunci: Koperasi tidak aktif, kelembagaan, pembenahan, peranan pemerintah dan kebijakan.

Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leaders, academic culture on of the Sustainability Organization Performance  of University Lecturers in Indonesia of the Corona Virus (Covid-19) era. This study use quantitative research method with survey technique to respond the test hypotheses that have been formulated. The respondents are 150 lecturers, the sampling technique used was cluster random sampling technique. The instrument of transformational leader, academic lecture and Sustainability Organization Performance  were validated with the product moment correlation, while reliability was measured by the Alpha Cronbach. Hypothesis testing using path analysis. The results of data analysis using path analysis, showed that, (1) there is the effect of direct transformational leaders on the lecturers Sustainability Organization Performance , (2) there is the effect of direct academic culture on the lecturers Sustainability Organization Performance , and (3) there is the effect of direct sinergic transformational leaders on the lecturers academic culture. Implications of research efforts to bring down the lecturers Sustainability organization Performance , the effectiveness of sinergic transformational leaders must be increased, the improve the effectivity of academic culture.           Keyword:  Sinergic Transformational Leaders, Academic Culture On The Sustainability Organization Performance

Abstract

The hotel industry is rapidly expanding, needing more employees. The high demand for employees may lead to tighter competition in the job market, increasing employee turnover. This study aims to provide statistical evidence about the role of job stress, job insecurity, and compensation in explaining turnover intention among hotel employees. Primary data related to hotel employees' perceptions were collected using an online survey. The survey involved 135 employees of Jakarta's five-star hotels. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) to test three research hypotheses. The analysis results show that job stress and job insecurity positively relate to turnover intention in the hotel industry, whereas compensation is negatively associated with turnover intention. The finding could provide insight for hotel managers on reducing employee turnover. It also contributes to the upward literature on the hospitality and tourism industry.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of service quality, promotion and brand awareness on saving interest on Rakyat Indonesia Bank (Study on Kantor Cabang Pembantu Batusari, Jakarta Barat) The data of this research are data taken from the company's secondary data and primary data obtained from the processing of questionnaire data filled out by out by prospective consumers with an interest in saving money on Simpedes Product. The number of samples used as many as 100 respondents and the analysis technique used in this study is to use Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. Based on the results of data analysis in this study, it shows that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect, the promotion variable shows positive but not significant results, and the Brand Awareness variable shows positive and significant results on customer interest in saving.

Abstract

Competition between companies is getting tougher to present quality beauty products so that they can be an option for consumers. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of product quality, promotion and brand image on repurchase decisions mediated by customer satisfaction (study on Tokopedia partner Scarlett Whitening). The data of this research are data taken from the company's secondary data and primary data obtained from the processing of questionnaire data filled out by Scarlett Whitening consumers who have made purchases more than once. The number of samples used as many as 135 respondents and the analysis technique used in this study is to use Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The findings of previous researchers indicate that product quality, promotion and brand image have a positive and significant influence on repurchase decisions and customer satisfaction. In addition, customer satisfaction also has a positive effect on repurchase decisions.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the role of attitude as a mediating variable in the influence of perceived behavioral control, subjective norm, religiosity, and trust on the intention to donate cash waqf for a clean water project at the Badan Wakaf Al-Qur'an (BWA. The sample measurement in this study uses Simple Random Sampling technique. The approach used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0. The results showed that Attitude, Perceived Behavioral Control, and Trust have a positive and significant effect on Intention to Endow money in Clean Water Projects. Subjective Norm and Religiosity do not have a significant direct effect on Intention. However, Attitude is proven to positively and significantly mediate the relationship between Subjective Norm, Religiosity, and Trust on Intention. This finding is expected to be a reference for waqf institutions and related parties in developing more effective communication strategies to encourage cash waqf participation, especially in supporting social projects such as clean water provision.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how social status, lifestyle, and price influence purchasing decisions, with a focus on the role of digital payment methods among Andesti Jaya Shop consumers. The research utilized a quantitative approach, surveying 190 respondents from nine locations in Bogor City and Depok City, all of whom had made at least one purchase at Andesti Jaya Shop. Data analysis was conducted using Structure Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that social status and lifestyle do not have a significant direct impact on purchasing decisions. However, both price and the adoption of digital payment methods positively and significantly influence purchasing decisions. Additionally, social status, lifestyle, and price all positively and significantly affect the adoption of digital payment methods. The study also found that digital payment methods fully mediate the relationship between social status and lifestyle on purchasing decisions, and partially mediate the relationship between price and purchasing decisions. These insights suggest that businesses can develop strategies that leverage the positive impacts of pricing and digital payment methods to influence consumer purchasing decisions. For consumers, the study highlights the increasing importance of digital payment methods in shaping purchasing behavior, influenced by social status, lifestyle, and price considerations.

Abstract

Dalam situasi era kenormalan baru saat ini, memberikan peluang dan tantangan bagi para pelaku UMKM untuk membangun kembali usahanya yang sempat terpuruk selama pandemi. Situasi pandemi covid-19 telah berlangsung hampir dua tahun di Indonesia, dimana usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) menghadapi berbagai tantangan serius baik di sektor jasa maupun barang. Tantangan tersebut antara lain penurunan penjualan yang relatif besar, penurunan jumlah pelanggan, kesulitan memperoleh bahan baku, dan tantangan kegiatan pemasaran akibat adanya aturan dari pemerintah mengenai pembatasan interaksi dengan masyarakat lokal dan penerapan protokol kesehatan di seluruh Indonesia. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pengenalan dan juga memberikan edukasi pada masyarakat khususnya yang memiliki usaha bahwa strategi komunikasi pemasaran terpadu dapat meningkatkan keberlanjutan bisnis. Berdasarkan pantauan kami, adaptasi konsep komunikasi pemasaran terpadu yang dilakukan oleh UMKM di Kecamatan Kota Bambu Selatan Kecamatan Palmerah meliputi kegiatan promosi seperti periklanan, pemasaran langsung, promosi penjualan, kehumasan, pemasaran langsung, pemasaran interaktif, serta penjualan pribadi belum optimal dilaksanakan. Hal ini karena tidak seluruh komponen dan unsur komunikasi pemasaran terpadu dapat terlaksana karena terbatasnya pemahaman masyarakat.
