Abstract

KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL UNTUK MENDUKUNG PELAYANAN PRIMA DI KLINIK KESEHATAN INDONESIA DAN TIMOR LESTE. Data dikumpulkan dari hasil wawancara dengan narasumber pengelola dan dokter penanggnungjawab klinik, yang mengendalikan proses pelayanan prima pasien. Selain itu, juga wawancara dengan wakil pasien, panerima pelayanan prima. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas lebih dalam mengenai peran komunikasi interpersonal dalam mendukung pelayanan prima di industri hospitality di kedua negara. Temuan Penelitian: 1) setiap klinik memiliki standar pelayanan prima, yang dikembangkan dari Standar Operasional Prosedur Klinik milik Departemen/Dinas Kesehatan setempat. 2) Standar pelayanan prima melalui komunikasi interpersonal dilakuan dengan teknik komunikatif, persuasif dan kuratif. 3) agar mendapatkan respons (positif/negatif) pengelola meminta pasien memberikan input lisan, terulis, maupun melalui media website dan instagram.  Manfaat Penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan praktik komunikasi interpersonal efektif dalam prlayanan prima di klinik kesehatan di Indonesia maupun Timor Leste.

Abstract

Promotion is one of the right strategies in delivering communications to consumers. This promotion is one of the activities that can be carried out by companies that are very closely related to obtaining optimal profits. The purpose of this research is to find out and get an overview of the cross-promotion activities carried out by seblak outlets and baso aci champion. This research is descriptive in nature, data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is interactive analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification conclusions. Apart from the promotion component, promotional activities also occur between online and offline consumers, namely through word of mouth communication, creating outlets and marketing. through via delivery such as gofood, shopefood, and so on

Abstract

The momentum of the 2024 presidential election is an interesting study to thoroughly explore the editorial policy of Harian Jogja in presenting news. The reference of this research is the editorial policy according to Abrar's opinion (2019). The aim is to find out the editorial policy of Harian Jogja in presenting the news of the 2024 Presidential Election in October-November 2023 by applying a qualitative approach to the case study method and data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study revealed that the editorial policies applied by Harian Jogja are (1)National news sources come from part of the Indonesian Business Group and subscriptions to the Antara News news agency; (2)Harian Jogja strengthens newspaper content in the news through images and infographics; (3)News placement is on the main news page; (4)The character of news writing must include the full name and email of the news writer; (5)Journalists of Harian Jogja must comply with general writing guidelines from PWI, the 5W + 1H principle, have news value, and grammar according to KBBI and PUEBI standards; (6)General policies related to journalistic regulations, guidelines, and rules, such as the Journalistic Code of Ethics and the Press Law.

Abstract

The study investigates how Solo Post and Voice Merdeka, two local media outlets, interpret and discredit the 2024 presidential election outcome. They used Robert N. Entman's framing concept. In Indonesia, the presidential election has raised a lot of controversy, especially with regard to the Constitutional Court's decision on the election results. The purpose of framing analysis is to study how the media frames publicly received communications and how it affects people's perceptions of justice and integrity during the democratic process. The results showed that Merdeka's voice remained neutral, and Solo Post was more likely to broadcast news with a positive or supportive perspective on the 02. The study provides an excellent understanding of the role of the media in the political and legal context in Indonesia and emphasizes the importance of framing analysis to understand how the media shapes public understanding of social reality

Abstract

Drop tegangan dan susut transmisi menjadi permasalahan yang terjadi pada Sistem Tambora karena adanya gangguan PLTU dan pemeliharaan jaringan transmisi. Drop tegangan dan susut transmisi paling kecil terjadi ketika PLTU beroperasi normal yaitu 4,9% drop tegangan dan 2,85% susut. Sedangkan drop tegangan dan susut paling besar terjadi ketika terdapat pekerjaan pada line Labuhan-Alas dengan kondisi PLTU mengalami gangguan yaitu 12% drop tegangan dan 8,24% susut. Masalah ini menjadi perhatian sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan kualitas penyediaan listrik di Sistem Tambora. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah melakukan studi kasus dalam penambahan kapasitor untuk perbaikan drop tegangan dan susut. Penelitian ini menggunakan simulasi DIgSilent yang telah dilakukan validasi sesuai sistem riil dengan komparasi data antara monitoring sistem SCADA dan hasil simulasi. Error tertinggi yang dihasilkan adalah 1,79% dimana masih dalam margin yang diperbolehkan. Berdasarkan perhitungan, nilai kapasitor yang optimal dipasang pada GI Alas adalah 6 MVAR dengan pertimbangan beban harian pada pukul 12:00 WITA. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan dengan pemasangan kapasitor maka nilai drop tegangan menjadi 2,76% atau turun 2,15% dan susut transmisi menjadi 2,47% atau turun 0,38% dalam kondisi normal. Sedangkan untuk kondisi PLTU gangguan dan pekerjaan pemeliharaan nilai drop tegangan menjadi 7,35% atau turun 4,62%. Serta susut transmisi menjadi 6,17% atau turun 2,06%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of RUBI Community in building Avoskin's brand engagement through social media. A qualitative research method with a case study approach was used, focusing on the activities of RUBI Community and the media relations strategies of PT AVO Innovation Technology. The results reveal that the community plays a vital role as brand advocates, content creators, and strategic communication partners. Through strategies such as content collaboration, education, exclusivity, and two-way communication, RUBI Community significantly enhances digital engagement, consumer loyalty, and positive word of mouth for the Avoskin brand. This study confirms that community-based approaches can be an effective solution for building sustainable brand-consumer relationships in the digital era.Keywords : Brand Engagement, Community, Social Media, Avoskin, Media Relations.

Abstract

The Katibah Nusantara (KN) group is considered as a radical group that uses the internet to spread its ideology, to recruit members, and to establish a global caliphate. The primary target of the KN group is young people, who are then incited to commit acts of terror, this condition have negative impact in society. Therefore, countering radical islamic ideology through the internet becomes crucial. This research highlights the role of Ansor Banser Cyber Anti Hoax NU Unit in combating the growth of KN ideology in East Java. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive analytical approach. Data was collected using literature review techniques. The result of this research show that the Ansor Banser Cyber Anti Hoax NU Unit understands that the spread of radical islamic ideology on social media is a threat to the Republic of Indonesia and Pancasila. Several strategies employed include acting as a filter, creating new opinions and serving as a communication bridge.
