Abstract

Tunjangan yang diberikan pemerintah terhadap guru PAI tujuan utamanya adalah peningkatan mutu pendidikan Tunjangan profesi diberikan setelah melalui tahap seleksi kemudian melaksanakan Program Pendidikan Guru (PPG) dan ujian PPG, setelah dinyatakan lulus maka guru berhak untuk mendapatkan tunjangan profesi atau yang dikenal tunjangan sertifikasi. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan Teknik library research dan  observasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa tunjangan pemerintah yang diberikan kepada guru PAI menambah kesejahteraan guru, sehingga guru pun menjadi focus dalam mengajarnya disertai profesionalisme dan dedikasi yang tinggi terhadap mengajar,  dengan mengikuti PPG banyak ilmu yang terserap oleh guru sehingga kualitas mengajar pun meningkat  harapan akhirnya selain peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap guru berefek juga terhadap  kualitas Pendidikan peserta didik, dengan demikian sumber daya manusia pun  mengalami peningkatan, sehingga tujuan Pendidikan nasional pun tercapai. Kalau Indonesia sudah memiliki sumber daya manusia yang handal maka kekayaan alam yang begitu kaya di Indonesia akan termanfaatkan dan dapat dirasakan oleh seluruh rakyat Indonesia.

Abstract

Madrasah as an Islamic educational institution has a strategic role in maintaining Islamic values while preparing a generation that is able to compete in the era of globalization. This article aims to explore the challenges faced by madrasahs amidst globalization and strategies that can be applied to improve their competitiveness and relevance. This study uses a qualitative approach with literature study methods and in-depth interviews, which show that madrasahs face major challenges in the fields of technology, curriculum, and graduate competencies. The implementation of technology-based strategies, global collaboration, and curriculum updates are the keys to the success of madrasahs in facing the global era. Thus, madrasahs are expected to be able to adapt and contribute significantly to education at the national and international levels.

Abstract

Perkembangan era digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam kehidupan umat Islam, baik dalam aspek sosial, keagamaan, maupun pendidikan. Kemajuan teknologi informasi memungkinkan penyebaran ajaran Islam secara lebih luas, tetapi juga menghadirkan tantangan seperti misinformasi, penyebaran hoaks, dan pergeseran nilai-nilai keislaman. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kesadaran digital yang kuat agar umat Islam dapat memanfaatkan teknologi secara bijak dan tetap berpegang pada prinsip-prinsip Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pendidikan Islam dalam membentuk kesadaran digital yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam di tengah pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik analisis literatur. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber yang relevan, seperti hasil penelitian terdahulu dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Islam memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk kesadaran digital umat Islam melalui integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam literasi digital. Strategi pendidikan Islam yang efektif dapat meningkatkan sikap kritis terhadap informasi, memperkuat etika dalam bermedia, serta menjaga identitas keislaman di tengah arus globalisasi digital. Oleh karena itu, penguatan pendidikan Islam dalam ranah digital menjadi langkah penting dalam menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih cerdas, berakhlak, dan bertanggung jawab dalam memanfaatkan teknologi.

Abstract

One crucial factor in promoting entrepreneurship within a country is the role of universities through the implementation of entrepreneurship education. This form of education not only offers a theoretical foundation in entrepreneurial concepts but also shapes students' attitudes, mindsets, and perspectives towards starting businesses. This research seeks to understand the concept and implementation of entrepreneurship education in university courses aimed at fostering students’ entrepreneurial interests, the factors that drive this interest, and the advantages of entrepreneurship education. Using qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach, the study gathered data from purposively selected participants through observations, interviews, and documentation. Data validity was ensured through triangulation techniques. Findings reveal that entrepreneurship education, effectively integrated into university courses, significantly boosts students' interest in entrepreneurship. Besides theoretical insights, students gain practical experiences that enhance essential skills, such as marketing, business management, and performance evaluation. Factors influencing entrepreneurial interest include personal ambition, supportive educational environments, and firsthand experiences in business activities. The benefits of these courses include increasing students’ motivation, skills, and preparedness for the business world, along with contributing positively to the country's economic development by nurturing a new generation of entrepreneurs. Salah satu faktor penting dalam pertumbuhan kewirausahaan di suatu negara adalah peran perguruan tinggi melalui penyelenggaraan pendidikan kewirausahaan. Pendidikan kewirausahaan tidak hanya memberikan dasar teori tentang konsep wirausaha, tetapi juga berperan dalam membentuk pola pikir, sikap, dan pandangan mahasiswa terhadap wirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep pendidikan kewirausahaan, implementasinya dalam perkuliahan guna untuk menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa, faktor-faktor yang mendorong minat berwirausaha, serta manfaat dari mata kuliah kewirausahaan bagi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Subjek penelitian dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik triangulasi untuk menjamin keabsahan data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan telah diintegrasikan secara efektif ke dalam mata kuliah kewirausahaan, yang berperan besar dalam meningkatkan minat mahasiswa terhadap dunia wirausaha. Mahasiswa tidak hanya mendapatkan pengetahuan teoretis, tetapi juga pengalaman praktis yang memperkuat keterampilan mereka dalam bisnis, seperti strategi pemasaran, pengelolaan usaha, dan evaluasi kinerja. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat berwirausaha meliputi keinginan pribadi, dukungan lingkungan pendidikan, serta pengalaman langsung dalam kegiatan bisnis. Manfaat dari perkuliahan ini antara lain peningkatan motivasi, keterampilan, dan kesiapan mahasiswa untuk menghadapi dunia usaha setelah lulus, serta kontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan perekonomian negara dengan munculnya wirausaha-wirausaha baru.

Abstract

Pendidikan moderasi di perguruan tinggi menjadi isu yang semakin penting di tengah tantangan sosial-politik yang penuh dengan polarisasi dan radikalisasi. Perguruan tinggi memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk karakter mahasiswa yang inklusif, toleran, dan dapat hidup berdampingan dalam keberagaman. Implementasi nilai moderasi melalui kebijakan institusional, kurikulum, serta partisipasi aktif mahasiswa dapat memperkuat kohesi sosial dan menjaga stabilitas nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali peran pendidikan moderasi dalam pembentukan karakter mahasiswa dan dampaknya terhadap kehidupan sosial dan keberlanjutan bangsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menganalisis data dari berbagai sumber yang relevan, termasuk studi terdahulu dan dokumen terkait. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis untuk memahami proses, tantangan, dan dampak pendidikan moderasi di perguruan tinggi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pendidikan moderasi memiliki potensi besar dalam mencegah radikalisasi dan memperkuat kohesi sosial di kalangan mahasiswa. Pendidikan ini berperan penting dalam membentuk lulusan yang lebih inklusif, menghargai keberagaman, dan mampu menjadi pemimpin yang berpandangan terbuka. Oleh karena itu, integrasi nilai moderasi dalam sistem pendidikan tinggi sangat penting untuk menjaga stabilitas demokrasi dan keberlanjutan bangsa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi integrasi pendidikan Islam dan ekonomi kreatif dalam membentuk lulusan yang memiliki kompetensi profesional serta nilai-nilai Islam yang kuat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber relevan, seperti penelitian terdahulu dan studi literatur yang mendukung kajian ini. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara sistematis untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan, peluang, dan strategi implementasi yang dapat diterapkan dalam integrasi kedua bidang ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi pendidikan Islam dan ekonomi kreatif dapat meningkatkan daya saing lulusan melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek, kerja sama dengan industri kreatif, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Namun, terdapat tantangan berupa keterbatasan tenaga pengajar yang kompeten di bidang ekonomi kreatif dan perlunya perubahan paradigma dalam dunia pendidikan Islam. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan dukungan dari berbagai pemangku kepentingan untuk menciptakan ekosistem pendidikan yang adaptif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan industri modern.

Abstract

In the era of Society 5.0, Islamic education faces major challenges in adapting its curriculum to rapid technological developments. Changes in the need for skills and competencies require the Islamic education system to be more adaptive to digitalization without ignoring its fundamental values. However, the gap between the traditional curriculum and the demands of the digital era is still a significant obstacle to implementing innovative Islamic education. This study aims to analyze the transformation of the Islamic education curriculum in the era of Society 5.0, by highlighting the challenges and innovations that can be applied to improve learning effectiveness. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach, by collecting data from various relevant sources, such as previous research and academic studies. The analysis was carried out descriptively to describe the pattern of transformation, obstacles faced, and innovative strategies that can be applied in the development of Islamic education. The results of the study show that Islamic education needs to integrate technology into its learning system to improve the quality and relevance of the curriculum. Although there are obstacles in the application of technology, innovations such as the use of artificial intelligence, blended learning, and data-based analysis can be effective solutions. With the right strategy, Islamic education can not only adapt to the digital era but also maintain its role in building the character and morals of the Muslim generation.

Abstract

The phenomenon of the emergence of ChatGPT certainly provides a new colour in various sectors of life, including in the field of education, both general education and Islamic education. ChatGPT is reliable enough to have potential in the learning process, but in its application, it can cause pros and cons. Therefore, this study aims to describe the potential of ChatGPT in Islamic Religious Education and the challenges faced in applying ChatGPT in Islamic Religious Education. This type of research is qualitative research with a library research method. The results showed that ChatGPT has great potential to have a significant impact on Islamic Religious Education learning because it can increase the productivity of both teachers in facilitating the development of teaching tools and materials and students in exploring ideas freely. However, in its application, ChatGPT has several challenges that can cause problems related to accuracy, ethics, and compatibility with values in Islamic education, as well as general academic integrity issues that include the risk of plagiarism, fraud, and misuse of information sources. ChatGPT has enormous potential in facilitating the learning process of Islamic Religious Education, but behind this potential, there are several challenges faced in its application. Therefore, teachers must always be proactive in integrating ChatGPT into the learning process to ensure that the information obtained by Islamic values is upheld. Teachers' policies in using ChatGPT for students also need to be carried out so that the degradation of critical reasoning and in-depth understanding of Islamic Religious Education materials does not occur.

Abstract

The spiritual leadership of Hasyim Asy'ari plays an important role in overcoming intolerance, radicalism, and hate speech through moderation (wasathiyah), interfaith dialogue, and strengthening national values ​​such as hubbul wathan minal iman. His leadership transforms conflict into harmony and tolerance by instilling altruistic love and solidarity. This study aims to explain the multicultural spiritual leadership model that combines spiritual values ​​such as faith, altruistic love, and moderation with a multicultural approach that respects religious, cultural, and ethnic diversity. Hasyim Asy'ari's leadership is implemented through the Nahdlatul Ulama organization and Islamic boarding schools, strengthening national unity amid Indonesia's diversity. This study uses a qualitative approach, and the type taken combines phenomenology and literature. Literature studies are focused on studying the thoughts and roles of related figures, while interviews are conducted with lecturers and UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung students. Data are analyzed by filtering important information, coding themes to identify patterns, categorizing based on key dimensions, and synthesizing to find relationships and conclusions. Validation was conducted by cross-checking sources to ensure consistency and avoid bias. The findings show that Hasyim Asy'ari's leadership, shaped by his educational background in Mecca and socio-historical context, created a moderate multicultural leadership model that is still relevant today. This model emphasizes the integration of moral and spiritual values ​​in creating an inclusive society and contributes to the world of education by shaping learning ethics, teacher ethics, and scientific ethics. The originality of this study lies in the analysis of Hasyim Asy'ari's leadership from the perspective of multiculturalism and moral education, which are still rarely studied in depth. However, this study has limitations because it uses a library approach that limits direct empirical data and focuses on the historical context of Indonesia, making it difficult to generalize to other regions.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has created significant social changes in the lives of young Muslim generations. Interactions formed through social media and digital religious figures have also shifted religious authority from what was previously formal. In this situation, Islamic education faces a major challenge in protecting students from the influence of ideological extremism that is developing through digital platforms. This study aims to examine how Islamic education can transform to answer the challenges of extremism in the digital era. This study uses a qualitative approach by utilizing data from various relevant literature sources. The analysis was carried out descriptively and qualitatively to reveal the relationship between digital social dynamics and students' ideological resilience. The results of the study indicate that there is an urgent need to update the curriculum, methods, and ecosystem of Islamic education to be more responsive to rapidly changing social realities. The role of teachers, families, communities, and policies that support moderate Islamic education are key elements in efforts to prevent radicalization. With a collaborative and reflective approach, Islamic education has a great opportunity to form a generation of Muslims who are critical, tolerant, and resistant to extreme ideologies.
