Abstract

A tobacco cigarette is an convensional cigarette. Beside a convensional cigarette there is an electric cigarette with liquid. So the smoker use it by sucking the liquid from the device of vape, then its produce much smoke. An elecric cigarette is more expensive than the convensional cigaratte and need special maintance. Vape is growing rapidly among the society moreever upper, midle, lower, teen and adult. The teenager tend to do conformity by following and copying adult to smoke E- cigarette or vape. Because they need to be recognized their existence in their circle. Therefore, we need self esteem to reduce or increase conformity behaviour. The aim of this study to examine the role of self esteem as a moderator of an effect the behaviour of teenager who use E-cigarette. There are 105 carats in this quantitative study. The writer took the sample directly by online and used purposive sampling technique through behaviour scale of smoking GNSBQ Glover-Nilson Smoking Behavioral Questionnaire, conformity scale and RSES Rosenberg self esteem scale. A modern analysis was conducted using Modeated Regression Analysis method (MRA) with 25 SPSS sofware. The result of this study shows that self esteem modern  has an effect to conformity of E-cigaratte bahaviour. The subject of self esteem can strengthen in increasing the effect of conformity effect to E- cigarette behaviour.

Abstract

The Central Sulawesi Student and Youth Association (IPPMST) Malang is a regional organization that serves as a forum for togetherness, cultural preservation, and self-development for students living away from home. IPPMST Malang faces internal problems such as weak organizational communication, lack of member involvement in decision-making, and conflicts between members. This empowerment project aims to minimize communication problems and increase member solidarity through the application of conflict management. The methods used include literature studies, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), and interventions in the form of conflict management training based on Rahim's theory. The intervention was carried out through psychoeducation, interactive discussions, and role-playing, with evaluation using pre-tests and post-tests based on the Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory II (ROCI-II) instrument. The results showed a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores (p < 0.05). These findings indicate that conflict management training is effective in improving understanding, communication skills, and strengthening solidarity and cooperation among organization members.

Abstract

The era of globalisation and the rapid advancement of information technology have led to the diversification of occupations, resulting in a high level of job uncertainty. This condition has triggered changes in work demands, requiring employees to be flexible in responding to these changes. Employees who can adapt to their job responsibilities tend to be more flexible in adjusting to career demands. This study aims to examine the role of emotional intelligence in employees’ career adaptability. The research subjects were 113 employees working in the service sector, selected using an accidental sampling technique. The instruments used in this study were the Assessing Emotions Scale (AES) and the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS–International Form). The data were analysed using simple linear regression and multiple regression analysis. The results indicated that emotional intelligence had a significant effect on employees’ career adaptability. Emotional intelligence contributed 3.8% to career adaptability. The emotional intelligence dimension that had the strongest influence on career adaptability was the ability to manage others’ emotions, followed by the ability to manage or use emotions, emotion perception, and the ability to manage one’s own feelings.

Abstract

Academic achievement is one of the important indicators of students' success in the educational process.Students' academic achievement is not only influenced by external factors, such as learning environmentsand teaching methods, but also by internal factors related to students' ability to manage their own learningprocesses. One of the psychological factors that plays an important role in learning activities is selfregulated learning (SRL), which refers to an individual's ability to plan, monitor, control, and evaluate theirlearning activities independently. Low levels of self-regulated learningmay cause students to experiencedifficulties in managing study time, maintaining academic motivation, and achieving optimal learningoutcomes. Therefore, an intervention through self-regulated learning psychoeducation is needed to helpstudents improve their ability to regulate their learning processes.This study aims to determine the effectof self-regulated learning psychoeducation on improving students' academic achievement at SMP Negeri 4Sumbawa. This study employs a quantitative approach using an experimental method with a one-grouppretest-posttest design. The participants of this study are planned to consist of approximately 30–50students from SMP Negeri 4 Sumbawa who meet the research criteria. Data collection will be conductedusing a self-regulated learning scale, documentation of students' academic scores, and measurementsconducted before and after the psychoeducational intervention. Data analysis will be performed usinginferential statistical analysis with a paired sample t-test to examine differences in students' learningabilities before and after the intervention. The expected results of this study indicate that self-regulatedlearning psychoeducation can improve students' ability to manage their learning processes, increaseacademic motivation, and positively influence academic achievement. This research is expected tocontribute to the field of educational psychology, particularly regarding the implementation ofpsychological interventions to develop students' independent learning abilities and improve their academicperformance.

Abstract

Orphanage adolescents face various developmental challenges that require strong adaptive skills. One skill that plays a crucial role in overcoming these difficulties is resilience. This community service activity aims to enhance adolescents’ knowledge and belief regarding resilience through psychoeducation focused on optimism and self-efficacy. The activity was conducted with nine adolescents at the AK Orphanage using methods such as lectures, group discussions, positive self-talk, case studies, and role-playing. Evaluation was carried out using a one-group pretest-posttest design with instruments measuring knowledge of resilience and belief in facing challenges. The results showed that the average knowledge score increased from 28.89 to 43.33, while the average belief score increased from 29.67 to 38.89. The results of the paired sample t-test indicated that the increases in both aspects were statistically significant (p < 0.001). These findings suggest that resilience psychoeducation can help improve adolescents’ knowledge and belief in facing various daily life challenge
