Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika yang monoton dan terkesan kaku membuat siswa menganggap matematika adalah pelajaran yang menyulitkan diri mereka. Guru matematika perlu mendapatkan wawasan terkait beberapa alternatif permainan yang bisa digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika. Untuk itu perlu diadakan sosialisasi berbagai permainan interaktif yang dapat digunakan guru ketika mengajar matematika, misalnya saja ular tangga matematika. Sehingga diselenggarakanlah sosialisasi permainan ular tangga matematika berbasis bahasa Inggris. Sosialisasi diselenggarakan selama 1 (satu) hari di SMK Imelda Medan. Kegiatan sosialisasi melibatkan 25 orang siswa kelas XI TKJ SMK Imelda Medan. Dari kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh bahwa 80% peserta puas dengan kegiatan sosialisasi yang dilakukan. Pengetahuan mereka meningkat terkait berbagai media permainan yang bisa digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika

Abstract

Nilai-nilai Islam diartikan sebagai suatu konsepsi untuk menyiapkan siswa dalam meyakini, memahami, menghayati dan mengamalkan nilai-nilai ajaran agama Islam melalui kegiatan bimbingan, pengajaran dan latihan. Pengembangan karakter sebagai solusi untuk masalah sosial dan merupakan pendidikan ideal. Adapun tujuan pada studi ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi nilai-nilai Islam untuk membentuk karakter peduli sosial siswa SDN 0119 Banjar Raja. Dalam studi digunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitiannya guru SD Negeri 0119 Banjar Raja. Analisis data berpatokan pada triangulasi pengolahan analisis data dengan teknis mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan terakhir mengambil keputusan. Studi ini dilaksanakan pada semester genap 2023 di SDN 0119 Banjar Raja dengan melibatkan guru dan siswa sebagai informan penelitian ini. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa dalam mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai Islam yang dilakukan peneliti seperti kegiatan silaturahmi, rendah hati, tepat janji, tidak boros dan kikir serta kegiatan-kegiatan peduli sosial seperti kegiatan kekeluargaan, tolong menolong, simpati, disiplin, toleransi dan kerja sama sudah sangat bagus baik disegi pembentukan nilai-nilai Islam dan juga peduli sosial di SD Negeri 0119 Banjar Raja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti: 1) Keterampilan bertanya di SD Negeri 0119 Banjar Raja. 2) Implementasi keterampilan bertanya untuk menaikkan hasil belajar siswa di SD Negeri 0119 Banjar Raja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Adapun subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 0119 Banjar Raja berjumlah 18 orang, 6 laki-laki dan 12 perempuan. Sedangkan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah implementasi keterampilan bertanya untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes dan lembar observasi untuk mengukur peningkatan hasil belajar siswa tersebut. Hasil studi keterampilan bertanya menunjukkan bahwa di Pra siklus skor siswa di bawah KKM rerata 53,3. Yang lulus 5 siswa dengan taraf 27,8% serta siswa yang tidak lulus 13 siswa dengan taraf 72,2% .Kemudian keterampilan bertanya pada siklus I nilai siswa sudah mulai meningkat dengan skor rerata 71,1. Siswa dikatakan lulus dengan nilai 55,6% sebanyak 10 siswa dan siswa yang tidak lulus sebanyak 8 siswa dengan skor 44,4%. Kemudian pada saat itu keterampilan bertanya siklus II nilai siswa menjalani peningkatan dengan rerata skor 75,15 siswa yang lulus skor 83,3% dan siswa yang tidak lulus 3 siswa dengan nilai 16,7%. Perolehan studi memperlihatkan bahwa keterampilan bertanya di Kelas V SD Negeri 0119 Banjar Raja sudah meningkat dan diterapkan dengan baik. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa SD Negeri 0119 Banjar Raja sudah menerapkan keterampilan bertanya dengan baik.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how to instill students' social attitudes through social studies learning in class V of SD Negeri 1404 Batang Sosa. The type of research used is qualitative research. There are two data sources that researchers use, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. Researchers checked the validity of the data by means of source triangulation and technical triangulation. Source triangulation is triangulation carried out by interviewing various sources, such as the school principal, homeroom teacher, fifth grade students and other teachers. The results of the research show that students' social attitudes are very good because social attitudes, namely honesty, responsibility, discipline and mutual cooperation are implemented well. So, it can be concluded that SD Negeri 1404 Batang Sosa is able to create and grow a superior generation that has good social attitudes and is embedded in students. Likewise, religious attitudes, namely humility, sincerity, tolerance and forgiveness are also implemented well. So, it can be concluded that SD Negeri 1404 Batang Sosa is able to foster a religious attitude in students

Abstract

This research is based on the limitations of creative learning media and the low ability of children to cut, paste, fold, and arrange simple shapes. This service activity aims to utilize used materials as a learning medium in stimulating children's fine motor development and creativity at Al-Berkah Pangirkiran Dolok Kindergarten. The method used in this activity is a participatory approach by involving teachers and children through direct practice, mentoring, and evaluation of the work. The results of the activity show that the use of used materials has a positive impact on children's development. As many as 80–83.4% of children showed improved fine motor skills, characterized by the skill of sticking leaf collage, as well as making pencil cases out of aqua and straws creatively. However, there are still around 15-20% of children who need further assistance, especially in collage activities that require high concentration and more fine coordination. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of natural materials and used materials can be an alternative learning medium that is cheap, environmentally friendly, and effective to improve children's fine motor and creativity from an early age. This activity also has a positive impact on teachers and parents to be more creative in utilizing the surrounding environment as a source of children's learning.

Abstract

Learning motivation is a crucial factor in the success of science learning at the elementary school level, which requires active engagement, curiosity, and persistence from students. However, science learning in elementary schools often faces the problem of low student motivation due to conventional, teacher-centered instructional approaches with limited interaction. This study aimed to improve the learning motivation of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 0607 Pagaran Batu through the implementation of the Dragon Ball learning model. This study employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were all fourth-grade students. Data on students’ learning motivation were collected through observation and questionnaires based on motivation indicators. The findings indicate a substantial improvement in students’ learning motivation across cycles. In the pre-cycle stage, students’ motivation was predominantly categorized as low, with an average score of 48%. Following the implementation of the Dragon Ball model, motivation increased to 72% in Cycle I and further improved to 82% in Cycle II, exceeding the minimum success criterion of 75%. The results suggest that the Dragon Ball learning model effectively promotes active engagement, cooperative interaction, and intrinsic motivation in elementary science learning. This study contributes to cooperative learning literature by demonstrating the pedagogical value of game-based collaborative strategies in fostering student motivation at the primary education level.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine 1) the effect of creativity in providing reinforcement to the learning motivation of class III students of MIN Sibuhuan. 2) How much influence does creativity provide reinforcement to the learning motivation of class III students of MIN Sibuhuan. This study is a quantitative study, the population in the study were all class III students of MIN Sibuhuan, while the sample in the study was taken from the entire population, with a total of 28 students. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics and prerequisite tests. The results obtained were that the normality test showed that all data obtained by the researcher had normal data because lhitung <ltabel with a value of 0.999 <0.1772 on the variable providing reinforcement and on the variable learning motivation 0.0010 <0.1772. And the homogeneity test showed that the value of fhitung <ftabel with a value of 0.672 <4.23. providing reinforcement has a significant effect on the learning motivation of MIN Sibuhuan students. Based on the results of the t-test, it shows that the t-count value > t-table (3.624 > 1.705), and the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05. This means that the Ha hypothesis is accepted and H0 is rejected. then the determination test shows a value of 0.549 or 54.9%. meaning that the skill of providing reinforcement can contribute to increasing student learning motivation by 54.9% while 45.1% is explained by other variables that are not studied.
