Pancasila Education as an Effort to Strengthen the Character of Indonesia's Young Generation Pancasila education is a compulsory subject at all levels of education in Indonesia. Today's younger generation has lost moral values and character. This study aims to determine the role of Pancasila education as an effort to strengthen the character of the younger generation. This research uses a qualitative approach through the literature review method. Data collection is carried out through secondary data sourced from scientific articles. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of data analysis show that the younger generation needs to be repositioned in behaving by leaving the hedonic culture and outside culture that is not in accordance with the values of Pancasila. In addition, they must also actively ground Pancasila in community life. The active role of the younger generation, including students, in maintaining and implementing the values of Pancasila is key in carving out the future of the nation. Students as the frontline in struggle, renewal, and nation building are expected to be able to take advantage of the opportunity to forge themselves and learn to become individuals who have the character of nationalism, creativity, and the spirit of service to the community, nation, and state

The approach used in this article is a qualitative approach through the literature study method. Data collection is carried out by collecting various relevant references and updates, including research articles published through google scholar, books, and other documents that are relevant to the substance of the problem in this study. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that in recent years, the interest of elementary school students in sports has decreased. Various factors can cause this, such as lack of facilities, teachers who have many tasks outside of class hours, to educators who tend to be lazy to do physical activities. To increase students' interest and skills in PJOK, several strategies can be applied including motivating students by helping to develop and direct students' potential, providing opportunities to develop creativity, providing awards, and providing guidance and motivation

Abstract

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) have an important role in creating information transparency, improving work efficiency, minimizing errors, and supporting the development of educators and education personnel's skills. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data used came from literature studies, direct observations, and interviews with administrative staff and teachers involved in school operations. The analysis process includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the analysis show that one of the components in managing administration in elementary schools to ensure the sustainability and quality of education is the Standard Operating Procedures or SOPs. Thus, a well-designed SOP is able to create information transparency, improve work efficiency, minimize errors, and support the development of the skills of educators and education personnel. The implementation of SOPs at SD IT Rocha Indonesia shows that although formal SOPs have not been fully implemented, initial steps such as digitization of archives, regular evaluations, staff training, and internal audits have supported more structured administrative management. Constraints such as technological limitations, manual attendance systems, and lack of formal guidelines can be overcome through the development of relevant SOPs and systematic implementation
