Abstract

Self-confidence is one of the important aspects of one's life. High self-confidence can motivate someone to achieve and succeed. Scout extracurricular activities can be one of the means to improve students' self-confidence This study aims to determine the implementation of scout extracurricular activities in improving the self-confidence of students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Mutaallimin Patokbeusi Subang. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the research results, it is known that the implementation of scout extracurricular activities in increasing the self-confidence of students who are members of the scout movement at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Mutaallimin Patokbeusi Subang for the 2023/2024 academic year has gone as expected. This can be proven by achieving indicators of self-confidence, namely students are more courageous in expressing their opinions in public, students are more courageous to try new things and students are more confident in facing challenges. Through the process of increasing students' self-confidence which can grow through routine training, through the opening and closing ceremonies of scouting, and by implementing or practicing the Basic Principles of Scouting and the Scout Code of Honor (Trisatya and Dasa Darma pramuka).

Abstract

The Koran is the main source of law in the teachings of the Islamic religion. The Qur'an is the best reading material and reading it is a form of worship. This research aims to determine the relationship between the TTQ (Tartil and Tahfidz Al-Qur'an) program and the learning outcomes of students in Al-Qur'an hadith subjects. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlation design carried out at MTs Mutaallimin Patokbeusi, Bandung Regency. And the data collection used is tests and document studies. The research results show that the sig value that connects TTQ learning outcomes and Al-Qur'an Hadith learning outcomes is 0.000. This sig value is smaller than 0.05 so Ho is rejected or H1 is accepted, and it can be concluded that "there is a relationship (correlation) between TTQ Learning Results and Qur'an Hadith Learning Results" or in other words "TTQ Learning Results influence or influence Qur'an Hadith Results”.

Abstract

Madrasah as an Islamic educational institution has a strategic role in maintaining Islamic values while preparing a generation that is able to compete in the era of globalization. This article aims to explore the challenges faced by madrasahs amidst globalization and strategies that can be applied to improve their competitiveness and relevance. This study uses a qualitative approach with literature study methods and in-depth interviews, which show that madrasahs face major challenges in the fields of technology, curriculum, and graduate competencies. The implementation of technology-based strategies, global collaboration, and curriculum updates are the keys to the success of madrasahs in facing the global era. Thus, madrasahs are expected to be able to adapt and contribute significantly to education at the national and international levels.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of a religious-based curriculum with a bilingual approach in madrasas as an effort to produce a generation with noble character and global competitiveness. This curriculum is designed to combine learning based on Islamic values with mastery of international languages, such as Arabic and English, in order to equip students with scientific competence and cross-cultural communication skills. The research method used involves a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and analysis of curriculum documents. The results of the study indicate that the bilingual approach in learning in madrasas has a positive impact on students' understanding of religious teachings while improving their international language skills. In addition, the integration of religious education and global competence allows students to be better prepared to face the challenges of the modern world without leaving the roots of Islamic values
