Abstract

Telah dilakukan pengabdian di Yayasan Layar Dakwah mengenai sifat asam basa dari beberapa sumber air yang berbeda. Dalam hal ini dilakukan sumber air yang berbeda tersebut adalah air zam zam, air sumur bor, dan air hujan. Hasil yang diperoleh pH dari air zam zam adalah 8, pH dari air sumur bor 6,5 dan pH air hujan adalah 6. Sehingga dalam halini diketahui bahwa sifat air zam zam adalah netral sedangkan sifat dari air sumur bor dan sifat air hujan adalam asam. pH tubuh normal manusia berkisaran antara pH 7,3 sampai dengan pH 7,5. Sehingga sangat baikuntuk mengkonsumsi air zam zam sebagai minuman sehari hari

Abstract

A service has been carried out at the Layar Dakwah Foundation regarding the color of egg yolk from free-range chicken eggs, with a heating time of 3 minutes after the boiled water boils. The first stage is to boil the water when it is cold and put in two free-range chicken eggs with white outer shells and another egg with a slightly brown shell, then when the boiled water boils, wait for 3 minutes, then remove the two eggs and cool them in the air. The second treatment was carried out on two free-range chicken eggs with white shells and two free-range chicken eggs with slightly brown shells which were put into boiling water. After three minutes it is removed and cooled in the air. After the final treatment has cooled, peel the shell and then check the color of the boiled free-range chicken egg yolk. The result is village chicken eggs with white shells, the yolks are orange yellow and village chicken eggs with slightly brown shells, the yolks are pale yellow

Abstract

Devotion is an activity that is highly expected to be carried out well, because it can improve and add to knowledge and skills. The male students at the Al Quran memorization headquarters are the driving force to open up land that has not been utilized properly. The location of the land for strengthening food security that will be carried out is close to the location of the Al Quran memorization headquarters, making it easier to move to the land location. The beginning of this movement is land preparation or clearing land from undergrowth using tripe, machetes and hoe so that clean land is obtained and ready to be planted. The types of plants that will be planted in this food security strengthening are cassava, sweet potatoes or yams, corn, taro, peanuts and green beans.

Abstract

This research analyzes the level of customer satisfaction at PT. Amartha Manunggal Prima uses the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) indices. The research results show that customers are satisfied with the company's services, with the tangible, responsiveness, reliability, assurance and empathy dimensions reaching 81%, 81%, 81%, 82% and 80% respectively. Assurance has the most significant influence on customer satisfaction, reflecting high satisfaction with facilities and other physical aspects. Analysis of the level of conformity between customer expectations and service performance shows that the company has fulfilled customer expectations well. The tangible dimension reached 85.51%, responsiveness 87.18%, reliability 85.25%, assurance 86.69%, and empathy 86.09%. The IPA results identify priority improvements in all dimensions of service quality, with a focus on the use of advanced technology and timeliness of service. Customers expect technological innovation to increase efficiency, accuracy and speed of service, as well as on-time delivery according to promised schedules. This research suggests that companies need to optimize operational processes, including better scheduling, effective inventory management, and improved logistics systems to reduce waiting times and increase service efficiency.

Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam mengolah limbah botol plastik menjadi produk bernilai ekonomis di Desa Empus, Kabupaten Langkat, Sumatera Utara. Pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Tim melakukan analisa tentang penerapan K3 di PDAM Tirtanadi. Dari hasil analisa lapangan, diperoleh bahwa terdapat beberapa area kerja yang licin dan mengandung bahan kimia berbahaya yang belum terpasang poster atau peringatan yang berkaitan dengan keselamatan kerja. Oleh karena itu, tim pengabdian memberi rekomendasi perbaikan untuk pemasangan poster atau banner di area kerja tersebut

Abstract

PT. Permata Hijau Group is a company that continues to develop both upstream and downstream, especially at the product sales level. Oleic acid is one of the expensive products sold among oleochemical processing companies. In producing oleic acid, several large costs were found due to lengthy repairs and the plantation not operating. So methods are needed to increase productivity. Analysis using the objective matrix (OMAX) method is a method that is widely used in analyzing the productivity of a company. The method used is the use of OMAX, including determining criteria, determining performance, determining average productivity values, determining the highest and lowest productivity values, determining realistic productivity values, determining scores and value weights, determining productivity indices and making cause-cause diagrams. consequence (fishbone). The results obtained from applying the objective matrix (OMAX) method include the first being the highest productivity index value in October 2023 of 66.66% and the lowest in September of -64.93%. The second result is that the factors that have the most influence on oleic acid productivity. And the third result is that 6 proposed actions are needed to increase oleic acid productivity

Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan suatu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan minuman, penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena belum adanya sistem penilaian dalam kinerja karyawan yang bertujuan untuk menghitung tingkat pengembalian investasi oleh karyawan. Tingginya biaya sumber daya manusia pada PT. XYZ merupakan faktor untuk merancang sistem dalam pengukuran tingkat pengembalian investasi dengan return on invesment. Oleh karena itu perlunya dirancang sistem untuk melihat tingkat pengembalian investasi oleh karyawan tersebut terhadap perusahaan PT. XYZ, adapun langkah-langkah untuk melakukan pengukuran return on investment adalah melakukan pengukuran revenue per employee, pengukuran human capital cost factor, pengukuran human capital value added, pengukuran human capital return on investment menggunakan data biaya yang telah dikeluarkan perusahaan kepada karyawan, biaya-biaya tersebut adalah biaya remunerasi, biaya turn over dan biaya temporer. Hasil dari pengukuran return on invesment pada PT. XYZ menunjukkan pengembalian investasi yang mungkin diperoleh pada tahun 2017 sebesar 367,08 %, tahun 2018 sebesar 363,63 % dan tahun 2019 sebesar 337,6 %. Dari hasil pengukuran terhadap sumber daya manusia diperoleh bahwa sistem pengukuran return on investment menunjukkan pengembalian investasi oleh sumber daya manusia terhadap PT. XYZ sangat tinggi dilihat pada tahun 2017, 2018 dan 2019
