Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of rates and service quality simultaneously and partially on customer satisfaction at Seroja Bangkinang barbershop with a sample size of 98 respondents taken using the Slovin formula and analyzed using multiple linear analysis. Hypothesis testing is carried out by simultaneous testing and partial testing. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that rates and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Likewise, partial test results show that rates and service quality have an effect on customer satisfaction at Seroja Bangkinang barbershop. The close relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is very strong with the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable being 76.30%.

Abstract

Kepemipinan merupakan bagian terpinting dalam suatu organisasi, bagitu juga organisasi di rumah sakit. Kepemimpinan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan dan komitmen organisasi, sehinggga hal ini berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini membuktikan dan mengalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan pada kepuasan dan komitmen organisasi serta dampaknya pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada katryawan di RSUD Bangkinang. Analisis data guna menguji hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis SEM, dengan pengolahan data mlalui program AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja memang benar dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan, dan kepuasan kerja tersebut juga berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja. Kemudian komitmen organisasi juga ditentukan oleh gaya kepemimpinan dan komitmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Pada bagian akhir dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara langsung gaya kepemimpinan berdampak positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, analyze and measure the effect of Motivation, Work Environment and Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction and Teacher Performance at SD Cluster VI Bengkalis District. This research was conducted at State Elementary Schools which are members of Cluster VI in Bengkalis sub-district with a population of 119 and a sample of 119 teachers, with the method used in determining the number of samples in this study is the total sample method using census techniques so that the number of samples is as much as 119 respondents. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and hypothesis analysis where Path analysis used SPSS 21 and SmartPLS programs. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that motivation has a positive relationship to job satisfaction, and has a significant impact. work motivation has a positive relationship to performance, but does not have a significant impact. Work Environment has a positive relationship to Job Satisfaction, but does not have a significant impact. Work Environment has a positive relationship to Performance, but does not have a significant impact. Organizational Culture has a positive relationship to Job Satisfaction, but does not have a significant impact. Organizational Culture has a positive relationship to Performance, and has a significant impact. Job satisfaction has a positive relationship to performance, but does not have a significant impact on the performance of PNS teachers at SD Cluster I, Bengkalis District. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan mengukur pengaruh Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Guru SD Gugus 1 Kecamatan Bengkalis. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri yang tergabung dalam Gugus 1 di kecamatan Bengkalis dengan jumlah populasi 119 dan Sampel juga berjumlah 119 orang Guru, dengan metode yang digunakan dalam menentukan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sampel total dengan menggunakan teknik sensus sehingga jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 119 orang responden.Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis hipotesis dimana analisa Jalur dengan menggunakan program SPSS 21 dan SmartPLS. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi memiliki hubungan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, serta memiliki dampak yang signifikan. motivasi kerja memiliki hubungan positif terhadap Kinerja, tetapi tidak memiliki dampak yang signifikan. Lingkungan Kerja memiliki hubungan positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, tetapi tidak berdampak signifikan. Lingkungan Kerja memiliki hubungan positif terhadap Kinerja, tetapi tidak memiliki dampak yang signifikan. Budaya Organisasi memiliki hubungan positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, tetapi tidak memiliki dampak yang signifikan. Budaya Organisasi memiliki hubungan poisitif terhadap Kinerja, serta memililiki dampak yang signifikan. kepuasan kerja memiliki hubungan positif terhadap Kinerjaterhadap kinerja, tetapi tidak memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru SD Gugus I Kecamatan Bengkalis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee morale at the Department of Communication, Information and Encoding, Kampar Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Kampar Regency Communication, Information and Encryption Service using census techniques in determining the sample to be 33 employees. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and research files. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level (α) of 0.05. The results of this study concluded that the work environment has a significant partial effect on employee morale, with a significant value greater than 0.05. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that organizational culture and work environment influence the morale of employees at the Department of Communication, Information and Encryption, Kampar Regency. There is a very strong relationship between the variables of organizational culture and work environment on employee morale at the Communication, Information and Encryption Office of Kampar Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of quality of service on patient satisfaction in RSIA bunda anisyah in airtiris. The population in this study was all rsia bunda anisyah patients in airtiris. The sample was determined using accidental sampling method with the number of respondents in this study as many as 97 people with simple linear regression analysis. The type of data used consists of qualitative and quantitative data. The data were collected using questionnaires and research files. From the validity test results, all items from the statement submitted to the respondent are declared valid with the value r calculate > r table (0.000). Reliability test results also showed that each item item has a good level of reliability with alpha cronbach's value above 0.5. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the free variable that is the quality of service partially affects patient satisfaction in rsia bunda anisyah in airtiris. The correlation coefficient (R) value of 0.664 states that the relationship of free variables with bound variables is closely related.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of service and price on customer satisfaction at PT.Putri Midai in bangkinang. The population in this study are all consumers who have received services by consumers at PT.Putri Midai in Bangkinang using the solvin formula so that 94 consumers can be determined to be samples. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significant level ( 0.05. The results of this study conclude that service quality and price affect customer satisfaction at PT. Putri Midai in bangkinang, with a significance value of less than 0.05. The results of this analysis indicate that service quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Putri Midai in Bangkinang.

Abstract

The Kampar Regency Ministry of Religion Office has the primary responsibility of formulating and establishing the vision, mission, and technical policies related to religious life services and community guidance in Kampar Regency. This includes providing services, guidance, and support in the fields of Hajj and Umrah. Therefore, employees with optimal performance are essential. Many factors influence employee performance, including job satisfaction, locus of control, and self-efficacy. This research was conducted at the Ministry of Religion Office in Kampar Regency, located on Jalan DI Panjaitan, Bangkinang District. The aim of this study is to examine and analyze the following: the influence of locus of control on employee job satisfaction; the influence of self-efficacy on employee job satisfaction; the direct effect of locus of control on employee performance; the direct effect of self-efficacy on employee performance; the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance; the indirect influence of locus of control on employee performance through job satisfaction; and the indirect influence of self-efficacy on employee performance through job satisfaction. This study used primary and secondary data obtained through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and research documentation. The population consisted of all 48 employees at the Kampar Regency Ministry of Religion Office, all of whom were included as the sample. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with hypothesis testing performed at a 5% alpha level. The results of this study concluded that locus of control does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction, while self-efficacy has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Locus of control has a direct and significant effect on employee performance, and self-efficacy has a direct and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction significantly affects employee performance. Furthermore, locus of control does not have a significant indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, while self-efficacy has a significant indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Kampar Regency Ministry of Religion Office.

Abstract

Achieving the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) targets and being linked to Minimum Service Standards (SPM), for this reason it is necessary to make efforts to improve health programs that touch directly to the community, equalize access and improve the quality of health services, develop health and management systems that are able to improve and developing health workers. To achieve all this, it is very necessary to have optimal employee performance. Therefore, it is necessary to know the factors that can influence employee performance, both direct and indirect influences. This research was conducted at the Kampar District Health Service which is located on Jalan DR. A Rahman Saleh No.22, Bangkinang, Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency City, Riau 28463. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze; 1) the influence of supervision on employee work motivation; 2) the influence of work culture on employee work motivation, 3) the direct influence of supervision on employee performance, 4) the direct influence of work culture on employee performance, 5) the influence of work motivation on employee performance, 6) the indirect influence of supervision on employee performance through employee work motivation and 7) the indirect influence of work culture on employee performance through employee work motivation. This research uses primary data and secondary data obtained by distributing questionnaires, interviews, documentation and research files. The population of this research was all employees at the Kampar District Health Service, totaling 85 employees and all of them were used as samples. The data analysis tool in this research uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model and in data processing the SmartPLS version 3.0 software is used, and hypothesis testing is carried out at an alpha of 5%. The results of this research conclude that 1) supervision has proven to have a significant effect on employee motivation; 2) work culture is proven to have a significant influence on employee work motivation, 3) direct supervision is proven to have a significant influence on employee performance, 4) work culture is not proven to have a significant influence on employee performance, 5) work motivation is proven to have a significant influence on employee performance, 6 ) indirect supervision is proven to have a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation and 7) work culture is indirectly proven to have a significant effect on employee performance through employee work motivation

Abstract

Teacher performance is important to ensuring the quality of education. Therefore, it is necessary to know the factors that influence teacher performance. This research aims to investigate how teachers perform by examining interpersonal communication and academic supervision of school principals on teacher performance. The sample study is junior high school teachers in Bukit Batu District, totaling 61 people, and all of them were used as samples. Data was obtained using questionnaires, interviews, and observation. Using multiple linear regression for the analysis method the result reveals interpersonal communication and academic supervision have simultaneously been proven to have a significant effect on teacher performance, noteless that interpersonal communication between teachers and principals is going well but is not yet optimal.  Interpersonal relationships between colleagues, teachers, and principals can help them cope with their work experiences and reduce the possibility of burnout, and it will have a good impact on achievement and performance Keywords: Teacher Performance; Interpersonal Communication, Supervision School Principal

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT BPR Sarimadu (Perseroda). reviewed from the liquidity and solvency aspects using descriptive research methods and data collection techniques through documentation and interviews with the Board of Directors in the form of secondary data, namely the annual report of PT BPR Sarimadu (Perseroda), there was an increase in the liquidity ratio as measured by the current ratio in 2022 and compared to the internal average of PT BPR Sarimadu (Perseroda). which shows that the company is less able to pay off short-term obligations when they fall due. Although there has been an increase, the increase in the current ratio has not been significant so that it has not been able to change the ratio level to the standard point stated in the theory of this research, namely 200%. This results in the company being less secure in paying short-term obligations when they fall due or the creditor's position is still not secure in other words the company is illiquid. This means that the company's management has not been able to strictly supervise working capital items as evidenced by the large amount of short-term debt. PT BPR Sarimadu (Perseroda) is seen from the level of liquidity of the company as illiquid but seen from the solvency side of the company as solvable. PT BPR Sarimadu (Perseroda) is less able to maintain its liquidity level. However, it does not mean that investment in the company is not attractive, because the company can still maintain the stability of its solvency, in fact it is very good when compared to the theory in this study
