Abstract

His study describes teacher competence in improving student achievement. In this paper, the author uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques by taking from various sources both from books, journals and other relevant sources. The results obtained in this study indicate that teacher competence has a major influence on improving student achievement. The teacher competencies include; (1) Paedagogical Competence, (2) Personal Competence, (3) Social Competence, (4) Professional Competence. Therefore, teacher competence is very necessary as a support for achieving good and useful student achievement.

Abstract

Abstrak - Komitmen kebangsaan merupakan indikator penting untuk melihat sejauh mana cara pandang dan ekspresi keagamaan seseorang atau kelompok tertentu terhadap ideologi kebangsaan. Maka dari itu tujuan penelitian ini fokus pada dua kajian yakni: pengertian komitmen kebangsaan serta wijud semangat komitmen kebangsaan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, Pendekatan yang digunakan studi deskriptif. Pada penelitian pendekatan kualitatif bentuk data berupa kalimat atau narasi yang diperoleh melalui teknik pengumpulan data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa Saat ini kita harus mampu menumbuh semangat kebangsaan seperti yang dicontohkan para pejuang bangsa untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan bangsa dengan bersikap pantang menyerah, selalu bekerja keras, jujur, adil, disiplin, berani melawan kesewenang-wenangan, tidak korupsi, toleran, dan lain-lain. Kata Kunci: Pengertian, Komitmen, Kebangsaan

Abstract

Moral decline is an increasingly deep and complex issue in today's society. This article investigates the various factors that contribute to the decline in moral values. One of the main factors is the increasingly rampant influence of technology and mass media, which often promote a destructive consumer and hedonistic culture. In the context of Islamic education, the role of a guidance and counseling teacher has a very important dimension in shaping students' morals. Morals as an integral part of Islamic teachings are the moral and ethical foundations that must be formed and strengthened in education. This is in accordance with Article 3 of Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, therefore good character for the nation's successors is very necessary. There has been much discussion about how character emerges or appears in a person. This study uses a qualitative approach that uses literature studies (library search). This article will discuss how to improve morals from the perspective of the Book of Nashoihul 'Ibad by Imam An-Nawawi, what is real morals and what is the role of guidance and counseling teachers in this regard.
