Abstract

Employee Productivity is the ability to obtain the maximum benefit from the facilities and infrastructure available to generate optimal output, if possible maximum. Increased job satisfaction of employees will have a positive impact for the company and vice versa if the stress levels of employees increase, which will impact negatively on the company and of course this will affect the level of employee productivity. This study aims to analyze the influence job satisfaction and stress on employee productivity in the CV. Amanda Brownies Steamed Medan. This research uses causal research that sought to prove a causal relationship between the variables in the form of influence through hypothesis testing using a sampling technique slovin formula as well as primary data in the form of questionnaires are processed using the program Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) version 22. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis (Multiple Regression) and using test data quality, classical assumptions and hypothesis testing. The analysis showed adjusted R Square 0,990 or 99.00%. 829.673 with a confidence level of 5% level test Faccount = 829.673> Ftable = 2.79 then H0 and H1 accepted, so Job Satisfaction and Stress affects simultaneously (simultaneously) on Employee Productivity. While Job Satisfaction with tcount 8.288> ttable 1.676 and significant 0.000 <0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 accepted and can be interpreted Job Satisfaction partial effect to the Employee Productivity and Stress variables with tcount -5.558 < ttable 1.676 and significant 0.000 <0.05, the stress has no effect partially on Employee Productivity, as tcount smaller than the value ttabel

Abstract

Latar belakang dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah peningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga penerimamanfaat (KPM) dari Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH), dengan tujuan agar masyarakat dapat mencapaikesejahteraan dan hidup yang layak. Sebagai salah satu kota di Provinsi Sumatera Utara, Kelambir Limamenjadi lokasi pengabdian ini. Fokus pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah perubahan kebiasaanpelayanan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dampak dari PKH terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Sampel yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 227 KPM, dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui penyebarankuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan software Amos. Hasilpengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelayanan sosial, bantuan sosial, dan permukiman memilikipengaruh signifikan terhadap PKH. Selain itu, variabel permukiman juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadapkesejahteraan masyarakat, sedangkan variabel pelayanan sosial dan bantuan sosial tidak memiliki pengaruhsignifikan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Di sisi lain, kesejahteraan masyarakat tidak memiliki pengaruhsignifikan terhadap PKH

Abstract

The impact of work enthusiasm, leadership style, and work ethic on the performance of employees at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Medan Branch. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work enthusiasm, leadership style, and work ethic on em-ployee performance. The research uses a quantitative approach and is classified as ex-planatory research. The study was conducted at the PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Medan Branch office. The population includes all permanent employees at this branch, totaling 64 employees. To ensure a representative sample, the research included the entire popu-lation, resulting in 64 respondents. Data analysis was performed using Descriptive Anal-ysis and Regression Analysis. The results indicate that work enthusiasm, on its own, does not significantly affect employee performance. However, both leadership style and work ethic significantly impact employee performance. Collectively, work enthusiasm, leadership style, and work ethic have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing on consumer purchase interest in banking products in Pahlawan Village, Batu Bara Regency. With the increasing penetration of the internet and the use of social media in rural areas, banks are beginning to adopt digital marketing strategies as a means to reach potential customers more effectively and efficiently. Through a quantitative approach with the distribution of questionnaires to the village community, this research examines the extent to which elements of digital marketing can shape perceptions, interest, and ultimately drive the intention to purchase banking products. The research results show that digital marketing has a significant influence on consumer purchase interest, particularly in aspects of trust, ease of access to information, and personalization of marketing messages. These findings provide strategic implications for financial institutions in designing marketing approaches that are relevant and adaptive to the characteristics of rural communities.

Abstract

This research was conducted at CV. MGS Tanjung Selamat with the aim of analyzing the influence of work motivation and work environment partially and simultaneously on employee work productivity. The population is 37 employees who work in the company with a random sample, namely a saturated sample so that the total sample is 37 respondents. The type of data used is primary data and the data sources used are secondary data, data collection techniques use literature studies, surveys and observations. Data analysis techniques are multiple linear regression, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The research results show that work motivation and work environment partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. There is a very strong correlation between work motivation and work environment and employee work productivity. Employee work productivity in the company can be explained by work motivation and work environment by 66.6% and the remaining 33.40% can be explained by other variables not studied, such as incentives, training, career development and so on.

Abstract

The research analysis aims to find out whether Work Discipline, Organizational Commitment, and Motivation affect the performance of Binjai City Communication and Information Service employees. The data analysis technique used is an associative research method with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 45 respondents. Primary data collection uses a questionnaire. The results of the research show that work discipline has a partially positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Binjai City Communication and Information Service. Organizational commitment has a partially positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Binjai City Communication and Information Service. Motivation hasno a partially effect on the performance of employees of the Binjai City Communication and Information Service. Work discipline, organizational commitment and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Binjai City Communication and Information Service.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PTPN IV Medan with the aim of research to analyse the effect of leadership, cooperation, and work discipline partially and simultaneously on employee performance in the company. The population is employees who work in the company as many as 257 people, the sample used is a random sample with sampling using the Slovin formula, so that the number of research samples obtained is 72 respondents. The type of data used is primary data and the data source used is secondary data, data collection techniques using literature study, survey and observation. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that leadership, cooperation and work discipline partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PTPN IV Medan. There is a sufficient correlation between leadership, cooperation and work discipline with employee performance and the percentage of 29.1% and the remaining 70.9% can be explained by other variables not studied such as compensation, incentives, training, promotions and so on.
